I can't speak highly enough of Columbia Dent Center. After speaking with Jessie on the phone, I decided to bring my car here for repairs for some scratches and dents from being backed into. Not only did they deliver beautiful repair work, they also went above and beyond to ease my worries about the insurance and rental car process. Jessie kept me informed throughout the process, and I feel that they really demonstrated their dedication to customer satisfaction.If I ever need repairs in the future, I won't hesitate to return to Columbia Dent Center. I highly recommend to anyone in need of professional and reliable service.

My wife had a door that blew open on a very windy day in Charleston and it caused the door to be misaligned. I tried to fix it myself but only made it worse. My wife called around to see about repairs. Most body shops said it would be a week or two before they could even write an estimate. We did recieve one estimate for $350. That same day my wife called Columbia Dent and they said bring it on by. Which was not what we were expecting. Within minutes of getting there Bert came out with tool and had the door fixed in 5 minutes and said there would be no charge. We were blown away! No one has that level of customer service anymore. We didn't know of Columbia Dent before but will use them from now on and have told all of our friends about our experience. Truly great people and that's hard to find these days.

I recently backed into something that left a football sized dent on the drivers side back panel of my RAV4 and knew I did not want to drive it without getting it repaired. I had no idea where to go but after reading reviews decided to take it to Columbia Dent Center and am so glad I didThey told me, in detail, what would need to be done and said they would keep the car a week. I dropped it off on a Monday and it was ready for me that Friday afternoon. It looked brand new and the repair also took care of a rattle in my tailgate as a result of what I had hitThey were very nice, friendly and professional.I did call to see if I could take my car through a car wash and was glad I did as they said the paint had to cure for at least 14 days. That might have been something to tell me when I picked it up but other than that. I was very satisfied and highly recommend them

If you are looking for a quality job, look no further! I brought my wife s car here after it suffered from some serious ($11k worth) hail damage earlier this year. When the insurance company s preferred body shop didn t measure up to my expectations, I decided to act on a recommendation to make the trip up to Columbia Dent Center I live in Georgia. It might sound crazy to take a car to a different state for body work, but I would do whatever it takes to have my car fixed correctly and that s what was done here!Note that this shop doesn t have many bad reviews, and I think that should speak for itself. I don t quite understand the negative reviews, because my experience was the polar opposite of those. Bert and his staff were great as far as I m concerned! They fought with my insurance company on my behalf so I didn t really have to do anything there. Bert also went as far as to call me from his personal phone during a holiday weekend while he was on vacation just to update me on the car. Where else would you get that kind of service?Somewhat unfortunately, despite best efforts to repair all of the hail damage via PDR, a few dents had to be repaired traditionally with filler/paint. Being that this car is metallic white and I have a very keen eye, I was pretty worried about the paint matching. I m happy to report that you d be hard pressed to tell where anything was painted and obviously all of the PDR work is undetectable. I also had some window tint and headlight film installed while the car was in the shop and I am very pleased with the outcome there as well.I ve never been truly impressed with the work of any body shop I ve been to before trying Columbia Dent Center. Would definitely recommend these folks!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great customer service. I went in needing someone to look at some damage on my car before I got on the road, and they were able to help me out. They ensured I was all set for my travels and wouldn t have any issues. I would 100% recommend.

Had my fender damaged by a tire shop on their lift. Brought my car here after calling and they took a look and fixed it on the spot.I told them I had lined up insurance through the damaging party to fix it- and they still fixed it and said just to bring it back in the future for my car needs.You don t get family owned businesses treating customers like this often. Definitely have a customer for life now in me!

Wally did a great job, and also cleaned my 4 runner as well. I highly recommend him. I had some severe hail damage, and he fixed all my issues. Highly recommended

I hit the corner of my garage this morning and left a big, ugly dent in my fender. I took my car here around noon, and not only does it look like I never had a dent, but it's 1:14pm and I'm typing this at home already. It didn't take him long at all. I'm pleased.

Not only was my vehicle taken in quickly (appointment 2 weeks out from estimate whereas everywhere else was quoting me on average 4 months out), but it was returned within the week. Beautiful work. Paint matches perfectly. Had a battery issue with my friend s loaner vehicle and they even helped me get that car jumped and on the road when I dropped mine off for repair. Incredibly professional. Estimate matched work done and end price. Reliable, honest, and would highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Mr. Beard was exceptionally professional. He made an appointment with me, provided a transparent and honest quote and on the day to have the dent removed he had my vehicle in and out within a half hour. I also had very technical questions regarding his graphic services and for each question I had, he responded with a confident solution. Above all, Mr. Beard actually answers the telephone, which is a cut above any other business these days. I'll be bringing my future business and interests to his company from now on! Just had Brittany install vinyl to my vehicle. She took her time, was very careful with the vehicles paint. Installation was very thorough and meticulous. When she was done the wrap looked absolutely fantastic.

From the moment I brought my daughter's car in for an appraisal until me picking it up from being fixed, Bert and his staff was remarkable. The customer service was impeccable and the finish product I consider being second to none. Actually, I have a few other projects that I will be taking back Columbia Dent Center as soon as I get the time. I strongly recommend this business to anyone that is looking for an outstanding job at a fair market price.

Bert and his daughter were so kind and thoughtful through the process of repairing my car after it was stolen and wrecked. They kept me updated while they worked on it and did a perfect job of the repairs. They even drove it up to another shop to get it aligned for me. My insurance did not cover my claim so I had to pay out of pocket and Bert was able to bring my estimate down by almost half what he quoted to the insurance adjuster in the beginning. I highly recommend Columbia Dent Center and will go back if I ever need work done again!

Contacted these folks for an estimate on fixing body damage from someone backing into my car. They were able to give me a complete estimate right away and explained exactly what had been damaged and how. I thought the price was very reasonable. The carrier handling the claim sent me somewhere else, but otherwise I would absolutely would have gone forward with this place. Much better than dealing with some of the corporate places like Gerber.

None better!My total experience with the Columbia Dent Center was second to none. My repair was an insurance claim to repair the driver s side door, and their estimate was the most detailed and accurate with respect to course of action, repair time, and cost. An added bonus, they coordinated with the insurance company. They were able to get the necessary parts reasonably quickly, and produced a repair that is amazing. The color matching is spot-on, paint finish factory smooth, and the blending with the surrounding panels is imperceivable. Two weeks later, they put a protective film on the hood and did a paintless dent repair on the leading edge of the hood, an improbable paintless repair. Not for them, though! I dropped the car off at the close of business on a Thursday, and they had the car completed before lunch the following day with showroom quality results. Had hail damage all over my 2021 Camaro. There were 30+ dents, some big and some in tough spots. Not to mention the PPF I had installed on the hood had to be replaced too. But Columbia Dent Center came to the rescue! Bert did a great job, I own a detailing business and have a very critical eye and I cannot see anywhere where there were dents. Truly did a great job. The service I was treated with was exceptional too. I live close enough to them that Bert was able to give me a ride home and picked me up at the airport to take delivery when it was finished.Service: Body & Trim

Where do I start? Family oriented, family owned, EXCELLENT prices, EXCELLENT service? I mean if I could have given 10 stars I would have! Bert and Brittany are the most genuine and talented paint less dent removal team I have ever seen! My dent, I was told that a new panel must be purchased, painted, and installed for thousands $$$ of dollars. I did not want to call in a claim with my insurance so I searched for months. Well what do you know? Bert not only repairs dents at a very reasonable price for autos but he tints windows and vinyl WRAPs vehicles (highly recommend if you have been thinking about it)!!! A one stop shop!! I love this business and family atmosphere. I would 100% return for any of the services needed! Please keep up the good work! I will see you soon to talk about a possible color change!! Very exciting. Sorry about the long post. :)

I want to share and I have never taken the time to do so. Bert and Cathy are exceptional in their service as well as there professionalism. They are very personable for a business which now has become far and few between. You can expect that your damage will be repaired with out flaw. I take extreme measure to ensure the level of quality for my Audi and have found a business that treats you and the vehicle like their own. I with out a doubt highly recommend Columbia Dent Center.

What an awesome place with awesome people! I met the wife, husband and daughter. Such a wonderful family. I took my car in to get an estimate on Monday and came in for my appointment on Friday, which is today. I was there for an hour and my son's car looks great :) I am so pleased. I would recommend Columbia Dent Center to anyone who needs a dent repaired. Initially, I was nervous, but I am so not disappointed. You will not be either.

I m a realtor and a client of mine told me I should get my windows tinted. I have fair skin and my dermatologist recommended as well. So I did. Include your windshield which makes driving exceptionally better. And.adding the visor is ideal. Driving is Much more pleasant now. The car feels cooler inside and also it looks more stylish outside!My scratches and dents were fixed and I m tickled that I didn t have to spend thousands at a body shop.The people that work at Columbia dent are super professional and friendly. What a great place!

Bert and Brittany installed 15% window tint on my Tesla 2021 Model 3 as well as the premium package PPF ( paint protection film) and it came out tremendously! Took 1 1/2 days to complete. These family owned and operated business is very reputable and they are great to work with, very nice people providing good services. I will update the post in a month to let y all know more

I am excited to write this review, which is something I seldom do.. I had a small dent in my door on a new car..for 3 weeks I had been put off fixing my car by someone else!! I was outraged! Then I looked online and found this wonderful place. I called them and they scheduled my car immediately.. I took my car today, I did not have to wait and the dent was removed to perfection!! The price was very reasonable. I could not be happier.. I will most definitely go back to this great place for my car needs..also the most friendly and kind people you can possibly meet!!!

I chose Columbia Dent Center because of their proximity and excellent customer reviews. The end result produced a "brand new" look for a door where someone backed into my wife's car in a parking lot and at less than half the price quoted by a body shop. They were the epitome of customer service - even gave me a ride home when I had to leave the car with them. It's heartening to experience such professionalism and quality workmanship by a great family business and it's my pleasure to extend a hearty recommendation.

Excellent customer service and excellent work that was done for my headlights with their headlight restoration! Highly recommended! Considering the fact that you get the restore and plus the film for extra protection to keep the headlights looking good for the long haul, it s worth the price!

Customer centric, professional, fair and honest. What more can you want? Unfortunately, this is my second visit (2 different cars-Lexus IS350 & Alfa Giulia) that I have needed a dent/scratch repair. Both where ironically on a crease and Bert didn't disappoint! I highly recommend you taking your vehicle here before wasting any money at a collision shop. I received (2) quotes on my first vehicle that were 6 to 7 TIMES the amount that Columbia Dent Center actually charged.
