To start: I would use Caliber Collision again, there was just one incident that led to the reduction of two stars. Communication is a #1 thing for me and they killed it, by itself is 5 stars.Between the 1st cost estimate and final cost will set you back, since it was nearly double.They had my vehicle for about a month and that was expected. Would have been a huge problem if my insurance did not cover a rental but Caliber Collision was upfront about the time it would take.The work looks great, and they have a lifetime warranty (for as long as you own the vehicle, indirectly advising if you sell it, no more warranty.)The minus 2 stars comes from an incident that I had with the shop and my car. My car alerts me when the door is opened and closed then not locked when the key fob is nearby. I got an alert on my phone at 12:57 am on a Saturday that said this happened. Caliber Collision was not open at this time of day. I spoke with the case manager and shop manager and really did not get an answer that could explain the alert. I never got any false alerts before and no reminder alerts. Only thing I could come to was my car door was opened and closed by someone that had my key fob at 1am on a weekend leaving me to assume someone with ill intentions was looking to take something from my vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

They are the worst . If you want your card to be repaired you will have to call them every day and frequently visit them. We were told today our car is ready and will get it today but not given a time , as the day passed they were trying to delay it . So we went there and saw the car was not even ready the front part was not put back . I went there and recorded a video , when I showed Nate ( employee) the video he said it wasn t our car , like what I can see the number plate . However we had to call our insurance guy 5 times to get em to give our car . 1 hour before they started the word and pretended there was some problem in insurance work . ( they clearly did not want to admit their lies). Brian their manager never Responds . Absolute mess never send your car here , I was about to take this to the media (it was that bad ) it took 1 1/2 months .

DO NOT GO HERE took my truck here to change my back driver door. Nothing was wrong with my car when I took it there. Got it back car alarms was going off and THEIR mechanic said I needed a new engine. They didn t take ownership of anything. Come to find out from my mechanic it was just a sensor they knocked loose. Avoid this place.

This is an amazing repair shop. I had to take my car. There was a result of someone backing into me. This was the preferred collision repair body shop from the other persons insurance company. Caliber did an excellent job. They got my vehicle back within a very reasonable amount of time, and I also love the fact that they kept me updated with periodic texts to my phone to tell me where they were along in the repair process. This is a top shelf company, and although I hope I never am in an accident again, if I ever do need bodywork, I will definitely utilize them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I had a great experience with Calliber Collision on Greystone Blvd in Columbia, SC. I had a car accident last year in which my trunk door was damage. They fixed it and sent me on my way (no issues)! Fast forward 6 months later and I had a phantom leak in the back of my trunk. Not sure of what it was, I took it back to Calliber for them to investigate. The leak ended up being unrelated to the accident/ repair but they fixed it on the house. It was an act of kindness that I really appreciated! Car issues can be so overwhelming and they put me at ease. I am/ was so grateful for their generosity!

I highly recommend Caliber Collision for doing a fantastic service on my lower front bumper and grille of my Chevrolet Camaro. I m thankful for everything Judson Smith did on my car and for keeping me updated while my car is being serviced. I give you 5 stars but you really needed 10 stars for all the hard work you guys do. Thanks for being so kind and polite.

This is a very professional shop. Caliber team members works as a family. My car was completed way ahead of time. I was very impressed with the workmanship, being kept informed through text messages, and the condition in which my car was returned. It was clean and looking as new.I recommend this shop that's located on Greystone Boulevard, between Dodgeland.Services: Painting, Welding

Caliber on greystone did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle after it was hit in the rear. I would not hesitate to use them again if I m ever in the same situation. 100% recommend them!

I would never recommend. The caliber collision on Greystone. The customer service is awful. They will tell you your vehicle is ready when it s not. So God for bid you work or go to school and have to take off just to get your vehicle. Nate is also horrible when it comes to updates on your vehicle

If anyone is looking for a car repairs to get done to any of your vehicles I highly recommend and suggest that you go to Caliber Collision. Both myself and my Husband have had repairs done on both of our cars from them and they did an Outstanding and Amazing job having both of our cars look like an accident never happened. I definitely highly recommend them and they take such good care of you and your car and they keep you in the loop on all of the repair progress and let you know updates as well. Please take my word and go use them for any of your car repairs that you need done. They are the Best.!!! The staff is so friendly and so nice and so warm welcoming to everyone that walks into their door and they are so helpful. They will walk you through everything how they are going to repair your car.

Please do not go here to get your car fixed. Absolutely zero communication, I was told to pick up my car on a certain day so I arranged transportation and when I showed up my car wasn t finished and when I asked for an estimated day that it would be finished I was told we don t know . This was after I had an appointment for 2 months in advance. When I finally got to retrieve my car, one of the certain parts was still not functioning properly. I brought this to their attention and they simply said sorry, not our problem. Can t fix it . DO NOT give them your business!!! Absolutely terrible experience and I would rate them 0 stars if I could.

I ve had issues since I picked my car up from them after my accident. Left signal keeps blinking fast then the entire head assembly goes out. I picked my car up from them in July, had to turn around and go right back to them again, and it s still having the SAME ISSUE!

Nicole at the Graystone Blvd location was great. She kept me informed, and its obvious she loves what she does. Any time you are leaving your vehicle somewhere for an extended period of time there can be some anxious moments. She was a rockstar throughout, and Caliber should really consider giving her as big of a pay bump as possible. Employees like her are what keep people coming back in times of repair work.I was impressed throughout this process, and am really thankful that I chose Caliber to do the work!Great Job!!

We were having a problem with Dodgeland of Columbia when Caliber Collision stepped up and said they would handle the problems. Their customer service is top notch and the manager is very professional and courteous. We would definitely use them again.
