Very comfortable with our salesman Taylor. Did like that the process of purchasing has been streamlined. No longer paraded through 5-6 people to purchase a vehicle. The process was painless and it was not high pressure. I am only giving 4 stars for one reason. Once the deal was made, all papers signed with salesman we were escorted to finance where a very nice gentlemen had us sign finance documents; however there was a change in the payment due to the option to purchase extended warranty. In my husband and my opinion this should be discussed as an option prior to the close of the sale. You are informed of monthly payment amount during negotiations but with this option, which can be denied, it does change your monthly payment amount.

I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was super helpful and it made the car buying experience smooth and easy, Brandon knew exactly what I was looking for from the jump and gave me the perfect options in my price range. I also got an amazing price for my trade in. Brandon was very knowledgeable and professional. The whole process was very different from any other dealership I have been to, no stress or pressure!

My salesman Taylor Scheibler was stellar. He was a true professional from beginning to end and cared for me as the customer. Taylor was very well informed and very smart about the vehicle he was selling. He knew the ins and outs of the entire vehicle and was able to answer every technical question that I asked him.The entire sales team worked with me to ensure I was happy with my purchase while at the same time making the money that they and Classic Ford deserved to make.Maurice, the finance manager was great as well. His attitude was impeccable. He also truly cared for me as the customer and took the time to fully explain every item of the extra warranty without "ripping me off".I couldn't be happier with this sales process. I've brought many brand new vehicles in my life and this was one of the best experiences. Definite 5 stars and I will be back again when the time calls for it. I hope the warranty and maintenance team are just as superb as the sales team are. Time will tell...

Highly recommended! The thought of buying a new car is very exciting but find a great dealership and salesman is very nerve racking . But Thomas at Classic Ford and Lincoln of Columbia made this experience a breeze! Being new parents my husband and I had many concerns about the vehicle we were going to purchase. Thomas answered all of our questions and took the time to explain everything about our new vehicle. This dealership gave such a one on one experience. We didn t have to go through so many people to discuss the purchase. It was super easy! All the staff have friendly personalities. From the detailer who took his time to clean the car and make it look spotless, to the finance manager who explained everything to us and gave us all the options to decide from. Everyone there is great! I will be recommending them and will be a return customer.

I took my F350 in for service and once they finished checking in my truck they left the accessories on. When they came to take it back the battery was dead.It was tested and found to only have 75 % power I declined to purchase a new battery from them.They took my truck back and brought it out finished in about 45 minutes. I did a walk around and found that the tires were not rotated. When I asked why this was not accomplished I was told they only rotate tires on 4 tire vehicles not on 6 tire vehicles. I went to the manager and was told that they would rotate 4 of the 6 tires only. When the technician came to get the vehicle again he was very frustrated.When I got home with my vehicle and started reviewing the invoice and report card I found the following,The tag number on the paperwork was not my tag number although the VIN was correct.Paperwork showed LOF67 PERFORM OIL CHANGE DIESEL this is a gasoline engine.Paperwork also states Checked and adjusted tire pressure I am attaching photos of my tire pressure and the recommended pressure listed inside the door.Overall this was a very frustrating experience! I would have given a score of 1 had it not been for Marie the service manager working with me a little.

My trip from Charleston to Columbia to pick up my Mustang was well worth it. The team of Hope, Mack, Maurice and William made the purchase of the car the best I have ever had in 60 years. The team was in sync from the first phone call through pickup of the vehicle. Every detail was staged at the dealer to make the experience one of kind and efficient. We were back on the road to Charleston in no time. I highly recommend the dealership for a great car, friendly people and experts at taking care of their clients.

The staff is the best! Very friendly, time respective, and personable. Our salesman Thomas Burton understood everything my wife and I wanted in a car. Explained all of the safety features which were very important to us and took the time to look over each vehicle that we were interested in. We were not switched between salesman! As soon as we walked in the door we had someone greet us right away! The sale was super easy and we walked out with a brand new car!!! I will continue to keep my business there! Our car was towed to Classic Ford after starting issues. The repair included the need to obtain a new starter for an older Mustang. They gave us a reasonable estimate and timeframe for repair. We re pleased with their service, parts and labor costs.

Bought my Bronco from them last January and have had nothin but issues with the backup camera, back windows not sliding off making it difficult and frustrating to take the top down. Takes them months to get me on the schedule to look at these things. I had to take a day off work to have them fix the camera only for them to tell me after having it for 5 hours that they couldn t fix it. The last time I brought it in they had me in a loaner for 4 days. Said they fixed it but the camera was back to not working within 2 weeks.I was excited about my first brand new car and have only been frustrated. Should have just bought a Jeep. Also probably should have just looked at their rating on Better Business Bureau.

