Excellent and fast service! Kate is great! She was at our window before we even got out of our car, and was giving us instructions on where to pull around. Everyone was professional and recommended maintenance was suggested but not pushed very hard. Yeah I know.I would suggest this location to others for a quick oil change, and would come back again.

James and his team were very helpful and honest! As a woman and going to get services it can be difficulty and you are not sure what to do. My technician was a woman and that made me even more comfortable! I know where I will be going for my car services for now on.

My visit at Express Oil Change was well worth it... they looked out for my vehicle and the safety of me driving her. The technicians here are Kind and Friendly. This is why I came back to this certain location. Would I recommend them...? Oh Yeah! It's superb dealership service but not at a dealership...it's actually better!. Thank you

I finally made time to get my oil changed on my Nissan.I went to my favorite oil change place, 10 minute oil change on Harbison!The company as a whole typically gets you in and out efficiently with great customer service Today, my service was done by a young man name James.James was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.He got my full synthetic oil and filter installed while also giving me quotes on other maintenance (tune-up and tire rotation).I my air filters and windshield wipers were purchased on my last visit!I give you guys a 5 star review �5Thank you, Kait, for always having a smile and positive attitude. It goes a long way

The manager, Mr. Mack is outstanding! He goes above and beyond to make sure you understand the issue of your car and what you re actually paying for. He is very professional, and makes sure you are satisfied no matter what!

Great crew! I pulled in and asked if they service diesel and was greeted with a happy why yes we do! .After I pulled into the bay the service expert outlined all of the necessary maintenance that was immediately needed and helped put a plan and price together for me that was very reasonable.All in all I ve had an oil and fuel filter change along with 6 new tires and an alignment and I couldn t be happier.Thank you!

Everyone I encountered at this location was great. They did good work with my oil change and repairs while being quick and efficient. They communicated with me throughout the visit and were informative without being pushy. I will absolutely be back.

Everyone was great and amazing! The environment was very warm and welcoming ! I had Austin and he was very personable and explained everything in detail for me. I appreciated his patience and his recommendations, I didn t feel like he was trying to upsell or suggest I have more services done than what I needed. Ladies I know when it comes to cars we have a hard time finding places that will be convenient and fair but this is most definitely the place. ABSOLUTELY LOVED LOVED LOVED THE SERVICE!!!

The customer service here is amazing. Both of the gentlemen were very polite and informative, made sure I understood why they were doing which procedures, as well as what didn't need to be done. One even offered me coffee while I waited. I definitely recommend this place. I've come here plenty of times, and have never been disappointed in service or price.

Came to South Carolina to rent a uhaul trailer to bring my son back home to Michigan. Was having a hard time getting the clip off the wiring harness. Came to Express oil change and James Mack, Kate, and Dakota came through. Very awesome service. Took time out of their day to help a complete stranger and asked for nothing in return. Truly amazing. Repeat customer who has NEVER had a bad experience! Everyone everytime is professional, friendly, and helpful! Every coat is broken down and explained, every filter placed in the car is shown for approval, and there seems to nothing - NOTHING - I have be turned away for as some other dealership and auto repair places have done. Thank you, thank you, thank you James Mack for creating a wonderful environment full of wonderful, capable and kind employees.

The store manager Mack and Jamie were amazing. They were thorough honest and understanding of me being in Nursing School. They noticed I needed windshield wipers and knowing I m on a fixed income they offered me one wiper for free. Definitely recommend. They re friendly and very welcoming.

I recently got my valve gaskets changed, and spark plugs changed They let me know that my car is ready so when I tried to drive it, it hesitated really bad like it was gonna cut off so I let the manager know. He said that I can leave my car there didn t have a ride so I had to try to find a ride The next day I was called saying that my car was ready to be picked up. I went to go pick it up for three days. My car had smoke coming from my car for 3 days the fourth day my car was saying no bus for the first time and all the lights were flickering I let the manager know. He assured me that he was going to check my car out with no cost when I came back to the shop i was told its 150 a hour for them to find the problem the only deal I was offered is a 15 dollar off or buy oil change i left very disappointed will never go back to get my car fixed but the oil changing crew does a great job that s the only thing I can vouch for this experience was very frustrating and stressful for me

Great location for all your car servicing needs! Everyone is so friendly & knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of speaking with the store manager James Mack & Austin for my servicing. While there I had a small cut that started bleeding and James was very helpful and made sure to bandage my cut for me!

If you haven't come here then you haven't experienced some of the best customer service around! They never cease to amaze! I have been coming here for nearly 8 years. Getting regular oil changes they remember me. They give top notch service! I have never had a bad experience. I get my tires, brakes, rotation, and one-off maintenance done here - nowhere else. They have not even done work if it wasn't warranted. I brought it in for brakes and new tires. When I came to pick it up, they only did tires BECAUSE I DIDN'T NEED BRAKES DONE! Their entire staff is friendly and personable. I have never come across anyone having a bad day! Don't sell yourself short. Get in here!

Another great experience. I took my car in for an inspection. I m getting ready to sell it and want to make sure it s in good shape. My experience here was great- check in, review, check out. The whole team is very friendly. An inspection is a good opportunity for dishonest mechanics to gouge customers. Not this place or this team. This team gets my business.

Absolutely amazing! I ll never take my car elsewhere. Every single employee is wonderful. No one tried to upsell things I didn t necessarily need. I felt genuinely cared for and my 13 year old car feels brand new! Thank you to all the staff at Express Oil Change, see you next time I need car care!

Came in for an oil change knowing I probably needed a bit more and they were so incredibly nice!! They were super friendly and helpful and mentioned numerous things that could be looked at and gave me recommendations!! Would definitely come here :))

Austin was very helpful with explaining needed services. I came in to get oil change, air and cabin filters replaced. I also needed a fuel injector cleaning and new tires. Quick and reliable service. Best prices around.

Wow the customer service was superb. There was some things I needed taken care of that I didn t know needed to be done. They recommended what was needed and I didn t feel any pressure about getting it done. My baby is on the road and riding like brand new. I will definitely be returning. I have experienced nothing less than great customer service from all of the Tire Engineers in Columbia, S.C area keep up the great work your work does not go unnoticed.

Just left the Harbison location where a 20yo in a beenie straight up lied to me concerning a question on routine service. Follow up calls to the other Express Oil locations proved that no such new, month old policy existed. In fact, I drove to the Dutch Fork location to complete my service without issue.7 years of oil changes, tire purchases and rotations, all positive, are now forgotten. In a service based industry all you have is your credibility and once that is lost, so is trust. Buyer beware, this location is not to be trusted. There are better options.

Very kind and helpful team! Austin explained some things that were wrong with my car and why they may need to be fixed. He spent the time getting me quotes for work I need in the future even though I couldn t get them done today. Thanks so much to the Express Oil team!
