Much faster than most auto parts stores! They are friendly and I'm able to pickup my online orders very quickly.

Returned a distributor and the clerk asked what was wrong with it. Told him my mechanic was able to put parts of two we had already together to make a good one. He said it sounded kind of fishy to him. Bad customer service. Don t like to be called a liar.

This is the Columbia distribution center with a store attached. This was the only place that had my hard to find part in stock. I ordered and paid online, and the order was ready and waiting on me when I got there. It was much easier than calling every auto parts store in town to find out if they had the correct part.The staff is always very friendly and helpful

1 is definitely the correct rating for this store as it relates to store customer 'Hands-On' Assistance and not just 'Purchase' and walk out the store. Cashier pw00638330 was 'Superb' in selling me the $2.79 bolt for my battery cable, and even better explaining why their store no longer assists customers, YET 'Absolutely Terrible' in not wanting to explain how to replace it. Infact, it wasnt until his co-worker began to explain the 'Simple' process, that he began to exercise his 'Know How'. Point is, this cashier had all the right answers to protect your store and NONE for me the supporter of your store. It's a Huge difference in not 'physically' assisting your customer as opposed to replacing a simple bolt. We should be the purpose of your work and not an interruption of your work!

Had an issue with an online order (corporate support wouldn't help). Even though the order wouldn't show up properly in their computer the guys there (Jimmy?) spent 45 minutes on the phone with corporate getting it sorted out.

I asked one of the workers if he could test my battery and he wouldn't. He asked if the battery light was on and I said no. My car almsot cut off on me on the road. He said it was bad gas. A week later, my battery died. Thankfully I made it to different store and got it changed. I wouldn't go back here unless I was that desperate

Two stars for the two gentleman working without being completely miserable today. -3 stars for the other employee who was annoyed by our general existence and reluctant to help- would rather brush us off and say she has no idea and hope we leave than do her job. She seemed very miserable and was so reluctant to help I'd never go back.

Be sure you ask about the return policy before you make a purchase.... Gas cans brought during hurricane Florence non refundable!!!

Refused to check a battery because it was raining. I guess they're fair weathered friends at best. POS service.

Called for loaner tool before i came get there waits 30 min for wrong tool came to bring it back within 10 min just to find out their closed
