Stopped in with the wife s minivan. Seen a couple cars so I thought it would be a long wait. I pulled into the customer parking spot. Couple seconds later a gentleman walks up to the car and asked if I needed assistance. I told him what I needed and he told me he had an open bay and would take care of it right away. First time at this location and was very pleased with the customer service, professionalism and speed. The energy and team work was noticed. Will definitely recommend and will be returning with all the vehicles.!

Went for an oil change today and was attended by Diggs. He was very friendly along with the other staff and even asked if I had needed my windshield replaced since the blade was coming off a bit. Also he had informed me that one of my lights was bad and I hadn t even noticed. The prices are fair and it is a very comfortable atmosphere, especially if you don t know a whole lot about cars. They make sure to check with you that your oil is actually filled. Definitely would recommended coming to this place if your car is in need of maintenance, their services are fast.

Awesome place and technicians. Needed to check my engine due to trembling noise and remove nails in 3 of the tires. Scott and Ben from the Tires area quickly and seamlessly patched everything up and accurately diagnosed the trembling issue. Couldn t ask for more

This is my go to location for oil change. I never have any issues. Each technician is very knowledgeable and professional. This particular time I had Joe, who was AWESOME! Very quick service and has a great personality. I recommend this location.

Excellent service. Was driving down the road when my coolant light came on. I pulled up and ran inside and expressed my concern. The guys ( I didn t catch their names) took the time to address my concerns and assured me that everything was ok. They thoroughly looked under the hood to see if they could identify leaks. The guys assured me everything is ok and that my coolant levels were just low. They topped it off and sent me along my way. I just want to say thank you all for assuring me and calling me down during my time of panic. Even though I didn t get an actual service, this team is kind and caring. Didn t make me feel delusional for having a temporary panic attack. Thank you all so much.

Great service in and out on both vehicles all within 1 hour. Joel and team were friendly, funny, and quick. New to the area so good finding a good service center close to my home.

Was told estimate bout an hour, waited 3hours. Had to ask them for an update as to what was taking so long. Just went for simple tires change. Left inside of truck filthy. Had to ask to take sticker off new tires. Like, come on, you cant even take them off once you put them on? Left marks and lube and junk all over rims and brand new tires. Makes the wheels look completely horrible. Impossible to get off. "Lost" one of my valve caps but guy knew exactly where it was, in his pocket. It was horrible experience and dont recommend for tires, like other review stated. I added photos of the new tires on the truck, they look horrible. Like really come on they dont even look new because of all the junk thats all over them. Horrible.Service: Tires

Don t leave anything in your car. I m missing a bottle of cologne out of my truck and I m missing two wheel locks off of my truck as well. They also kept my key for my wheel locks. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The service that I received from Express Oil was nothing short of spectacular. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with the Manager Scott, who was extremely patience and attentive. I had to have my air condenser replaced, which was covered under the warranty company; however, they were a complete headache but Scott was so patient and made sure that they did exactly what they were supposed to do while he continued to make me as the customer the priority and I wholeheartedly appreciate it. I will continue to use Express Oil for any and all of the services that they offer because they make sure you are not just the customer but the priority! Big thanks to Scott and the fellas...**whom I'm sure know me by name now :-)*

The service here is always phenomenal. I ve been taking my car here for years and am always pleased with the service. Today Joel helped me with an oil change and was very kind and knowledgeable about the upcoming work my car needed. Scott and Ben in the service department have always been so helpful when servicing our cars. I was traveling for work and found that two of my tires were leaking air. Joel and the crew got me in and out of there in less than an hour! Plus, Joel hooked me up with some good prices. Truly, a lifesaver. Thank you!

The service I received from Z at the express oil change in Sandhills was exceptional! He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and the service on my vehicle was up to date! I get my scheduled oil changes here plus I bought my frot tires w' them. They needed air in them due to the cold & they promptly & politely filled them back to the proper psi without hitch. This place is the best oil change/tire services In Columbia . Thank u

The staff was very friendly, all of them. Their process leads to quickness and efficiency. They asked a good amount of questions to try to cover all the things you may need. They offered a lot of additional services but I didn't feel pressure to purchase. I think the prices are inflated but that's standard across the industry. Overall a good experience but I'd rather change my own oil.

My warranty ended on my oil changes at the dealership, so I decided to revisit Express. Joel and all the technicians were professional and serviced my vehicle quickly. However, the price was a little more than I anticipated. For my Chevy Tahoe I paid $40 more than I was charged at the dealership. I would stop here again for the convenience and fast service, but if I have time I'll take my vehicle back to the dealership and save a few dollars.

I first want to say these guys are AWESOME! They are NOT oil jockeys; they are REAL mechanics and very, very knowledgeable.I am from Texas and was heading back there from Columbia when some possibly SERIOUS problems came up with my car.I went in with my 2015 Kia Sorento in a panic because there was literally NO oil showing on my dip stick even after putting in 2-1/2 quarts! Scared the bejesus outta me! Then, my car wouldn't start consistently. I thought it could be the ignition switch - NOPE! Ben, the manager, looked under my hood and came around to my driver window toting a box end wrench and said "Your negative battery terminal was loose. All fixed!!" Talk about a relief! Then the other guys, Joel (bless you man!) and Jay, took care of the oil change and told me there's a issue with these vehicles burning up oil REALLY REALLY FAST, and there's a class action suit going on to make Kia fix it. WHAT!!?? I had no idea! All I can say is I am SOOOO THANKFUL I went to see Express Oil Change. It certainly would have been disaster had I just left for Texas with my car the way it was. Y'all saved me!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
