Terrible service. They made me wait for 3hours and 45 minutes for an oil change that was never done.Rick wheeler was the advisor. I was waiting there because he said it will only take 2 hours. He would ve told me that it would take longer! It was very disappointing experience.Just made me waste almost 4hours of my time.After the 3:45 minutes wait he said maybe one more hour or so very unprofessional guy.I spent $90,000 here and that s the kind of customer service I get?Time is very valuable and they should let customers know up front instead of making them wait for hours.

Online appointments can be made for service, with detailed information being requested and entered by the customer, and a confirmation is even sent to the customer; however, they do not honor those appointments, know about them, or have access to the information you entered and ask for it again and they say it will be hours before they can get to you. The parts you let them know over a week in advance that you needed through this online process were never even checked on. This is simply not acceptable. Please do not offer that option if you are not willing or able to handle it for whatever reason - it's that simple.

They have all the parts you need, but they are horrible on timelines and communications. I understand I was not the only car but it shouldn t have taken more than 3 days to get my car. I tried booking an appointment and they told me to bring it in for first come first serve and it took way longer. They also left parts in the back of my car.
