I was referred to this by State Farm. Thinking twice about sending my car here seeing a lot of bad reviews. Not happy already with waiting 2 weeks just to get my car in the shop.Has anyone else had any issues like this what s the usual turn around time? Hard to find good decent businesses.Service: Body & Trim

In SC there are long waits for car repairs no matter where you go. This location was organized and scheduled repair as soon as their schedule would allow. Once dropped off as scheduled, updates provided and repair completed on time. This is 2nd vehicle I have used this business for. Recommend!!

Great work and painting. Once the parts arrived the vehicle repair was accomplished very quickly. The vehicle looks brand new perfect paint match.

Went to see if trim could be reapplied. The tech or whomever he was told me it needed to replaced, even though it was a new trim that I purchased. He asked me who put it on the first time, and I told him the people who painted my car. He then insulted my paint job and told me to take it back to them to put it on. I definitively would not recommend this business just based on the interaction.

Owner tried to rip us off even though my brother owns a Carstar franchise....Owner didn't do what our quote said, instead tried to use a part that was wrecked and tried to fix up unbeknownst to us to pocket more money. To add insult to injury he upcharged us! Beware these aren't moral business people and they do poor work.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!! This is the WORST so-called auto body repair shop. I'd advise anyone going here to take a walk in the service area. It's the oldest dump full of rusty ancient tools and machines. NOTHING state of the art. Only take your vehicle here if you want the old man inside to be rude to you or if you want your vehicle returned to you worst than before your accident. Their level of repairs are unsatisfactory to say the least. They kept my car longer than they said and when I went to pick it up it had blue paint on my black car and air pockets in the dried paint. Of course, I had to leave it ANOTHER day so they could as they stated, "make it right." They only made their messy repairs worse. If I could give this so-called auto body repair shop a negative rating, I would. By the way, when I showed the old man that sits at the desk inside, different spots left on my black vehicle, he spit on it to remove the spots. I was floored!!!!!!!My husband and I were soo rudely treated at this place, I'd never return or advise anyone else who cares for their vehicle to go here!!!!! Regretfully, after the messy job they did on 2 scratches on my rear trunk, I will need new parts and my entire car has to be repainted because of their poor performance. I would never let these people touch a matchbox car!!! AWFUL!!!!Service: Painting

BUYER BEWARE! Very dishonest company!!! Took my car here for a left front end repair. I requested a new headlight on the right side so that both lights matched. I was told I would have to pay out of pocket for the matching light as it wouldn t be covered under the insurance so I opted to pay and have both new lights installed. When I picked up the car I noticed that only one headlight was replaced and my old light was polished. Needless to say, it was cloudy within a week. When I addressed the situation, they claimed they installed a new used light. Buyer beware! Very dishonest company. They took ZERO steps to right the wrong.Service: Body & Trim

My 2007 Impala driver s side window would not come up. Immediately he knew the problem, check everything and gave me a 4 he turnaround. I was really impressed & thankful for his professionalism and willingness to pull my small job ahead of bigger, he took in consideration it was raining & window out, I was in a pickle, I m so grateful for excellent customer service and kindness.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Stopped by for an estimate on dent repair not knowing what to expect. Don explained the process from beginning to end. Service was remarkably quick and affordable! Left 30 mins later with no trace of the dent. Excellent work and customer service!

Spring Valley Auto Body is the place I'll be recommending to everyone I know! When I hit a deer and it took out my headlight, not only did I receive a reasonable estimate but they stuck to it to the penny. The replacement and fixing of dents was completed the same day!

We have taken our 2013 Toyota truck to be repaired from my husband hitting a deer. They took good care of our truck and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs bodywork and repairs to their auto. Thank you Spring Valley Auto.

Went in after my car was hit by another person. Gentleman around late 30's sat and discussed what i could do. Said he would send a supplemental request to my insurance company and that he'd have to find and order some more headlights. Told me to wait a couple of days and he would get back at me with some results. Never called me back, and "coincidentally" was on lunch every-time I called back. Took my business elsewhere

This place is the absolute worst. Told 3 different days my truck would be ready and it wasn't on any I was told. The wrong parts were ordered to finish the job and no one noticed. Idk what kinda half ass business this is but it's gotta the bottom of the barrel.
