Took my 2019 Mercedes in for its 5 yr check up. The service was done in less than 4hours. I used the courtesy transportation to deliver me home and pick me up when the service was completed.The staff was courteous & kind.Sarah went through the checklist of the services and the cost as well. I even received a call during the service to apprise me of an issue that was should address soon.

I cannot comment on their service or their techs but I went there for a service on my Mercedes and was literally stunned by the price. I am not sure if they were trying to make up for the fact that they were not busy when I got there but I know going through my past receipts that I have paid far less for the same service. I'd get a quote before wasting your time driving over there like I did. The service representative was nice.

Jill Lara is the best sales associate I have ever dealt with. Her knowledge of the vehicles and overall professionalism should be the standard for all car dealers. Shop foreman, Nick Hancock is amazing with the mechanical/technical questions that no one has ever been able to help me with.These two make this dealership EXTRAORDINARY!

I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from here. They made me feel so comfortable, and Roy is definitely the best. So if you ever go there, ask for him. He would definitely take care of you, and the financial manager is wonderful as well.

Sadly this was the worst experience I have ever had.Made appointment dropped off. I was told they would call me for an estimate and never heard a word. I had to call and try to find out what was going on. Kept my car 5 days. I was never told they would have to keep my car.I had called a week before my appointment to have them add order the window part I needed so they had it .My trunk button was broken and they had to order that but nobody told me that s what they were waiting for. I had to keep calling.I think they are short staffed and if they would had told me that I would have understood.

This was the easiest process of buying a car that we have ever had. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with friendly smiles. Our salesman Jon was the nicest person. He didn t pressure us or give us the typical sales pitch that we are used to getting at most car lots. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, but also listened to our questions and concerns with genuine care. We didn t buy the most expensive car on the lot but he treated us as if we were.

Good dealership. We got what we were after. Financing, price, vehicle all good. Would be 5, but didn't appreciate having to walk all over the lot to put money down and the info from sakes was not always accurate. Just my experience. I recommend this dealership

Roy Cheney was great to work with. Very courteous. Also, Amber and Jerry were very helpful. The team was great. The delivery process took longer than expected but there were some items that needed to be touched up. All-in-all, a great experience.

I m pleased with the dealership and its performance along with the way, they treat their customers!! I took my vehicle to have an issue fixed, and a few days later another issue occurred, and when I called the dealership about it the issues was resolved! I have no problem, taking my car back to the dealership for any type of service in the future

The service time takes too long. Also the need to provide a loaner vehicle (salesperson uses this as a perk during the purchase). My wife and I have decided we will never buy another Mercedes Benz due services after purchasing.

Tire issue quickly fixed with a quickly scheduled appointment. Turns out I needed the correct Volve tire brake shoes and rotors. Problem solved. I had not done this. The wrong stuff was on the car when I purchased it.

They had my car for over 2 months. No courtesy calls for updates. We had to keep calling ourselves to get updates. They did not give me a courtesy car because they said they didn t have any. They left me without a car for over 2 months!!!!!! That speaks volume. They just didn t care. If I could, I would not give them any stars however, I am forced to give at least a star to post this review.

My car was purchased in July. I have been the only owner to this car and from the time I received the car there has been a problem. I contact this dealership to fix the issue of water running down my trunk when I open it. I had to call corporate in order for them to treat me right. Well not right but fixed the issue. They zipped tied the hoses. You heard right zipped tied. Told them about the spoiler being loose. Was told that it s attached with double sided tape and if it comes off they put it back on. Sunroof haven t retracted since the beginning of September or late August. No on contacted me back so I drove to the dealership for an appointment. There s no loaner cars and I was told by Jarad that this is all they can do. When I mentioned that I have to call corporate to be treated right he said and if you would like to do that now I m free to do so. Abort mission. Do not purchase a Mercedes and differently do get your car serviced here. The other dealerships are over a hour away. Good luck.
