Had a dump truck knock my mirror off and couldn t find a shop with the right mirror. Found this shop and Allison and Mike got me squared away and back on the road. These guys are amazing, 10/10 i highly suggest this shop. Professional, friendly, and most of all they know their stuff.

Slow and unprofessional. Ms "Z" has a nasty attitude and I'm literally sitting here for hours waiting on them to test drive the truck and make sure the repairs are done. Yes. The repairs are "done" and I'm sitting for hours waiting for them to test drive it. Because they can't just do it right after the repairs are done.I have been sitting here for HOURS waiting on them to just drive the truck around the block. Apparently it's policy for THEM to do it. The customer can't just test drive their own damn truck to speed things up I guess.I'm pretty sure they're doing this on purpose bc they're just irritated about us constantly asking for ETAs on the repairs because they take so long. Stay the hell away from this trash place.They're definitely the type to take longer bc they just don't like you. Unprofessional. Trash. For pretty minor repairs I may add. We've been sitting for almost 1 week. STAY AWAY.

What a rip off they are. Wanted to charge $4,500 to change a wire harness and put three batteries in before even fixing the problem and they wanted to replace the wire harness all because one wire was spliced together without even checking to see if the wire harness was bad wanted $980 to put three batteries in. Run far far away from this place

Dont buy a truck from here, all they care about is your money, not real issues with a $200,000 truck.**CHECK-IN**(a year later)Okay so a year later still more problems and issues with these guys. Bought a new 2017 International HX Tri-Axle that has had nothing but issues. Brought it into Carolina International Columbia to address a popping sound in the front end. 4days later they call say its ready...5hours later the part they claim to have fixed came apart while I was loaded, causing the trk to careen unexpectedly off the road, through a ditch and into the woods. After 2months of the trk sitting on their yard, they refuse to take responsibility for their negligent and poor maintenance standards. I tried to change my star rating to no stars, but Google won't let me change it!

I will advise whoever have any type of major work to be done .. do not go here this a warning .. after 17,300 dollars of repairs .. drove my truck 150 miles

Only wish the customer service aspect was more prompter,,, I despise standing around waiting for 15 minutes for someone to assist me when I'm the only customer standing there,, I can see if the lobby was full of customers but almost every time I walk in the place I have to stand around and wait for someone to acknowledge me, other than that I'm a happy camper.

Stopped by for an estimate for some body work so I could send quote over to my insurance company. It's now been over a week and I've yet to receive it. I guess because the work isn't that big, they don't wanna do it. Cool, I'll just take my business elsewhere.

Wow, this place has Improved since last year! They have a new diagnostic Express Lane and it did not take more days to fix my truck than they said. I had all but swore this place off, but now I am a happy customer.

I had a good experience there. I dealt mostly with Joseph and he was on top of his game and kept me informed by calling me on everything that was going. I can't remember the two ladies name behind the service desk but they were really nice as well. Jamie (the mechanic) was who worked on my truck and he didn't stop until he figured out the issue. I recommend this place if a local mechanic can't get you in.

Had a ride height valve go out in my 2019 Gave the parts department a call and they didn't have one in stock but ordered one for the following day. It showed up at 9 am. Asked the service department if they would put it in for me and they got me right in. Being 900 miles from the house and being treated like family speaks volumes. These are great folks. I would not hesitate to use them again. Keep up the good work and Thanks again.

This place do bad business!!! They specialize in ripping off there customers! My husband took his truck there and they gave him 1 price and told him that would fix the problem. Once they got his truck in they kept saying something different and raising the price. They price went from $9,000 to $14,000 to $18,000! My husband didn't want to pay that price and wanted his truck back and they want to charge him $11,000 for unfinished work to get his truck back in worst condition then when he dropped it off. He drove his truck there but got to pay $11,000 to get it back and have it towed!!! How many other customers had this experience with them where they was told 1 thing and then the price change and they say they started the work and made u feel forced to pay the extra money to get your truck back? They probably been doing this for years and getting away with it!!!

