Just passing by . Wanted to support a black business. 75 dollars for used tires with $5 disposal fee. Also forgot to put my valve cap back on but couldn't wait to tell me about my "rusted rim" that could be cleaned for an extra $95.May God help these people

This experience is the outcome of trying to support your OWN African American business. The service was horrible.The tech ( young guy) offered me 4 used tires for $65 pc...after agreeing to his offer hethen changed the price to $350 for the tires, little did he know, I'm an accountant and calculation is my expertise. I questioned him about the quote total in which should have been $260 vs the $90 additional difference ($350) that he was trying manipulate, and rip me off. His respond, the additional ($90) was due to me asking for service 10 min before closing time, it costed me for them providing service after 5:00 closing time..In which I never asked for after hours services.What kind of customer service is that!!!! If he felt that he wanted to clock out on time and didn't want to stay a few minutes over to satisfy a customer and make money at the end of the day, he should have said so. Some companies just aren't trustworthy and dont have any morals about themselves and interests in the reputation of their business. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMED ANYONE TO THIS BUSINESS.Needless to say, I end up receivinga $304 bill with no description of charges( accept the tire charges).BEWARE STAY AWAY, SCEAMERS.

Never go to this man I was there yesterday I bought tires from him he put two different size tires on my car. Before I even left the tire shop my sensor came on I had to air up the tire I just bought yesterday twice since then he gave me a week warranty so I came back to tell him about the tires he sold me and go figure he s closed! DONT GO HERE!!!! This business is all about robbing someone! Also the whole town has nothing good to say about this business! They are bad people taking advantage of people to get by. I would honestly have gave no stars and this must be why I the glasses are busted out of his shop.

My Mother and I ended up with a flat tire. I am new to the city and I started panicking and when I looked up I was right in front of Duke's. The tire was put on before I could ask any questions. The price was reasonable. Although that tire went flat once I got home, He came out to my house and took that tire off and brought me another tire with no additional charge. That is 5-Star service. I am definitely going to refer more people to this business!! Thank ya'll

Very bad!!! I feel like I got played because I was a lady. They charged me $97.12 for a used tire that's a wild price. I was unfortunately in a position with all my kids and needed to get home due to a flat tire, but I will not be back.

What a fantastic experience. From the moment we drove up they were helping us.We have an odd size tire and they worked hard to accommodate our needs. Being on a tight budget because of Christmas they were great to help us on the price too. Would go there forever for my tires. Thanks for what you did for us.

I didn't know what to expect at first because of all the negative reviews but I was met by an employee before I even walked into the door with a smile and helping hand. They quickly found the tire I needed and even gave me options. The tire was reasonably priced (45 dollars) and the labor was fairly cheap (around 6 dollars). They were fast and courteous. I will definitely go their again if I need a tire or two.

I am just going to say I will no longer be coming here. I have been coming here for just over a year now and I have truly become more and more disappointed with how I feel hustled by the staff. The owner and his wife are AMAZING and humble people I just wish they would keep a close eye on their staff. The business should not be run like it is a hustle or get rich quick scam. I say that because I was quoted one price once and paid another. I am not one to argue about anything because I try and be accommodating and give a second or third chance. This time I felt like I was hustled and I found out I was. I purchased 2 tires one for 35 dollars which came with a warranty and the other for 35 with no warranty. I should have just gotten the 35 dollar tire, but I feel a member of the staff honestly just took 10 dollars off a tire that he knew would go bad. So after this time I just will take my business else where

Great establishment. Friendly staff that go above and beyond what is required. I brought back a tire for a reseal and there was no question or talk about repayment. They redid the seal with a smile and I have continued to use them for all my tire needs over the pass year, and they have went from calling me to sir to a first name basis and even asking how my loved ones are doing. A1 place wish all business were like this one.

Family owned business. The family was fast and very nice. They also have a large selection of used tires, they had mine tire which is usually hard to find plus the had about 10 of them on site. They offer a 1 week warranty on used tire.UPDATE: I road on my tire for almost a month with it driving a little weird and was getting ready to go on an 8 hour road trip so I had it looked at by another company. Long story short it has been driving weird because Dukes put the wrong size tire on my truck. I'm not sure how that happened because the guy putting the tire on showed me the correct tire. So I had to purchase a new tire and now have a tire I cant use.

Says they open at 8. Needed a tire before i had to go to work. Showed up at 8:25 and they still weren't open. Now I have to continue riding around on my donut till I have some time off to get this done. Would have planned on going somewhere else had I known they wouldn't be open when they were supposed to.

I came here looking to buy tires and the owner assured me the 4 NEW tires he was selling me were great. After a week my car was riding very unsteady so i took my car to another shop i normally go to and they informed my step dad that the tires i had previously bought( almost $300) were no good. The front tires had basically a lump in them causing my car to ride the way they did. Wouldn t recommend.

My vehicle was towed here after a vehicle collision. My vehicle was safe, nobody tampered with anything. My vehicle was secured there for 13 days.When I went to look at my vehicle and retrieve my personal items the passenger side windows were down some. They put a covering on that side to block the rain. All they had to do was crank it and roll up the windows. I guess they didn't want to bother with anything so I understand. They asked me if I was alright. My own local insurance company that I pay monthly didn't call to ask if I was alright. They still haven't called 13 days later. My only concern about this establishment is the amount of clutter that is stored where the cars are supposed to be stored at.

The entire set up is a scam. The owner is a swindler. I ve gotten 4 tires from them. 3 of which were bad and went flat within a day or two. The last tire my fiancee got from them was dry rotted and already patched. The man not only takes advantage of women who may be naive and trust him to provide a quality service, he also allows his staff to harass women customers. He knowingly sells garbage to unwitting customers with the same played out excuse about South Carolina roads being so bad . Since I already know their bs policy about refunds, I ll just save time and handle it with my credit card company. Fraudulent, dishonest, and all around trash. Save yourself the headache and go to another used tire shop. Anybody but Dukes.

Went here a while ago and was sold a tire by a older heavier set guy with a gray beard who assured me this was a good tire and he wanted to put it on himself so I dont come back with issues. When I took it to go get it put on the person said he would have never sold me this tire because of how bad it was. Make sure you know what they selling g you here and not cutting corners.

Dont be fooled! I called to see if they have my tire size and how much it would cost they said Yes and prices were 35 and up. It took me 10 min to drive there and when I got there they said they didn't have my exact size but the size they had would not make much of a difference when I drove. (RED FLAG) so after going back n fourth they assured me that it would be fine. So I stupidly fell for it and bought the tire which was over priced 57.27 to be exact. So I drove to another tire shop and got my exact size that I needed and when I got there I discovered not only was the tire size off but they put the tire on backwards. My husband called up to the shop to see if we could bring the tire back and get a refund and they said no and told him he should have came with me to ensure I got the right size. (In other words if a man was with me or a man called they wouldn't have lied to him or try to swindle and coerce him into buying an over priced tire that was not the size of the other tires on the car.) They offered to sell us another overpriced new tire or give us shop credit which was bs since I paid in cash. ( why would I want to go back after what they did previously? ) on top of that they didnt even try to rectify the fact that they put my tire on backwards. They seem nice but if you seem nieve they have no issue withlying to you and taking your money. If you need a reputable tire shop that wont lie about what tire sizes they have just to get you in the door and swindle you go to The Villa Discount tire and Auto on Monticello road. They are usually my go to tire shop but since I was closer to dukes and they lied and said they had my tire size I decided to give them a chance. Big mistake. I hope you all take heed and just say no! They are overpriced anyway! Stay far far away. I wouldn't even get an oil change from then they would probably reuse to old oil and charge you for it. Horrible customer service!

I haven't been here in over three years because EVERY SINGLE TIME I purchased a tired from them they never lasted more than a month.(at least 4x) He tried to sell me a "new" tire one time. im pretty sure it was going to be a used tire for the new price. I feel like he takes advantage of women.

I went to them to get used tires. He tried to rip me off because I needed them. He wanted 95.00 for 1 tire. And their was almost no tire there. Wow these people are bad don't go there.

Called and asked if they had my tire size. I was told yes. Then when I got there the tire looked worst than the one I had. They gave me another tire that wasn t my size and I had to put air in the tire twice in a week. Went back again and they tell me I have a nail in it. They fixed it but what I m wondering is how this the only tire that has a nail in it? None of my other tires have had nails in them. EVER!!

Called yesterday for a hard to find tire size they told me they had several sets starting at $65. Send my guy up there today. They have 1 set and were garbage with flat spots and wore tf out. The lady on the phone was rude as he'll and I could hear her boss in the background showing his ass. I wouldn't spend money here if I was on fire and They had the last bottle of water. I wouldn't even let these unprofessional losers piss on me in fear of catching whatever they have.

Friendly staff, high prices . I ran a wheel off a Nissan and they only had a 20 " to get me going. Charged me $300+tax and told me "it will fit". It did not. I'm in GA, the truck is in NC, they are in SC. If I come back, they will try to find one that will fit but no refund. Very frustrated.

Worst place to purchase a used tire, give a receipt with 7 day guarantee and next day tire was flat, did not replace bad tire. There word is no good and biggest scam around....

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was really disappointed to find out that the tire that I had gotten from them not only wasn't any good, but it needed to be replaced. My guys at Meineke hooked me up. Good staff, great attitudes, quality of service not up to par.

Got a nail out of my tire and patched it in 15 minutes! Super helpful and amazing prices! Preston has the best customer service, he needs some recognition!

They deserve no star at all they over priced and sold me the wrong size tires. I purchase two and one of them had a knot in it. I called back to tell them about it and they acted like I've never been a customer there when I had the receipt. My experience was Horrid

Very. Very bad brought 3 tires he showed .Me. 2 good tires I was traveling. Trying to make it home before dark. half way home car went to shaking so bad ..The tire had wires I. Couldn't believe it. They don't put tires on they .show you ..But. It's all in God's hands. The. Unjust .will not prosper..!!!

I will not be going there anymore. I paid 149.00 for 2 used tires. And they didn't even balance the tires. Definitely won't be getting nothing from them no more

I purchased a tire on July 8th and for the last few days, my car has been shaking. There's a bulge in the tire from them giving me a bad tire. They had the nerve to try to charge me for a new tire. There was no regard for their error or faulty tire. It's clear that he knows his tires won't last because the warranty is only two weeks

Really good guys, quick to find the tire I needed as well as getting it pressed on to a rim. On top of that very nice, got a handshake and a sincere "have a good day sir" at the end. 10/10 would recommend
