Rude service manager, lying sales manager. Lincoln (Ford Motor Co) says one thing; classic says another. They definitely will try to keep their overhead down by not giving the proper services. Avoid purchasing a vehicle from them, too. My Lincoln didn't have ANY OIL when purchased. The engine could've blown. Luckily, I went for a oil change elsewhere after the purchase.

Have been rescheduled five times for minor service work on my bronco. Ended up trading the bronco in on a jeep wrangler at JT s.

4 stars because it took 3 trips and 2.5 missed days of work to fix my issue. However, their service advisor Gill is a great guy and their service manager is top notch. I would recommend for all your Ford Powertrain warranty work and tire rotations, and oil changes.