Brought a truck in about 5 weeks ago had over 5k in work done. Truck when out loaded twice since then second load truck shut down on side of the highway. Spent $1100 dollars to have my truck towed back. Took my truck back to there shop and they kept it for over 13 days before they pulled it in the shop because it was warranty work. They than called and said they where gonna charge us $300 an hour to see what was wrong with the truck. They never gave a straight answer about getting the truck into the shop until the driver drove up to check the status. They really don t care about their customers, GM stated to our driver that we aren t important and he doesn t have time to have people keep looking at the truck. There was also another gentleman there at the same time stated he spent 7k and was still having the same problems with his truck. I definitely wouldn t recommend you take your truck here. Once they have your money they really don t care about anything else.

Just left out of this establishment this morning. Waited in the store for 15 minutes and the lady was on the phone. Hung up and made another call before asking if she could at least assist me. I went to the gentleman since he was on the computer and he told me he was in training and then picked up his phone. I walked out bad service

I own an interstate trucking company and brought an International Tractor into this dealership for service in September with total repairs over $10,000. Four months later the unit breaks down in TX for same engine codes. I was told the breakdown was the result of poor work done here. But the worst is yet to come, with International the dealership that performs the work gets to ok or deny warrantying the work? This even when other dealer states it was clearly the result of poor work.So my driver is down for 3 days waiting on this dealership to authorize repairs. After 3 days, I was told the labor would be covered but not the parts that failed due to poor install?? Having to get my driver on the road, I paid close to $4000 in parts. I called corporate to lodge a complaint and was told that dealerships are independently owned and International only warranties repairs while under factory warranty? Isn't this why we pay 40% more than a non-dealership repair cost??? So if your vehicle is out of warranty, you should just go to a local shop and save the 40% because work done at a dealership isn't covered nationwide.

They're nice they help with my problems with truck they went over the issue with me very detailed and I was always informed of what needed to be done or fixed and the best way about it was presented to me

I had an a/c compressor that needed some seals that I was having a hard time finding. I was afraid that I was going to purchase a new compressor because of these $5 seals. They got the parts and in a very timely manner. I am very satisfied and my truck is fixed!!

Terrible experience. While I was getting a few essentials out of my truck about 50 feet from the front gate they closed and locked them without saying a word to me. I walked around to service and ask them if they could let me out, the answer was NO! Once the gate is locked we do not open it. You need to leave out the back. I explained that my ride was sitting at the front gate, they didn t care. So, I tried calling my uber driver once again to get her to drive around to the back. Could not get her to answer after several calls. I had to cancel that ride with $5 penalty and request another. These people do not care about their customers. This will be the last they see of me.

Check into this place on Monday for engine light on. Was told by service tech that it would be Tuesday by lunch that my truck will be ready. Called and they said it would be ready by end of day 4pm that same day (Tuesday). Called them around 3 p.m. and I was told they were test driving my truck I ll call you back in 30 minutes. Never got a call back. I called them @ 3:51p.m. and was told my truck was ready. I got there to pick up my truck and driving down the road the engine light comes back on, so back in the shop I go this morning. Not on top of that I discovered so much oil and grease on my door panel in my truck. These ppl called my company asking for there business back and assure them that things are better because of new management and etc. Idk . Got a call today from these guys and I most say that after the call made me feel alot better with things and there service relating to this issue. They made things right and the phone call made a big difference. So with that being said I m changing to give them a 5 star rating.

These people treated me like was family... extremely nice & genuinely seemed concerned about my pulled muscle in my leg...they found my voltage problem and the price wasn't too high for the repair to be at a Dealer... I wouldn't hesitate to go back here again for any repairs!!!!!!

This place is horrible. Straight rip offs. They had my truck for 3 weeks for truck was running hot, an orange triangle light kept comming on. Pick the truck up an it does the same thing. Now they charge me again, talking about a knox sensor. Crazy

Breakdown in Columbia tow it to the next state over! the Mechanic diagnosing my truck's symptoms making jokes and facial and mouth expressions was just unprofessional and to say the least unpleasant. Watching through the window separating the service write-up and repair shop we the customers can see you so have some respect sir for the people who drive for a living! The supervisor making the estimate had such an attitude. The last insult after my company paid the bill my truck still will not run well and we choose not to return. They do not deserve one star! leaving three goes to friendly caring person at the service desk.
