Everyone in the service department was friendly from KIT, OSHA, Sajvelle & JEN very helpful and transparent.Shane inspection technician was helpful with the inspection and what will be needed.Brandon the technician was also very friendly and explained all the work that was completed in detailTrevor the shop foreman was also helpful and transparent with me regarding my service and what wasn t needed.

Had an engine light come on in South Carolina I found this shop locally called them up. They told me to come right on in to get checked in when I arrived. I met Osha. Very nice professional young lady that got the express assessment started and then showed me to the drivers lounge and kept me posted on every new update that she was able to get on my truck to be completely honest I ve never dealt with more professional shop. They really had a process in place to make getting your semi fixed go smoothly.Thank you Osha McCoy and Brandon Lee and the rest of the staff that makes your operation run this smooth. I ll be continuing to use your company in the future.

I was skeptic due to some reviews that this location has, I have a 2023 cascadia with 130k miles, I noticed a check engine light came on when I was delivering a load in the area, I googled the closest freightliner and explained my issue, my scanner was saying the crank case breather filter. They advised me to come in which I did. Upon arrival Osha in service checked me in and she immediately pulled my warranty limits and advised that with the few mileage this has to be under warranty, let s wait and see I said.The crankcase breather sensor was replaced and the pigtail, I waited aprox 5 hours. While I was there Sajvelle kept me updated with what was going on. Finally the repairs were done and my warranty covered everything. I went to start my truck my dash lit up with all kinds of lights which I have never seen before. I was like, I knew it maybe the bad reviews were right, I went to Osha and she brought me to a service tech Trevor who figured out the issue to be one of the Abs sensor connectors were not fully inserted. Nobody knows why that area was even included in their repairs. After about 20 minutes the lights went out and we were ready to go.Update update my issue came back the same day at night after I left the shop. my research says the whole unit should have been replaced not just the sensor, I called the shop back since now am in Kentucky, the gentleman suggested I drive back to the shop for them to diagnose again, what sense does that make,I told him the issue but he dismissed me, my scanner is incorrect, why is that cause I came in and mentioned what the issue was and your so called expert scanner pointed to the same part. Smh I should have just adhered to the other people s experiences. I know where the problem was could have bought the unit and replaced myself rather than waste my time and warranty paperworkI left a stars, for the ladies that checked me in and for Trevor who tried to resolve the other issue after repairs.

We had the unfortunate experience of a DEF Head failure on our RV. Excel made a nightmarish event completely unstressful. They sent a mobile mechanic Glen to us within the hour and had us back on the road in 5 hours. I cannot say enough of how understanding and professional these guys were

First time here and the environment and staff were welcoming, clean and peaceful. Mr. Kit assisted me right away explaining the process of checking me in and offering refreshments during my wait. He answered all my random questions thoroughly and patiently. Thanks Mr. Kit and everybody here!

I m now seeing why the reviews were so good here. I just went in to get a hose for my hose for my truck and was met with amazing service. Sam was definitely knowledgeable in what he does. He was personable and polite. You don t experience that too often. Especially on a Friday at 5. Soon after I got there there was a line of people behind me but he remained calm and proceeded to assist me . The store is very clean inside and out. I ll definitely return for future repairs. Thanks Sam for your help.

I spent over $2000.00 with this company in Statesville, NC and noticed that my problem wasn't fixed, however there is a one year warranty. So while in Columbia I took my truck to the same owned Freightliner and was told to pay a second time. After waiting over two hours after truck was repaired, they finally honored the warranty and told me not to come back! However, the truck should have been fixed properly the first time and it was only a little more then a week when came in the second time! Very poor service on how this was handled and holding me up to run load that was currently on!

Oshe was very nice and courteous when I first walked in. She took all my information down she listened to my concerns and she wrote them down. She told me what I can expect. I interned asked her if there were two of our company's trucks available for me to take one and she took the time and was considerate to look them up and provide me with the information I needed to know. Unfortunately they were not ready just yet. I also had a great experience with kit and I know I'm a company driver but if I was a owner operator I would definitely choose this location to get my truck fixed. Thank you so much for being caring observant and providing a great experience!

Our Class A rv had a fuel filter alarm going off and we started losing power about an hour outside of Columbia. I called many businesses and Excel is the only one who said they could help. Jennifer (on the phone) was really friendly and honest about most likely having to get to us first thing the next morning.However, when we arrived, Osha got us all checked in and she got an engine tech to lower himself to do an oil & fuel filter changes. We are forever in her (and his) debt! We got there in the late afternoon and they had us fixed up and on our way by 7pm! Awesome timely service and we are so thankful they were willing/able to work on our Class A diesel pusher!

I have had repairs done at this dealership several times. They work quickly to assess your truck and get you back on the road in the shortest amount of time. On various occasions I've interacted with Sajvelle, Osha & Kit in the service department and they've always been lively and friendly.I highly recommend this dealership. Excellent facilities, friendly staff and reliable service.

KIT was excellent. Everyone at the facility was GREAT but he is who I dealt with He made it quick and easy. I checked in around 8am and i was back on the road by 1pm that same day. They completed 4 jobs on my truck in that short amount of time. This will be my go to shop for now on.

Got broken down went to excel in Columbia, SC got taken care of as soon as I arrived. KIT Suter was my savior that Saturday where most shops would be close and charge after hours $$$. Friendly, very professional and courteous. If you got broke down in the area don t hesitate to get service by them you won t regret it

2nd pm . First went smooth. Working on 2nd now. Drop trailer somewhere else before you come. TA and loves within 2-3 miles.FCFSOverall good experience with these guys.Restrooms are clean.They forgot to get some coffee pounce, Hope they will get on my next PM/Oil change.

If you need your truck worked on for WHATEVER, please come here! Even if you're from out of state. It's worth the drive. Kit checked me with a smile and was beyond courteous! 5 stars to him and Excel! AND THE CUSTOMER LOUNGE.... BETTER THAN MOST TRUCK STOPS! Come see for yourself! Don't take My word for it!

I broke down just outside Columbia in my Sprinter 3500 Class B, motorhome. To make long story short there were multiple problems that were diagnosed as efficiently as possible and repaired quickly to get me back on the road.If you breakdown near Columbia in your Truck or RV the crew here will treat you right and get you back on the road ASAP.I couldn't imagine a better experience.

Went to a group out of Greenville, SC, paid $4k and didn't fix my issue at all. Next trip on the road I had major problems. Called Excel and had the pleasure to work with Osha. It is so rare to find someone that cares about helping people as much as she does. Above and beyond is an understatement. They got the part I needed before I arrived and less than 90 minutes later, I was smooth sailing again. Highly recommend this group and most specially, Shannon that goes by the name Osha!

Today my freightliner cascadia had a issue with a broken belt....thanks to KIT and the mechanics and the nice girls at the counter...I was in & out in a few hours...my friends will here and know where to go to get..SUPER FAST SERVICE...6 STAR SERVICE..thnx again..

This dealership can't seem to fix my truck. 2 times with the same issue. They fix it and within hrs the issue reappears. I hope when I go back the 3rd time they permanently will fix my issue.
