Justin has been my service advisor for the last 6 months or so and he has to be the sweetest young man ever. I always feel as though I am aggravating him with my continuous issue with a noise from my rotors. He always makes me feel as though I am NOT aggravating him and he takes care of the problem. Even if I am a bother, he does a great job hiding it, and with a beautiful smile at that. I use to go to the Northeast location and the men there are awful ( at least in 2022, not sure about now) I didn t really care for another young man there at the Fernandina location as he wasn t rude but he wasn t nice either if that makes sense. So, I asked for another service advisor and I got Justin and I am so thankful. He got me together today as he did the last 3-4 times I ve been there. I appreciated good customer service.

It was the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. There was no pressure at all and the salesman George was absolutely outstanding! He made us feel extremely comfortable!

Wow, what a great experience. They treated me so well, I felt like their only customer. I was one of about 20 and they still made me feel priority. If I were looking for a new vehicle, I would totally come here.

I called to set up an appointment and I was given one but on the day I showed up, they did not have me in the system for that day. I reassured them that I had the right date because I flew into town to help my mother who does not drive with this appointment. The service advisor, April, was calm, and polite and worked us in while I waited. That is great service. The lobby had multiple cords for me to work with and a mice selction of beverages and snacks. It was completed in no time. We also had a recall that they conducted and it turned out well. April was able to tell me more about the recall upon my request.I also asked for the key fob batteries to be replaced due to the indicator message on the dashboard. Although they forget to do it before I drove off, I was able to come back later that morning and another service advisor, the only one at lunch time, was so courteous and got us fixed right up. Overall a great experience!!!

I came in to turn in a lease and purchase a new vehicle. I appreciate the help the entire staff gave us. We had an awesome salesperson in Michael Plant. In my lifetime I have owned 8 Nissans, starting with Datsun B210 in 1976. My husband and I are Nissan people.

my sales person Brian M. was great. I told him what I was looking for in a car and he found it. Jeff in the finance office was great as well, explained the paperwork so I knew what I was paying each month. Highly recommend

If you go there to the service dept beware. I should have paid more attention...they charged me 195 dollars to tell me my battery was corroded and going bad. Hell that's free at auto zone. Stated they charge 195 for each complaint. Paid 400 dollars and they couldn't even fill my tires...pathetic what this world is coming too.

I always come for a Oil Change the Price is very Reasonable compared to others. I also brought my car back from the place where I brought it from to service all the mechanical needs. I hope they stay reasonable also.

I have yet to receive a reasonable explanation as to how a Nissan transmission in an original newly purchased vehicle would need to be replaced after 111k miles without offering some solution that provides relief for consumers who unwittingly purchased a vehicle with a known companywide defective transmission system. Why were we not advised to have our transmissions replaced if NISSAN knew they were defective?

In for an oil change/tire rotation and asked why the charge pad was no longer working. Was told a short that will cost $1200. About the time my lease miles are up...convenient guys. A short to me is a defect in building and should be replaced.

Jason, the service rep was extremely professional. Greeted me as I drove up and knew my name. Did not have a long wait for oil change, quicker than any lube places. The experience reminded me of service on my Genesis G80.

Was sold a car that was altered ... didn't know until 3 years in from a mechanic that showed me certain parts were used. The carfax report did not show any records of any accidents.

I had the best service. I love my ride. Don and Jeff are so easy to work with. I didn't get the vehicle I really wanted but that is fault of my own. They found me a Kia Sorrento and itnis just as nice. Looking to buy I'd go see them for sure.

VERY DISAPPOINTED ****I gave them 5 stars years ago . But in the last couple of years , horrible1. Failed to change transmission during the recall period. Even though the car was skipping and jerking2. After a few months, they exchanged transmission fluid 2 weeks later. I had to replace transmission3. Last I brought the car because the engine light was on . The next day, I picked the car engine light and came back on in 6 miles trip.4 . They said they needed a spark plug and coil . After I paid 647 .for battery and oil change and a belt .onther 650The cost is over 1300 .5. In conclusion, they should be more upfront with their prices. But they do it in stages.Save your time and money go somewhere else.

Services were recommended that I personally completed 2 weeks ago and after paying for my service, I had to ask twice after waiting 25 minutes when they were planning to bring my car around. Never had such service at the two notch location.

This was my first time buying a vehicle and I worked with Gregg Briggs. He made me feel so comfortable and was amazing at explaining things in a way I understood during the entire process. He was patient with me and I was in and out in less than an hour. He definitely has my business the next time I need a vehicle!Everyone else in the dealership were warm and helpful and were happy to answer any questions I had.

Everyone at this place was very friendly. They have all made my car searching very easy. Mr. Greg Briggs was the car salesman that sold me my Nissan Rouge. Once I told him what I wanted and was looking for he definitely found many different options for me to choose from. I was able to find what I was looking for and he made it easy for me to get through the paperwork and drive out that day with my brand new car. I really enjoyed my time there, I would definitely recommend going here and seeing Mr. Briggs if you are looking for a new car.
