I got my oil changed and it was very thorough, they checked all my lights and blinkers. I recently returned to have my battery changed and alternator checked. The manager Chris was fantastic. My battery died and he was extremely helpful. It was a reasonably priced battery change and it was done really fast, less than 1.5 hours and I walked in with no notice. They had the parts I needed and the waiting room was very clean. All of the guys were respectful and very helpful.

Anything you need done to your vehicle, this is the place to go. Everyone on the staff is great. I come in and got my car serviced in a timely manner. I want to shout out two employees for making this experience possible. Eric and Chris were phenomenal, from Eric taking care of me with his great customer service on the phone, and with Chris helping me out with my vehicle. This location will most definitely be seeing me again for future car service.If anyone needs their car serviced, this is the place to go.Reliable, great customer service, and fast.

I ve been taking my cars here since 2022. Never had one issue with them. Today, Melvin was absolutely amazing and he fixed MULTIPLE issues within just an hour. This place is affordable with fast and friendly service. Much appreciation from this satisfied customer!

Let me start off by saying Melvin Greeted me with a great smile and awesome customer service I wish I had seen more customer service representatives like this. He had me in and out in the Jiffy.I have no complaints. Melvin gave me excellent Service and I wanna bring all my cars back to him And Any establishment he works at.

I had a great experience at this Express location today. Melvin was courteous and friendly. He completed my oil change and checked my car quickly and efficiently. I decided that I also wanted my tires rotated and Isaac was able to move my vehicle through this service quickly as well. I was in and out in less then an hour! I received superior customer service and will return. Highly recommend the Garners Ferry location.

I always get exceptional service here. They never try to upsell me and even told me another car place was overcharging me for my oil changes! Melvin is was particularly helpful today. I ll never use another place for my car services

This was the worst experience ever I don't even think that changed my oil. The whole setup was awful. I do not recommend this express. It was awful.. I'm praying nothing happens to my carUpdate: so I went home to Taylors SC and got my oil changed because Garners ferry did not change it. I told them about my experience in Columbia and they made my experience amazing as usual. The old oil was drained out and my oil light was reset and oh my goodness the customer service was spectacular as usual. They guys are very professional, work with a smile and talk to you and let you know what they doing to your car, I love them!! They really took care of me.

Melvin showed excellent customer service, greeted mexwith a smile and asked how was my day going. Not only did he perform oil change task he showed that he was mechanical inclined and talked about the importance of other services for my vehicle and gave a brief breakdown on what Express offers. Before leaving Melvin said remember we're here when ever you need us, come back to see us. I left with a smile

I want to thank Curtis for greeting me as soon as I pulled in. He was so informative with my car needs. From beginning to end, he was very polite and attentive. He let me know the repairs my vehicle needed and why but did not make me feel pressured to get these things done right then and there. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Fast and friendly service. Express Oil Change does more than oil changes. The Store Manager, Chris, replaced my Hood Lift Support Struts in less than 10 minutes.I have had my oil changed here for years.
