The interaction I had was ok, but being there and overhearing how other employees handled interactions was appalling; I sat through overhearing an interaction with an older gentleman and another employee(could of been a manager) about tires, and the employee literally flat out said "no what, you guys literally get discounts at mchdonalds for coffee, we don't do military discounts for people you dont deserve it just cause you served," I couldn't handle what he was saying, I almost lost it, on top of knowing that they literally do, do military discounts, cause I got one. I'd like to give only one star, but the interaction I had with the person helping me made the whole interaction more worthwhile. Not to take away from what had happened prior, but the new interaction had was tremendously different prior, they definitely earned stars back, but only time will tell if it ever will be 5 stars.

I highly recommend this place! The people there are extremely kind and welcome you in the door. Marcus was my attendant and Nick finished my car and brought it to me.They even put my wipers on for free. These guys knew exactly what I needed and even beat their own time to get me out of there. I can t say enough good about this particular store for Discount Tire. They are awesome I highly recommend them. Thank you so much, you guys rock!!!

Great service. I had an appointment and was in and out quickly. No coffee, and I didn't see any water bottles. Not all places have them, but it sure would have been nice this morning.

Very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work of the team at this location. Brought in my Tesla Moldel Y with a flat tire and the guys took care of it in about 35 minutes. I was also pleasantly surprised that they did not charge me for this work. Will definitely be coming back for more tire service in the future!

I have bought probably 7 (that I can recall, possibly more) sets of tires from these guys. The last set I bought my wife a few months ago were some that were in stock, in a pinch and I was just never really in love with them. But the manager, Mike, is absolutely the best - he worked with me to swap out the tires with the ones I really wanted and gave me a fantastic deal to do so. I am 100% a customer for life with these guys.

Ok I'm a Discount Tires fan in general but as expected the service was courteous and thorough even though I arrived about 15 mins before closing. Turns out my sensors were off and the lead technician took the time to talk me thru how and why this happened s from time to time. He explained that when tires are rotated the sensor mapping is often not updated. He reset or rather remapped them and when one wouldn't come in took the opportunity to train one of his technicians on the process while getting myblast sensor mapped.You can't make up this level of passion and commitment to customer service and I'm thankful.

Went in for a free tire pressure check and they found two screws in one of my tires. Left it there during peak time and it was completed in an hour and a half. Awesome job and great customer service.

Fast service and friendly staff. Nice waiting area with plenty of places to plug in . Had tires balanced & rotated within 30 minutes.

Had a blowout on I -77 in Columbia South Carolina so the keep I'm driving all the way to Charlotte North Carolina on the donut I had to find a tire store that carries Michelin tires in the size that I needed for our Durango. So I stopped in a parking lot to search people down and found Discount Tire give them a call and found out they have what I needed and they're right down the street on Garners Ferry Road. The manager was very helpful and the staff were very nice even gave my dog a compliment she's a shitzu. I felt like I got a real good deal on the two Michelin tires I needed and found out that they are going to build a store in Summerville South Carolina close to me. Was really glad I was able to stop here to get what I needed the store is very clean and organized. They even have a line to get your air pressure check for free no purchase necessary. This is what I call Great customer service.

I went in yesterday to have my tires looked at. Had put air in several times and was still getting low tire pressure warning. Marcus was the representative that helped me. He checked all the tires, adjusted tire pressures and was so polite and nice the entire time. This gentleman knows the true meaning of customer service.

Uh oh, my front left tired just popped and it's beginning of business day on Thursday. Also it's a run flat tire (hard to find). What do I do? After panicking I called Discount Tire and they kept me calm. They said they could see me immediately. Even though they didn't have the same size run flat in stock, they told me they have a suitable non run flat replacement that I decided to go with. The tire price was very fair compared to nearby retailers. Service was quick and easy. They sent me text updates the whole time while I did some remote work from their clean, comfortable, and tidy waiting area. Most importantly ALL employees were FRIENDLY and knowledgeable. So many times I have been mistreated by workers in the auto community. Well not these folks. They are fabulous. Don't believe me? Test them out.

Outstanding! Towing an RV, had a major blowout, they got me in had the right size of specialty tire, even stayed late to get us back on the road. I decided to replace two additional tires and got a discount on those. I'd give them 10 stars, but I'm limited to 5.

We live in Ohio, but were down in Hilton Head for a week and ended up with a slow leak in one of our tires. We stopped at this Discount Tire near Columbia, SC, and they were incredible. They got us in right away, found the little chunk of metal stuck in the tire, patched it up, and got us back on the road in no time at all. And the craziest part, there was no charge! I was blown away with the service we received and could not be more satisfied. I had my wife and my two very young sons with me, and they allowed us all to stay in the car while we got fixed up. With the whole family in the car and needing to drive all the way back to Ohio, we couldn t take any chances. I m so glad we stopped at this location, they were absolutely amazing. From the manager who checked us in, to the tech that guided us into the bay, and the tech who physically fixed our tire, they were all incredible. They were all so courteous and professional, both me and my wife were just blown away. We were there less than 30 mins total, but my wife and I literally talked about it how awesome they were for an hour on the road. I can t say enough good things about this location and their team.

Just wanted to say thank you Thomas and team. 5-star experience! The tech (apologies forgot his name) did I phenomenal job. I arrived 30 minutes before close and the tech took the time even cleaned the old glue and grease off the rims for me.Thanks again!Christopher (Amg)

I will definitely be back. The service was great from the phone call this morning to the time I left the shop. Rashad was excellent! He made sure to contact me when my tires were in. I called this morning with a last minute ask and on a time crunch. He made sure my appointment was set up RIGHT! When I drove up I was met outside by Mark. My entire service was seamless. The technician that worked on my car made sure to tell me everything I needed to know and was very nice. Everyone in the shop was personable, professional, and delivered exceptional service. Thank you!!

Made an appointment to have my tire replaced because it would not take air. So I assumed they checked my tire which took an hour and half for them to tell me my rim is bent. I took my tire to another to a rim shop for a second opinion and they told me my rim was not bent and it s the tire itself that needs to be replaced. Now I have to revisit Discount tire because I have a warranty with them. I m highly upset because this issue could have been resolved the first time I came in. And they were going to quote me on a new rim to charge me $270 for it.

From start to finish an awesome experience. Great deal on 4 tires. Mike and the team had me in and out in 1 hour! Everyone seemed to be up beat and working as a group of friends taking pride in what they do and having fun doing it!

This location of Discount Tire has always been great. They are quick to schedule, will fit you in if needed, don t pressure you on extra sales, and are extremely nice. I went in to get a tire inspection recently (not my 1st time there) and spoke with Mike - he was able to get a nail out of my tire that hadn t punctured it somehow, but also informed me my treads on my front tires were in bad shape. Instead of pressuring me to make an unexpected, costly decision right then, he took the time to write up what was wrong with the tires AND give me an estimate so I could talk to my husband who knows more about them than I do. I actually went right back in and asked them to replace them, and they did for a very affordable price and in almost no time! Definitely recommend.

Had a screw in my tire, they fixed it for FREE!! I was surprised, but pleased! I will be back for sure!! The new manager was a joy to talk with, great addition to the store!

My first visit to Discount Tires which was at the Garner Ferry Road location in Columbia, SC. I purchased 5 tires which was in afternoon and had to be ordered. They called the next morning that the tires were in and come in when I want to. Luckily, when I arrived there were no others vehicles in the bays. So the four tire installers all jump in together installing the four tires and new spare tire. It looked like a NASCAR pit crew. I was out in less than 30 minutes. I was impressed to see them work together. Everyone was very pleasant and they seem genuinely appreciative of your business. Every business selling tires in town sell at the same tire price but I think service and after service is important to me. That all they do is sell and service tires. I do recommend them and will go back .

I had a nail in my tire, and went fully expecting to walk away having to pay something for the repair. I was shocked they repair any tire, no matter where you purchased them.They also took the time to help me price titration for when then time comes. They easily could have told me I needed new tires immediately, but didn t.I will definitely be back.

They said they could have it done by 11 (2.5 hours) with no problem and they hadn t even started at 11.Last time I waste a morning there.

Travis is awesome... I picked the wrong tires and I do extreme hypermiling... after they were installed I went from 74 MPG over 2,000 miles to 47 MPG over 200 miles... I was literally burning gas!!! Travis helped me get the right tires and back on the road sending my MPG up to 62.5 on a basic install!!! And that was with traffic!!! I'm back!!! I can't explain how happy I am... Discount Tire definitely has my business!!! Drove all the way from Charleston... update 75.2 reached after tire break-in...

Rashad and Ben are awesome. Been dealing with this company for 5 years now. Replaced hundreds of dollars worth of tires with 3 cars, and I have no regrets. Professional, great service, and awesome tires. Thanks guys, and keep up the great work!
