Somehow, someone posted a negative review about Donahue's Auto & Transmissions under my name (the review below this one). I have patronized Donahue's for at least 5 or 6 years and had the opportunity to know the family. They have always done a great job on several of my vehicles, and I wouldn't allow anyone else to service my vehicles. The entire family has always been welcoming and very professional. I highly recommend their services.Please disregard the false review that was previously left below.

Absolutely great working with them. The staff were very nice and took care of my vehicle quickly at a great price. I have definitely found my go-to shop and will use them again in the future if ever the need arises. I highly recommend them!

Donahue's has excellent service. You're always in & out. We've gotten a transmission put in & two oil changes from them. Was not disappointed either time. The staff is always friendly & willing to help you. I'll never get my oil changed anywhere else. If I need anything done to my vehicle, I'll check with them first.

From the moment you walk in the door it's a great experience. Attentive, knowledgeable and sincere. As promised they phoned me with their diagnosis and price for repair. Work was completed quickly. When I picked up my car they explained the problem and answered my questions beyond my expectations. How many times can you say that you are treated better than you expected? Donahue's is my absolute "go to" for service and repair of my Vintage BMW.

Such humble, caring and genuine people! I had my vehicle towed here 2 months ago from the dealership to potentially have them replace my transmission. In the end, I opted to get another vehicle since this was the 2nd transmission failure in 3 years. They were so kind during that process that I vowed to use them if the need arose for my other vehicles. Fast forward.....last week my son had a hose blow out on the interstate. I had the vehicle towed here and once again these gentlemen provided great customer service. They kept us informed during the entire process and charged a fair price for their time and services.

Great staff and ownership! Very knowledgeable and explains what is wrong in detail so anyone can understand. Incredible customer service and definitely go the extra mile in taking care of your needs! Will take any of my vehicles back again if they're having problems.

Upon walking into the front office, I could tell that I was not welcomed at all. I could tell by the looks I was getting. Just very unprofessional and prejudice. Also, refusing to accept a customer s warranty just because it causes a little more work for your shop is unacceptable. Very draconian like without a care in the world for the customer.

Very professional, courteous, and even apologetic on my behalf. They did a great job, and understood that it's not easy spending that much for a repair...great warranty included...they also gave me a free t-shirt!

My initial visit was for diagnostic of my transmission. I spoke to Mike he gave his honest opinion of what was going on with my Lexus. Had my transmission replaced in my 2012 Yukon XL. Very professional, friendly and did great work. Haven't had any issues since! Not to mention they charged $1k less than the dealer wanted and I got a 3yr 100,000 mile warranty instead of the dealers 3yr 36,000 mile warranty (trans would have had same common issues)

A great business run by great people! When my go-to mechanic wasn't comfortable working on my transition, he recommended Donahue's right away, and I'm sure glad he did. Donahue's does a wonderful job of considering the individual needs of each of their clients. I explained to Mike and Michael that due to my financial situation I am unable to spend a ton of money on repairs. Accordingly, they sought a solution specifically tailored to me. On top of that, Michael was kind enough to give me his card in case I am in need of any informal vehicle advice. Donahue's also did not attempt to overcharge me or exploit my naivet� in any way whatsoever (unlike many other auto shops I've been to). Rather, it is quite clear to me that Donahue's is a truly honest business full of trustworthy people. Without a doubt, Donaue's put's their customers first!

When my car wouldnt shift into gear, I had it towed to the AAA car care center in Columbia. They told me the entire transmission had to be rebuilt because there was a problem with a pump, and it would cost $2,975, minimum. So, I decided to have it towed to Donahue's instead. They told me the problem was actually with the converter shaft and they could repair it for $1,537. Donahue's did the work and now the car is running great. Mike, the owner, was prompt, honest, and straightforward the whole time. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend them!Edit: 4 years later, the car and its transmission are still going!

I OWN ANOTHER LOCAL AUTO REPAIR SHOP AND I NEEDED A SPECIFIC TRANSMISSION REBUILD KIT. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO HELP ME FIND IT; ALTHOUGH, IT WAS OF NO BENEFIT TO THEM. FROM ONE SHOP TO ANOTHER, THANK YOU FOR TAKING TIME TO HELP ME, YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission
