Right off the interstate - this place was able to tackle some serious heavy duty diesel issues and get our folks back on the road in a jiffy!

Had an electrical issue going on with my trailer, spent 6hrs at Loves for them to tell me they couldn't figure out what's going on. So we came here, their professional, knowledgeable & worked quickly to get me in & out in 2 1/2hrs. 100% recommend

This place is for big companies they will put the small guys out of business. They mark up parts badly and won t allow you to buy your own parts. This isn t good for small consumer. I m local and can t use them.

Very helpful, call in and told him I was coming. Came and pulled right in. Came in for alignment front, back and steers..Riding much better. I'll be back. Thank you

Well I am very angry and mad with this truck shop called Commercial Truck center. Unbelievable people! The fan belt came out of the frame. I called road service to this same company. What seems a helpful mechanic end up making it worst. Then he suggested I take it in to the shop where he came from. Now he said he is unable to do anything because two bolts that hold the fun belt is broken. Anyway I end up at the shop and 45 minutes later the General manager or Owner of the shop told me to get a hotel it I can not sleep inside the truck. I asked him if I could sleep in my truck. He insisted I go to hotel because they might start working on it before they close. I didn t believe him. Then I asked I need to know how much the parts and it came up close to $1250. Then I am looking at 7-10 hours labor work $110/hour. I was beside myself! I told him he should not even order the parts. He got angrier. I told him the truck owner will fire me for not getting his permission before ordering. So, I end up taking the truck next door to TA. My Lord the parts was less than $300 because I wanted to get new fun and the 3 bolts was less than $60. Total to get the work done was less than $900! Can you imagine that. I advice anyone to stay away from this people. At least go and check with TA first. You see I wanted to go TA first but they told me ta wouldn t even touch the job I was looking to get done.

When the TA refused to fix my Hub Seal because they just don t have time. I stopped over here, these guys were exceptionally nice and pulled me into a bay within a half hour. The mechanic started on my truck immediately. I d absolutely return and would recommend coming here over going into TA.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went to get breaks put on the front of my truck with a 740 dollar estimate and wound up paying $1846. Then when I left the breaks were sticking so I took it back and they tried to charge me an additional 500 dollars because they couldn't get the break fluid to flow. Mind you when I took it to them I had zero problems with my truck. Now it won't reach a speed over 55 because of the new breaks this bootleg company put on. And it took 4 days just for breaks!!! I will be seeing them in court!

This is the best shop hands down in Columbia South Carolina they got quality top mechanic the pretty blonde lady behind the counter have a great attitude great customer service and have reasonable prices this where I'll be taking my truck to from now on!! 5 status

These DUMB S.O.B'S forgot to change my oil so i had to get back in line and wait for 5 hours behind other trucks. They let me jump ahead one truck all because the driver wasn't wasn't there. I had get a oil change, tire,and a air dryer put on. Two days later my trucks check engine lights popped on and the truck shut off, nobody can seem to find the problem. One of the guys that work there said the this place is trash. They want be getin anymore of my business. No stars for this place.

If I could leave no stars and still leave the review I would. I pulled in here to 1. Correct a tire issue 2. To have a fuel filter changed 3. Have an alignment done 4. Have an annual DOT done.I got my tire problem fixed and my fuel filters changed, but the alignment and annual is where things went decidedly sideways. First I was told my bushing were bad. They had been replaced less then a month go by a mech with over 30 yrs exp and I told them that. They said it was "premature wear caused by improper installation" Suddenly I knew I was being lied to. Here is a list of what they lied about. 1. Bad bushings 2. Bad kingpins 3 short drive train is FALLING OUT OF THE TRUCK 4 Three leaking wheel seals ($175 each to fix) If the first lie hadn't been such a huge crock I might have believed the wheel seal thing, but my own 23 yrs tells me wheel seals cost under $100. Even if you have to be towed, don't come here. Oh they only charged me $50 for the lies. Total billl $146.

Good company, Great owner, Used to work for this company out of their Savannah location in Georgia and they have their flaws as every company but the Owner of the company is a good man and will take care of you if you present him with a problem. Their main goal is to get you on the road rolling safely, on time, and with satisfaction. If you want a good deal on a Road Service call this company they will be cheaper than going to a corporate or franchise shop. Call CTS first and see what they can do for you.

Worst experience I've ever had in a place of business. Manager was very rude and wouldn't service me because of a another isolated incident with another customer that had nothing to do me. I did business with them last year, where I purchased 2 steer tires and had them mounted and balanced. I WAS a returning customer to repeat the same this year. Now I wouldn't give them my business if my life depended on it.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY. SCAMMERS. This company is the worst company you can call for service... This company is scam . I called for roadside assistance, They sent their technician out and put on wire that is not compatible for the truck which now cost me a brand new starter. By them putting the wire thats not compatible with my truck caused my truck to smoke. (Tim) Management defense was the driver wanted to leave to make the delivery. Instead they contact me the owner, they made a decision without my acknowledgement. Tim has the audacity to hung up the phone on me without trying to resolve this issue. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

Tim /Bo are awesome...got my oil changed on my 2011 Freightliner paid exactly what I estimated before I got there and got new rear drive tires! These guys are my new mechanic spot!

262.00 diagnose fee to tell me it needs to go to a dealer. Never looked at the leaking air bag I asked to be replaced. Complete horrible service.

big 0 stars.......think they mean well but just don't have the forward thinking and problem solving skills needed to be successful.... these guys more on the line of get most $$$ out of each truck right or wrong.....owner should look into to some replacements but it could be apple doesn't fall far from the tree kinda business. Would try any other place in Columbia before this one.

If you need tires for your motorhome see these folks. Couldn't believe the fast service totally unusual in today's market. I was so happy they did it and I didn't have to go to the RV Big Box store in Columbia and get taken.

This shop is a RIP off! Every time I bring something to be repaired, I have to bring back two or three times for same repair. They over charge you and never fix your truck right. These are crooks! NEVER TAKE YOUR TRUCK THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever let these people touch your truck. Iwas warned and didnt listen. Ilet these fools put a transmission in pulled out of the shop clutch went out and the truck filled up with smoke. they fixed the clutch but didn't fix the damaged def pipe they broke nearly in half.they told me i had no proof they damaged the pipe but they had to remove the pipe to remove the transmission. They are very dishonest people.

Good place to get a truck PM and also not pricey. Only catch is it is first come first serve and only open during weekdays.
