Integrity, outstanding Customer Service and great pricing. This is not easy to find these days and Clark's Auto is leading by example. I will not bring my car anywhere else from now on.

If you ever get stranded in downtown Columbia at 6am with a ruptured heater core hose or for any reason, get yourself a tow to Clarks Auto Clinic! The Clark brothers and their team of technicians are fast, efficient, knowledgeable, kind and helpful.I left Greer, SC at 4am and at 6am just as I was leaving downtown Columbia, My 2014 suburban had smoke coming out from under the hood. As we sat in the downtown Columbia post office parking lot, I called every mobile mechanic on google and none were available. By 7am we called a tow company and started checking for shops that opened early as well as their google reviews. Clarks Auto Clinic opened at 7:30 and had the highest reviews and were only 3 minutes from where I was parked.Trust the reviews on this one! They are not wrong. We were towed to their shop a little before 9. They diagnosed the situation, had the parts ordered, the suburban fixed and had us back on the road to Florida by 11am!I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to any and everyone local and/or passing through town.

My first husband and I had great experiences with them 20 years ago. Recently revisited with an unexpected issue, they were incredibly thorough and worked on my car the day I brought it in.

very professional and friendly! quick service. dropped off on my lunch break, came back for it after work, and the price was a very good deal and not over priced at all! super friendly (owner? i think) was very helpful. i will definitely keep bringing my car here! if you work in cola, this is perfect bc it s right around the corner on sumter st!Services: Tires, Oil change

I've brought my car to Clark's a couple times and have been very pleased with the quality, value, timeliness, and kindness. Clark's has fixed my car quickly at a low price, and staff have thoroughly and patiently explained the necessary repairs to me. First thing I noticed about the place is how busy it is. I took it in at 7:30 am and there was already five other vehicles being dropped off. Mr. Clark and the other mechanics work fast and efficiently on the vehicles. The price to fix my car was extremely good, best deal in town. This shop will have my business from now on.I will recommend this place to my friends and family if they need their car fixed in Columbia.

This is an EXCEPTIONAL small business auto shop. I highly recommend. I was referred to them by a neighbor and have taken my daughter's car there for a few oil changes/tune ups/tire rotation. They are reasonable and very professional and efficient. They are so helpful every time I encounter them (last week one of my ties was low and they checked all 4 times in less than 10 minutes and didn't even charge me). I live downtown and this is a rare find as there are so many auto repair places downtown that have taken advantage of me and others. Great experience. My car started miss-firing while I was taking my children to school and Clarke's was just around the corner.I had a general idea of what I thought was wrong. And it was exactly what I thought- he didn't try to overcharge me or add in a bunch of other things. Was very fair and honest.Also was very quick with no appt. Had several things done and went ahead and did a general tune up in addition to my problem and was only there for around 2 hours.Would definitely recommendServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Oil change

Absolutely LOVE this business. I was having trouble with my vehicle and was told it MIGHT be the starter. I took my vehicle in Jimmy checked it out for me, told me it was a loose wire only, tightened the connection and sent me on my way without any charge. OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND HONEST! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR MY AUTOMOBILE NEEDS.

They do a good job. And first time as well. I have never had to bring my vehicle back due to a lack of proper service the first time. I usually get my van in and out in reasonable time the same day.

The guys are reliable, honest, and most importantly know what they are doing. I had tires put on and a front end alignment done at another place and after taking it back several times because I could tell my alignment was not right, they told me everything on the car was fine. I took it to Clark's and they immediately told me it was not properly aligned, in fact the tires were bowed out. They've also done brakes for me and repaired a tire. Great service each time! I won't be going anywhere besides Clark's from now on!

I used to take an old car here. Then I got a new one. Now my once new car is old and I need service again. Maybe they've changed hands since I last used them. I called and the person I talked to was condescending and did not sound interested in my business at all. I will happily give Royson's my business. They are always polite.Service: Engine repair

Clarks took really good of me and my vehicle! He recharged my AC for less then half the price all the other competitors quoted! He went above and beyond and looked at some other issues as well. Highly recommend!

First, this is NOT an "auto parts store" - it is a full-service, top-rate auto repair center specializing in diagnosing and solving electrical problems. Secondly, there have only been three mechanics I have ever used, worth their salt, in the Columbia metropolitan area - and Jimmy and his crew are the best of those three. I would not hesitate to recommend them to ANYONE... really. My only regret? They're not open on Saturdays - probably best... they'd run the other shops out of business altogether.

Complete rip off. I went here asking for a diagnostic, and ended up with a $490 bill! I would give zero stars if I could. The owner had the nerve to tell me that they do not provide quotes. His exact words were "so you were just gonna use me for my information then get someone else to fix your car?" Yes! It is called a 'diagnostic' and I was more than willing to pay you a diagnostic fee! I had to call the cops on this creep. STAY AWAY!!

Hey I tell you what, the problem with my truck was very small but these guys fixed it an explained it in full detail as if it were an extra large problem. They were friendly and helpful and had no problem whatsoever stopping what they were doing to help me out. I'm taking my truck here for all my service needs an I suggest everyone do the same

I have been using Clark's for nearly 10 years. I have NEVER been disappointed with the service they provide. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else for my auto repair needs.

They get the job done asap! I had a problem with there credit/debit fees didn't know until after I paid how much I was paying in fees.Also they won't work on 90"s models cars anymore total bummer but I get it for the most part
