Christian Brothers is a very welcoming and pleasant environment. Staff is kind and attend to you as soon as you walk through the door. Anyone in need of repairs should go and check them out. They are fair and the work is excellent, prices are great and they don't over charge you. We finally found a great place to our vehicles running smoothly.

Excellent place to get your car fixed. They have a courtesy inspection, a wide range of services, and are very timely in diagnosing and completing the work. The environment is faith-based, modern, uplifting, and clean. Jarrod (AKA "JJ") was my service rep, and he is exceptionally professional and personable. He's a true asset to an already awesome local-owned company. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent customer and vehicle service. They gave me a free and very thorough and comprehensive inspection of my vehicle.While the cost was a surprise, more than I expected, I remembered what my father told me that sometimes when you buy cheap, you buy often. The quality of customer service, vehicle service, courtesy shuttle to my home and back the next day was impeccable. Although I couldn t get everything done this time, I look forward to completing another job next month with Christian Bros (Irmo).Thank you for everything and yes, my car drives great!!

First time customer.I took my car to them which is a European car and the repair needed required a specialized tool which they did not have, although they could have done the repair oi they had that tool, but it wasn't a common thing for them.But they did refer me to a very good repair group out in the Northeast that could do the work and they actually had space out there to get me in the very next morning and get on the car. That kind of willingness to help me get my repair accomplished by making referral to what could be considered a competitor, makes me want to go back to the Christian Brothers with all my vehicles now.

First time caller, first time customer! JJ and Bennett and the team at Christian Brothers was extremely helpful. I have taken my vehicles to dealerships for maintenance and have spent hours if not days waiting just to hear a diagnosis. CB was able to diagnose and accommodate in under a half a day with multiple services for my truck. Extremely helpful and friendly with the entire process. I will be going back.

I sing your praises everywhere I go! Especially when I hear that someone is looking to get their car serviced! I will refer people to you all for years and years to come! The customer service was amazing and I am so grateful for the team of Technicians, as well as Jim and his wife, who are the owners at the Irmo, SC location! Everyone went out of their way for me and my children to have a reliable vehicle!My overall experience was top notch! I give Christian Brothers Automotive Irmo 5/5 hands down!!Thank you again Jim! We had are truck towed to the garage. Christian Brothers notified us by text throughout the day. Fixed the problem and got it running. Paid online. Got it back that night. Quality work. Efficient transaction. Couldn t ask for more.

I would have to say this place is very prompt, organized, with very good and accurate information on diagnosis, the inspection fee for checking on each item on a list is a bit heavy. Otherwise I d say well done!! Your vehicle will not sit around for days waiting on whatever . They jump on it!

We had an unexpected issue while visiting family for the holiday and were stuck with no idea where to go to have the car fixed. We are so thankful that this was the place we chose. They were communicative and completely up front about the issue, quoting us an incredibly reasonable estimate. They even made an effort to get the repair done days sooner knowing our situation and their impending holiday closure. The price came in under estimate, which I think is unheard of in terms of car repairs. We are so very grateful for the amazing service and may just drive all the way here the next time we need work done!

I brought my Chevy van in because of fuel and air feed problems. They told me I needed a air flow sensor, distributor cap and rotor, fuel injectors, spark plugs/wires. All of this was done and the van ran the same as I brought it in, except now I have a hole in my exhaust manifold, an air vent that was never put back in place, an empty gas tank upon pick up, and a bill for $2339.00. The mechanics couldn't figure out the problem after having my van for 2 weeks. You figure that out.....good luck.

Mike went above and beyond getting in touch with my warranty company even after they continued to request additional information and pictures of the faulty parts. Work was done in a timely manner. The owners and all staff have always been friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend Christian Brothers!

These are the nicest people! They diagnosed my problem and found my battery was bad and rather than charge me to replace it they sent me to the store where we bought it and had it replaced for no charge since it was still under warranty. Definitely will use them in the future.

I woke up today to find my tires had very low air pressure. My husband just left for out of state work for multiple days and I have a young daughter. I was concerned about getting stranded with a flat so I called to see if they could inflate my tires. They graciously offered to help, free of charge, and were so kind! I so appreciated their kindness and help! I will definitely use them for auto service in the future!

Appreciate the ongoing status reports of repairs including cost estimates. Did have to return for tweaking of part, however, that was done quickly and at no cost. Would highly recommend Christian Bros. for all types of automotive needs. Access in and out of facility needs revamping.

Owner, Jim Smith, is condescending, especially to ladies, and did not want to admit his automotive shop did not fully complete the repair to my car, but charged me for parts that I feel were not installed or necessary. He blamed the part manufacturer for faulty parts that caused me to have to bring my car in a second time when the car exhibited a problem with what was supposed to have been fixed. When Mr. Smith was questioned about this he became hypersensitive, hyperactive, and had an attitude of being a know-it-all! Turned me off to C Bros. in Irmo and I will not be returning. I am glad I have other choices to pick from in Irmo.

They have a great visual inspection report that is user friendly, you can see what repairs are needed for your vehicle, and approve right from your computer or phone.Other large repair shops don't offer that kind of report.The waiting area is comfortable, it feels like you're waiting in someone's house.This is a rare business, they are fully behind their integrity business model. They ensure that repairs are done correctly as much as possible, and if not, they will make sure they take care of it. They also treat you like a family member. It's always a pleasure to talk to the owners, Tammy and Jim, and the rest of the crew. I'm very thankful this place opened up so close to my home.Some people complain/comment on their prices, that is in part due to their amazing warranty. Most repair places offer 3 months to 12 months of warranty for their parts and labor. Here you get 3yrs/36,000 miles (whichever is LAST) type of warranty! That is very rare to find.As a consumer, you usually can tell the quality of products and labor based on their warranties. I've had issues in other national repair company that I've had to pay for repairs since they were out of warranty, or if it was, it only covered the part, I'm relieved to say that you won't have those issues here.Services: Electrical repair, Auto battery replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Engine repair, Wheel alignment

I stopped by to get a code read and was very frustrated with my car, they were able to diagnose, get the needed part, and fix my issues within 2 hours!! They were very polite and understanding! Highly recommend!

Helpful, clean and courteous. I did not feel like I was in a garage, except I could look out the large window into the work area. They were able to locate my problem quickly and recommend additional items I could take care of to avoid future issues.

Being a new resident of the area, I was glad to be given an opportunity to have the oil changed in my vehicle by Christian Brothers Automotive. Moved here almost 5 years ago. I had a shop I could trust and rely on where I came from. I haven t found one here yet. I gave CBA a try. They did a good job, made a couple suggestions but no high pressure upselling. I ll use them again. Hopefully I ve got a place I can trust now.

I cannot say enough good things about CBA. I was quoted for repairs from the dealer $3500. CBA saved me $2,000 and did all the repairs in one day! Dealer kept it 3 1/2 days just to tell me what was wrong with it. Very impressed with the repair and customer service. I have a new mechanic!

Making an appointment was easy car was taken into the service bay within 10 min of my arrival .repair was explained in a way that was easy to understand cost was exactly as estimated staff were professional and friendly waiting area is clean and comfortable.

I don't often write reviews, but I wanted to share my recent experience. I was informed during a previous oil change that my car needed a belt replacement. However, when I took it to the shop for service, they conducted a thorough inspection and determined that the belt was actually in good condition. Instead of replacing it and charging me, they were honest and transparent. It's not often you come across repair shops that prioritize integrity like this.
