First off , shout out to Meghan , Tara and Ross! They really made the process easy and comfortable. I had two cars at the garners ferry rd. Location at the same time and they did a wonderful job with both of them. I'm very pleased. They were particularly in keeping me informed via text and phone if any changes came about with the work being performed. I highly would suggest CALIBER COLLISION to anyone who is in need of a collision shop. Thanks

Very satisfied with the work and customer service Caliber Collision provided. Brian and Megan were always super nice. Megan went over all the paperwork thoroughly and Brian presented the car and everything that was done. I was truly satisfied.

Great experience- My car looks brand new. You would think they detailed it when they were done as good as it looks! As before hand, my car might as well been hocked up like a hospital patient that is brain dead! Felt like my car wasn t going be able to get fixed but they got it looking brand new! Tara is an awesome! They keep you updated with what s going on & you can also get text messages with updates. ( much easier than phone calls if you are a busy person!) Not only did Tara do a good job on my car and communicating the business itself is great. You will feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The building is clean, smells fresh and they even have a bowl of candy! ( you know if you for kids or if you like a little a snack yourself ! ) If you are looking for body work or anything they can do I most definitely recommend them!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision did a wonderful job of repairing my vehicle. I could not be more pleased with their service and professionalism throughout the process. Chase Carter was an absolute joy to work with. He was very professional and friendly. He kept me apprised of what was going on every step of the way of my repair. Chase either called or texted to let me know each step of the process my car was in. I have a 2015 SUV and had to have the back driver's door replaced and painted. The color of my car is Blizzard Pearl and I was afraid they could not match it. They did so perfectly. You would never know the door has been replaced or painted. Chase even cleaned my car inside and out when I picked it up. I would recommend Caliber to anyone. Daughter down in South Carolina at USC. Had someone hit her at a red light. Megan and Tara were great to work with, since we are 8/9 hour away. Up front and will to work with my daughter on her schedule. Highly recommend this branch at 7469 Garners Ferry Rd in Columbia, SC. Communication was on point the whole way during the process of getting the car fixed.12/12/23 - follow up...daughter was having issues electrical, warning lights came on and off. Called Caliver back and talked to Megan. After telling what was happening, I asked who would you take your car to in Columbia. She gave me her mechanic and let them know she referred us to them. Was a great referral for auto mechanic. Customer service is hard to fine these days, but Caliber is on point! Thank you for all you help.

Chase was awesome! The service was fast and they answered any questions I had with no problem. This was the first time I've needed to take my car in for a fix from a collision and everyone was super helpful. Chase kept me updated on everything that was happening and was super funny and welcoming.My car also came back with the interior cleaned and the exterior washed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber collision went above and beyond in repairing my car and keeping me updated on the repairs. They exceeded all my expectations in terms of customer service and repairing my car. I was in a terrible car wreck where I thought my insurance would have my car totaled but caliber collision restored my car and now it runs as if it were brand new. They conducted everything in a timely manner and always answered my calls if I had any questions. Chase was a huge help and worked very hard to get my car repaired and back to me as soon as possible. The manager and Chase even helped me attain a rental car. The staff are very friendly and truly want to make sure that you are happy with all aspects of their service. My car now runs exactly the way it did before my wreck. I am very happy that my car was repaired here and would highly suggest them for anyone seeking car repairs.Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes

If i could give this place negative stars i would. By far the worse service and communication anywhere ive ever been! I have used the caliber in Irmo and i loved them. They let me know every step for a car i had that someone backed in to. They gave me an expected return date and i got the car back a week before that. They were excellent! This one on garners ferry road, yeah it should be shut down. The person in charge of our car (Tara Caliber)couldnt even call to let us know what was going on with it. She promised our car back numerous times just to let us down everytime. The store manager and the general manager (Aaron Phillips) delivered the car to my house. About 8 miles away. In that 8 miles they didnt notice a rattle in the door (loose regulator) and also the gaps of all the new parts and air whistle coming in through the driver side door. How can a general manager allow such garbage work to even leave the shop? Then we had to schedule warrany work back with them to fix all of the stuff they messed up. Yeah thats a different story. Oh and by the way the main painter for the shop has alot of family issues. Or thats there go to excuse when they forget or dont want to do something. How many times they used that excuse.!! Then told me no high pressure car wash for 30 days. Ok no problem. Can i hand wash it at home? Yes! So i just hand washed it and from the 20 times of them removing the bumper because they couldnt do things right the first time, i noticed the scratched the hell out of the bumper on the opposite side. Am i pissed? 100 percent!! Will i bring it back to have them fix it? Nope! Not worth the stress that place put on us after an already stressful situation of someone running a red light and putting my wife in the hospital! I know this is a long rant and i am and easy going person but im looking out for other. Do NOT use this Caliber. The quality work for such a known business is trash and the GM should be retrained along with everyone else under him or they should be fired for giving Caliber such a bad reputation. End of this! I hope this will help atleast 1 person, if not all. Again this is for this location only! Not the company as a whole!

