This was an amazing experience with getting our Nissan Kicks. Everyone was nice, gave us options and gave us a good test drive. 10/10, would highly recommend! Our sales rep was the best too!

My service advisor was amazing. Tommie was so knowledgeable and helpful. Even though the cause of the problem couldn't be found, he provided some options and welcomed me back. My car was looked at in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and customer centric. Great experience. Tommie was particularly great

I had a great car buying experience with Christian our car salesman, who was very thoughtful. Todd and Kent are wonderful, providing a great education about options. Each person listened to my needs and did not pressure or rush my buying experience. It's truly a breath of fresh air to find a dealership I can trust in the Columbia area. Everyone is highly professional at this dealership and it's clear that this dealership is cut from a different cloth.

My experience is always great. Service Rep Tommy Middleton is always polite and helpful and explains everything to me in terms that I understand. He has amazing customer service and is always willing to explain and assist no matter what. Any time I bring my car in regardless of the issues, he's always upfront about about cost and risks. He is truly one of your best team members.

Based on my experience and the false information provided to me about the part cost, I feel like the service department was dishonest and unethical.I moved to Columbia from VA a year ago. I used to get my vehicle served at my local Nissan dealership in VA for years. They were always honest about the price of parts/service. Completely different experience here.l and it was very disappointing.

Very nice Service Department and waiting area. Everyone was very courteous. Shuttle Driver Rob should be rewarded for his demeanor. Dropped me off to work and picked me up after service completed.

Took a company vehicle over for service and my service advisor was great. I was in at 8 and service was done by noon. Carwash included so now 100 percent less pollen.

Rick, Kaitlyn and Harold were especially helpful. They listened and problems were solved.I returned the next day and a tech came to me to show me where a diagnostic port is on my car. He actually inserted the devise sent to me by Progressive insurance to monitor my driving habits.I ended up going back for an additional part replacement. Kaitlyn D. Covered all bases from warranty to getting part and having it installed in a reasonable time. GREAT service! And car works as advertised! Love it! Diana Stout

Although a female checked me in. Brock Owens talked to me with his head down every time. He even called me instead of coming to me in the waiting room like others. It was as if he knew me but didn't want me to recognize him. I had to come to him to ask about my keys after I paid. He just said in the car with his head down as if he was too busy to look up.

The service person was somewhat rude to me, He gave me a bill with nocomputation amount. I told him I need too see what I'm bring charge. He was rude and showed me only what was done, I reiterated I need to see what I'm paying for, Don't just give me a total, I need it itemized. I then had to go back to him. He was talking to a friend at his desk. When I approach he never acknowledged me standing there as a black women that was disrespectful- he kept talking to that person about unrelated job as I said there, He never said. I will be with you in a minute. He has the nerve to have a Bible on his station, the way he treated me was ungodly. I believe it was due to my RACE And being a woman.

My service experience started with the Advisor (Mr. Simmons), with excellent customer service. He assisted me and was very professional knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions regarding the service and explained everything in great detail. My vehicle was ready within the window of time Mr. Simmons gave me. I received a phone call from him explaining what was done, and that the vehicle was ready to be picked up.

The initial wait was very long. Realized it is due to only 2 service advisors on Saturday. Just moved from Dallas TX and Nissan service there has at least 8 on weekends. Once I was able to speak to Rico, he was great to deal with. Took his card to call on as I have 2 Nissans and will look to calling him when I service my other car.

You can never say something good about buying a car from a dealership, the pressure tactics, the paperwork, the negotiations back and forth are unnecessary and take up too much time.But on this one night, at this one location my son found a used vehicle that was well maintained, and though it was overpriced management negotiated to a point where it could be afforded and my son now has his first self purchased vehicle.Sales Management and the finance team were friendly and provided good information, were patient, it made my son's experience a good one.

Ricardo Simons was so helpful and professional. I was stranded on the interstate while traveling through Columbia, SC ( on a Saturday). My car was towed to Nissan and Ricardo was able to do a diagnostic test on my car and they were able to find the problem, fix it and get me back on the road to my destination. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and was so nice, which my family was so glad I wasn t stranded out of town.I want to thank everyone that was involved in getting my car fixed and back on the road.Ricardo, I can t thank you enough.

Regular maintenance. In and out. It was explained to me what services were performed and any questions I had were answered. Service department workers were extremely courteous.
