After getting into my first serious car accident at 34, my claims adjuster scheduled my vehicle repairs at Broad River paint and body. They towed my car from Lexington on a super busy street in heavy traffic, without having the key. The tow truck driver was so kind and patient with me. He called me on the phone and kept me updated the entire time. After meeting at the shop to drop the keys off so they could do the damage assessment, Stacy was so kind to me, helpful and knowledgeable. I was honestly really scared since I had never been through something like this and I didn't know what to expect. Stacy walked me through the process and then referred me to Joe, who walked me outside to my car and looked over the damage thoroughly. He explained what would need to be done and told me what I could expect from both outcomes depending on how much the damage would cost, what insurance would cover, etc. Ultimately, the car ended up being totaled out, which turned into a blessing in disguise, but I wouldn't have wanted to go through this process at any other body shop, with any other staff. The service I received was top notch. They even have a Progressive inside adjuster, Chris who works on site who reached out to me and kept me updated. I hope I never have to go through this situation again, but, God forbid I do, Broad River paint and body will get my business every time. Thank you Stacy, Joe, Chris and all of your staff for all of your knowledge, kindness and patience with me during a super stressful time!

Absolutely the best service! I m amazed with how quick they are. They completely fixed my wrecked car and are so efficient with communication and getting the job done. 10/10 recommend super friendly!!

I brought my car for estimate & Darryle gave me 2 prices, my neighbor backed into my right passenger door. Had got another estimate from another shop which was higher than Broad River. I chose Broad River, brought my car in on Monday, Friday afternoon it was ready and looking like nothing happened. They do fantastic work from the front desk to the shop, got my car cleaned inside & out. Do I recommend Broad River YES.

(Robert Stevenson). After my wife was hit , finding a repair shop that would take our insurance was a nightmare. Then we found B.R.P &Body Shop. A tall young man (Blaine Upton) came to our rescue, explained everything and did not rush us. I m 78 but Blaine-was very patient .Our car looks like new. I highly recommend this shop and especiallyBlaine Upton.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the place the Progressive chose to do the work on my daughters car after her collision and what a nightmare. They initially had the vehicle for 3.5 weeks, then on the day that I was supposed to pick it up, I CALL (because they don t call me) and they tell me that they still hadn t gotten to the alignment and now the car won t start because they think the starter is gone! What!!! This car was fine when I dropped it off! So now I had to have it towed to get the starter fixed and then bring it back to them for the new tire and alignment. He tells me this will take 2 days tops! Well it takes almost 3 weeks!!!! My daughter is up at college and has to use Uber (which I had to pay for her for 3 freaking weeks) to get to work due to the inconvenience! They tell me the car wouldn t align. These people got paid over $5000 from Progressive plus I had to pay them the $500 deductible which I think they could have waived in good faith and due to my inconvenience!! Not to mention, somewhere along the way one of her tires got a nail in it so I had to take the car straight from them to a tire place for a replacement! More money!!! I feel completely ripped off and taken advantage of! I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

We found Broad River though our insurance company. While it was a while to get in, the turnaround was very fast (much faster than expected), the people were great to work with, and most importantly, the work was done really well. They also detailed the whole interior of the car. Would highly recommend and will be using in the future if needed.Service: Body & Trim

Very friendly place and looks to be well maintained. I was surprised by how large of a facility they have. Someone backed into my rear right corner in a parking lot and I wanted to have it fixed. Darrell walked me through two options: either try to buff it out and get it 80% fixed or take the full bumper off and repair to 100% stock. He gave me quotes on both and was able to fit me in right away. I appreciated the honest work and quick turn around. Will definitely return if I have another issue

I have used Broad River on several occasions, and I have never been disappointed. I just received my Honda Accord back from them and it looks better than the day I bought it. I am not exaggerating here. They go out of there way to make sure the repairs are completed and done correctly. I will not take any vehicle I own anywhere else. Highly recommended.Services: Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

In mid February, my 2018 Honda CRV w sensing rear ended a utility truck. It was sent to Broad River Paint & Body Shop. I was given a completion date of March 16. Instead, it was ready March 12. My car looks beautiful - like new. It was cleaned and handled professionally. Besides the quick turnaround time, the office was spotless, Crystal was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I even received some extra help from a tech. The battery in my keyless remote was dying, and he took the time to open the remote, show me the battery I needed to buy, and showed me how to install it. It all made for a perfect, smooth transaction. I was there less than 20 minutes. Very pleased. Would highly recommend.

