Hands down the best automotive repair shop in the city! I've had two cars repaired here. Both other mechanics could not find the problems. C&C quickly diagnosed the issues and were reasonable with their prices. I'm so thankful. If you have any car or truck issues they will find the problem. No matter the make or model these guys are the truth.

The staff at C and C Automotive were very Courteous and Professional. I was amazed at the quick turn around. Other places would take weeks to repair your vehicle. They also gave a detailed diagnostic of everything A-Z about my vehicle. I definitely will be using them for all future work.

When the car dealer wanted $1200 labor and $500 to order a part, I looked into C &C on Broad River Road. They ran diagnostics and fixed it for about 60% less. I like my old Dodge Dakota pickup and I think C &C can keep me going. I love these guys. I was taking my car to speedee oil change and they never could figure out why my check engine kept coming on. I took my car to C&C for a repair and in the process they discovered why my light was on! This is the first time in months that I've been able to drive my car without some light coming on. Their oil changes are pricey, but their work is impeccable. My new go to.

Great experience overall. The price for my car service was fair trust me, I called several shops for quotes to verify this. It wasn t cheap but I m glad I chose them because safety and peace of mind are priceless. I received follow up texts asking if all was still well a few months after service. To me, that s above and beyond and I appreciate that. Been over a year since the service without any issues. I informed them that my windshield wipers were overlapping when they were on ,that I was pressed for time as I moved out of state and needed to be to work on Monday by 5. They worked so quickly and also informed me of other things that could be wrong with my vehicle as well. Best of all they're honest and not trying to hustle people out of their hard earned money. I would definitely use them again

Got my truck towed here for a second opinion diagnosis after being told elsewhere that my truck "jumped timing" and it was now a complete loss. I was relieved when C & C figured out that the problem was only that I needed a new fuel pump. 3 stars for figuring the actual problem out and saving my truck that I would've given to a junk yard. I paid around $600+ for the diagnosis & fuel pump replacement(pricey). Truck drove fine for about a week then had a starting problem ever since. This was around a year and a half ago so yeah it's been annoying dealing with this ever since. It only starts on the 2nd or 3rd try if I'm tapping the gas while turning my key. No gassing and it'll start on maybe 7th or 8th try. My now go-to mechanic just told me that my fuel pump seal is the problem. Bummer. C & C definitely has the brains but works too quickly trying to clear their lot so I guess work isn't done accurately sometimes. Would recommend them if you don't trust what your mechanic is saying but if an issue appears soon after repair GO BACK and ask about a parts warranty. That was my mistake. I waited too long to go back and let them know they loosely installed my brand new fuel pump.

The entire crew took great care of our vehicle and family. Had brake issues while traveling across the state, stopped in and they stayed late to make sure we could get to our event. I hardly take my jeep places to get fixed as i usually do it myself but i decided to take it somewhere this time. I m usually on edge about taking my vehicle somewhere to get fixed I have never used this place before, but my 1st experience with them was THE best, i HIGHLY recommend C&C Automotive I WILL be using this business again for any service that i need done. it felt very welcomed and comfortable with leaving my jeep with them. Not to mention Jason was very professional and honest. The 2 people at the front desk were very friendly & helpful and honest as well when i got there. i will state that Pricing was fair and service was fast. So far my jeeps been doing just fine since it got back.UPDATE. took another car to get shocks and struts and KYLE was awesome. i love tht place so much. got me cheaper price too. definitely will be back to them AGAINnot to mention this was not asked to be done (as most places request that you do) but i decided that this placed deserved another excellent review.. Extremely overpriced. Paid over 2 thousand dollars on repairs and was told that they fixed everything on my vehicle that was wrong except for one small issue. Four months later my vehicle broke down on me sent it back to them for them to tell me my vehicle has a lot of miles and I needed an engine but didn t you know that when I paid you four months earlier for oil leak and engine service To add insult to injury he said it would start at 10,000 to do the repairs! What a slap in the face just say you don t want my business would had been better. Had my vehicle towed to another shop that charged 3600 for what they were asking 10,000 for. Unless you got money to waste do your research and go somewhere else. Hope this doesn t happen to anyone else.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Oil change

I have found my new GO TO place for auto repairs. David and his staff were wonderful. They were able to get my truck in on short notice, diagnosed the problem and fix it. They found another issue and had their mechanic come out and explain everything to us. Everyone is so friendly and David called a few days later to make sure everything was still going well. I choose to bring my car to this business because of the great customer reviews. A bonus was it is very close to where I live. The ease of booking an appointment online was great, and getting my first preferred appointment date was even better. I believe it was Chris who worked with me to communicate the issues with my car. Everything was explained in a way I could understand and if I hadn t I knew he would have tried until I did get it. Ultimately I felt the services done on my car (for a check engine light) were thorough and reasonable in cost. I would recommend anyone taking their vehicle here.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

I would highly recommend this mechanic! We were passing through while on vacation and they were able to fit us in very last minute. We were only asking for a diagnostic and they were able to find the problem and fix it very quickly, all while being very affordable! They are very friendly and helpful! We had our two small kids with us and they were so accommodating!

I was very impressed with David and his team. This is the type of service center that I have been looking for. They were professional, friendly and reasonable. David and his team are great. My car was hit before Mother s Day and after being turned away and givin the run around from different shops I ran across C&C Automotive. They had my car running perfectly in no time !! Not to mention they even fixed the bumper on my car from the accident. C&C Automotive is definitely the place to go!! C C Automotive on Broad River Rd is the most reliable repair shop in Columbia South CarolinaHighly recommended. So honest and staff is unbelievably professional, efficient and friendly.One shop told me I needed shocks and struts. Went here and they took it for a test ride and then did a full inspection. They found NOTHING WRONG.Beware of Pep Boys they were out to screw me.Car is now at C C s getting an alignment.This is a place you can trust.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I ve taken both of my trucks to Kestner s over the last couple of years ranging from A/C work to leveling kits installs. they ve always taken care of me and the pricing is unbeatable for the quality of work they do. I had my 03 F-250 that had a terrible alignment issues that even Ford themselves couldn t figured out how to correct. I took it to Kestner and a day later she s fixed. The mechanic Bobby is extremely knowledgeable he showed and explained what my options were to correct my alignment. Without a doubt I ll never take my trucks anywhere else but here.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

I found C & C Auto-Columbia online when my son's a/c compressor needed to be replaced. David was very helpful and they definitely gave me a better price than the dealer. My current mechanic has been booked up and hasn t been able to fit me in. My battery had eventually died and I called Kestner s to see if they could perform a test and installation! They fit me in that day even though they were just as busy! Friendly, professional service. Even took time to tell me what was needed to keep my car in good shape due to its high mileage! One of the few mechanics I feel was honest and didn t try to make me pay for unnecessary things! Love Kestner s! Will definitely be used in the future!Service: Battery

Made my first visit to Kestner today. Terrific! Chris was so helpful in every way and Allen performed great service on the Subaru I brought to them. The guys (and lady technician/mechanic) are knowledgeable, personable, and excellent communicators. The last is so important when considering repair costs. I highly recommend Kestner Automotive.
