Called them with a sprinter with busted coolant hose, man answered and said they don t work on Mercedes. I asked him if they would at least be able to look at it since it wasn t anything internal. Sir, I can t take this call click. Hung up with no further explanation. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I haven t even spent any money there, and had quite a bad experience.