Was one of the places suggested by the insurance after an accident. The guy was extremely helpful and clear on the process of what they planned on doing to repair car along with an accurate estimate for the time. They arranged enterprise to come by and pick me up from the body shop. After the car was fixed, all I had to do was drop off the rental and grab my car. They made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible.

Was told it would take 4-5 days to work on my car over the phone multiple times. Called when that time span was almost up and they said they told my dad who s paying for it 2 WEEKS. Not okay to hear right before Xmas when plans were set in stone and had not packed enough to be without car 2 hours away from my apartment at school while unwillingly stuck home w/ parents. This caused me to lose holiday bonuses and be less productive in many other ways. No joy this year now! They spent 3 days taking apart the front of my car (& if they were waiting on parts I would have waited to bring the damn car to them, which btw they URGED me to bring it in before 8am sharp Monday AM to ensure an early start to get things moving but STILL took 3 days to just take apart the front of the car excluding engine etc). It s going to sit in their garage not being worked on all weekend and then even longer due to upcoming holiday. THEN it will still take the entire rest of the week while it s nearing another holiday that I will again not be prepared for not because I wanted to celebrate, but because I had bills to pay and now none of this can get taken care of the way I planned because that s another 5-6 days PLUS WEEKENDS I have to sit on my ass at home unable to go anywhere for anything. I m too young for a rental. This is not acceptable. Waited on a call back for more than the approximate 15 minutes they described & that s when they close & not surprised I never got a returned phone call. I requested work of 13-14 hours MAXIMUM so it could have very easily been finished in ONE WEEK. They need to be more clear about work time estimations, be more efficient, or offer a special deal for trying to put it on a rushed schedule. Update: good work though, feel like a heavy weight on my car has been lifted and I think I noticed the gas is literally guzzled up only half as fast as it used to!

I was very impressed with the service I received at Broad River Paint & Body. Cost of repair was well below original estimate! Unheard of in this day and time. Quality of work was phenomenal and was completed in an extremely timely fashion. Joe Dickerson and staff were very prompt, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have had the misfortune to need the services of Broad River Paint and Body twice. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work they did! My mechanic sent me originally to fix my Honda. The work they did on a sliding door was close to if not better than the factory installation. The second repair they did was flawless. They work with your insurance company and will arrange a rental car, too. I highly recommend them to my friends.

Great business. Fast and everyone is very professional and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I would definitely recommend and if need to in the near future would definitely bring my car back. Worked with Darrell and he made my experience the best. I've had enough of my cars fixed here that I've surly put at least two of their kids through college. Last week, they buffed out the damage and didn't charge me. I'll go there next time, too.

These guys are great!! If you're getting collision repair and are making a claim, call these people first before you waste your time getting an estimate from anyone else. they take care of everything for you and they aren't trying to just make a buck off your insurance claim...

I would highly recommend Broad River Paint and Body. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient when I used their services for collision repair. Turn around at their shop only took a couple days and they even detailed my car for me!

I had work done here a few years ago. All went well with the job at the time and I was very happy. That was up until recently when I now question the quality of work I received. I had a front bumper replaced on a Honda Accord a few years back. Someone clipped the original on the corner of it in a parking lot and broke it. Recently my spouse rubbed the bumper against a column in a parking garage causing it to flex. This is the replacement plastic bumper Broad River Paint & Body supplied and painted. Now, where it contacted the concrete it did scratch the paint but it also caused the bumper to flex in another area. I get we damaged the bumper but three things I noticed from this incident. Where the corner of the bumper caught the column it made the bumper flex near the headlight and it cracked at the bottom and formed a seam up the bumper. 1. I feel like the plastic of this replacement bumper is inferior to the oem unit. 2. where it flexed and cracked the paint flaked off in a 1-2 inch section. 3. After inspecting the bumper I noticed small pin holes in the paint all across the front bumper from road debris. So, my assessment is the plastic is not as high quality as the oem and second, the paint was not applied correctly. The car is 15 years old and in the time leading up to having the bumper replaced two years ago the paint never had pin hole marks form road debris any where near the extent of what it has now. For over a $1,000 to have a bumper replaced I would think you could supply a part with oem plastic grade and oem quality paint. Regardless of this new damage, the paint was already getting in bad shape from just general driving on the highways, which the original had not done.