B Bass, was our sales associate and he ensured that our expectations were met and did so in a timely manner. I am particularly grateful to the hardworking individuals who serviced my car promptly and met all of my requirements. Additionally, I would like to express my gratitude towards Tanya and Mr. Jay for effectively addressing the problems that arose during the invoicing process. Thanks to their exceptional handling of the situation, I will continue to patronize your establishment. However, I will avoid receiving service from William Beaver in the future. During the drop-off of my car, Mr. Beaver provided misleading and inaccurate information. Upon reviewing my invoice, I discovered that I was being charged double the amount initially quoted. When I brought this to his attention, it resulted in a heated exchange where we debated what I was told versus what I was charged. Furthermore, Mr. Beaver added several charges to my invoice without informing me. Thankfully, Tanya and Jay intervened before the situation escalated, and I was pleased with the resolution. They excel in their roles, but I kindly request that you provide proper training to "Leave it to Beaver" to ensure he performs his job correctly in the future.

Yesterday I had an appointment for an oil change and other basic needs. Mr. Beaver was my service rep. He did an excellent job keeping me informed. They serviced my car, they washed my car, vacuumed it out and I was ready to go within an hour. I ve been pleased every time I ve been to Ford classic with the professional, service managers they have and the timely fashion that they service my car.

My entire family has had nothing but great experiences from Classic Ford. For at least 20+ years. All our cars have been purchased here. We have never had a problem of any sort, that wasn't taken care of in a timely manner. Classic always does the right thing. And always in a timely manner.

My experience with Classic Ford wasExcellent!William the sales manager was extremely helpful in the price negotiations. He was able to beat out a competitor's price knowing their (Classic Ford) car had more options than the competitors.Taylor was my sales consultant and he was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle and each trim. He also helped set up the Ford app, the vehicle code and gave other helpful information.The finance process was as smooth as could be with the help of Justin.I would recommend the Classic Ford dealership over and over again.The process was smooth and I did not experience any sales pressure tactics.

Our experience while purchasing our new Explorer was exceptional. Our salesperson, Jared Thompson, had everything lined up for us which made the process run very smooth and was not as time consuming as our car buying experiences in the past. He reviewed the features of our new car with both of us which helped with all of the bells and whistles! The finance process was quick and very thorough. I will recommend Classic Ford and Jared Thompson to our family and friends who may be in the market for a new or used vehicle.

In for 1st oil change and inspection. The service was fine (1100 appt..out around noon). My only complaint was the employees...nobody at the service counter greeted the customers with a smile. As far as I can tell, nobody ever smiled, except the woman who met us as we pulled in. Sad.

As a office manager in a mechanical shop I am very appalled at the service and behavior my parts runner had to go through today picking up parts from this location. The parts runner was returning a part that our customer approved to be changed at first and then decided they didn't want the work done. Normally we do not tape the parts boxes shut that we are returning due to the parts counter employee wanting to check out the part inside the box to make sure its correct and up to the standards. The employee asked if it was difficult for my runner to tape a box shut and proceeded to tape the box him self with out even looking at the part. When he was done he looked at my employee and said " now look that wasn't so hard now was it. " This is Not how customers should be treated and I'm very disappointed at this action as a manager myself.

My wife and I met with Jared Thompson at Classic Ford and he was very helpful in making sure we found the car we really wanted, and worked with us to arrive at an agreeable price. He was always very interested in making sure everything was as we wanted, which is what I call very good customer service. Also, sales manager Robert Parker was great in finding extra ways to come to an agreeable deal. Both men were great to work with and made buying a new car a fun experience. I highly recommend buying from these really nice guys.

He worked hard on getting me the vehicle I wanted. I've buying vehicle from Classic Lincoln Ford for a long time and my salesman took very good care of me. Compared to the other Ford dealerships around here, this one really is the best. Thomas was a big help and easy to communicate with. Decided to get a 2023 Ford F-150 and he was able to answer all my questions. Highly recommended this place if you're looking for a new vehicle.UPDATE:Everything I said above is still true. However, I have been waiting 2 months (SINCE FEBRUARY) to get my plate and tags and nothing. I reached out several times, left voice messages but never recieved a call. I went in person to be told that they have no one available or too busy. Initial experience was great, but they don't follow through afterwards.