Tara and rest of the staff at this location are AMAZING! I can t say enough great things about the whole transaction. The work was completed in a timely manner, updates sent along the way. Tara provided an overview when I dropped the car off and explained the process throughly. Thankfully, there were no surprises with my repair, but I have complete faith that she would have handled any obstacle with a friendly and professional manner. This shop was in my insurance's network and my Mercedes was towed here after a accident with one of the new curb medians on two notch. Tires rims suspension completely messed up, these guys did a great job fixing my car and the whole process I would rate as excellent. Great work, great communication. Took a while but waiting on parts and third parties is out of their control. Hopefully I don't have to be back anytime soon but they went above and beyond in a number of ways for me and if you're in a pickle and need work done to your car I'd happily and strongly recommend this shop. I was very pleased with the clarity with which Mr. Aaron Phillips and Chad explained the procedure for taking in, assessing my vehicle s damages and communicating with me and my insurance company. They were very patient with me, and ensured all my questions were answered.As if that was not enough, when I mentioned that I had to walk to Firestone where my other car was, Mr. Phillips would not take no for an answer, and insisted he d give me a ride there in their company vehicle. I was truly grateful. They make everyone feel heard and cared for. I highly recommend Caliber Collision on Garner s Ferry Road.

Cleaning and detailing. My car is perfectly clean now.The best place to go to in Columbia. I had my two kids and they made us feel very welcomed. They are amazing and accommodating to all my needs. No only did they make sure my car was sent out in great shape but they also dod everything they can to send me home with the cleanest vehicle possible. This is my new favorite place to bring my car!

Highly disappointed in the lack of timeliness and communication about when the repairs would be done with my vehicle. Wouldn't take my vehicle for an entire month, then extended my wait time for almost an extra week because a tech decided not to come to work (the words I was told). The car looks back to the original state, but the level of communication and the seeming lack of awareness of the situation I was in was disappointing.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with caliber collision was great from the start and it's a one stop shop for me. They scheduled me for the first available appointment and took my vehicle after hours because of my schedule. They made sure I had a rental and answered every question I had. I am not one to write reviews, but it is needed for this place! I have never had a repair done throughly in such a short amount of time! I dropped my car off yesterday and got it back today! Dena was very friendly and helpful. I left an item in the rental and she is keeping them same until i return. Joel was extremely nice. I enjoyed chatting with him.Billy did an AMAZING job on my car. He even checked out another issue that I'm having which is not related to my claim. As busy he was, I did not feel rushed or unwanted. That level of customer service missing in a lot of business in Columbia. The best part was coming back to a washed car! That was very surprising and appreciated. The fact that I remember all of their names should say a lot about the service. 100/100. I would choose this team every time.

I absolutely love the care that I was given by the Caliber Collision Staff Garners ferry Rd. Everyone I spoke to took the time to explain every aspect of the process and always asked if I had any questions. There was NEVER a moment when I felt upset or stressed about not knowing what s going on. They took total and complete care of my car and my concerns about the car. Treated me like family! The folks at the Garner s Ferry branch are friendly professionals. They do a great job and our service manager, Antwone Mack, kept us updated during the entire process. The body looked great, but the shop jammed my park brakes and didn't install my battery correctly. When I droved my vehicle 3 days later I had to raise the hood and tighten cables by hand, or I couldn't crank. Upon picking up the vehicle I was told the brakes were jammed and it was like that when I dropped it off. I get my vehicle service regularly and no lights on. Had truck for 2 yrs no issue. I just ask that they take accountability and absorb the costService: Body & Trim

My experience was not great here. I came to get my passenger rear door fixed. Tara was great with informing me of the process but Billy did not follow through with updates. I had to call to receive updates and was told different days for the part to arrive. Not only that, but the general manager didn t even know my type of vehicle and proceeded to tell me I did not know what day I dropped my vehicle off. After two weeks, almost three, I finally had my car back. The next day, I could not start my car and had it towed. The dealership shares that the door may have been installed improperly which is interfering with the key fobs to start my car. Thanks Caliber Collision! Services: Painting, Body & Trim
