Made 8:00 appointment the week before. Car was pulled in the bay promptly. I told the guy what I needed done. They gave the free brake inspection, and the guy (terribly sorry that I can't remember his name) at the counter explained to me thoroughly what was going on and gave me my options, I ultimately chose what was best for me and my vehicle without any pressure. The visit was comfortable, and clean. Will visit again and will refer!!!

The customer service was a good experience. They were polite, quick and addressed my concerns and questions. Price could've have been better, but the brakes should have been at the shop a lot sooner. It's a little late once they start grinding I'm told.

I came here on two separate occasions and both times I was turned down service. Each time it was a lame excuses and they never even looked at it. I have a 93 Chevy G20 van and I never have problems finding parts. I would RESPECT a man more if he just admitted he doesn't know how to work on it than to lie to my face.

Came in to have rotors checked out that were under warranty. Had my car up on lift in 5 minutes and were replacing them. Great customer service!

Great timely service. Saved me over $800. The dealer had me thinking the service was needed ASAP at over $1200. I arrived at 8am and left at 9:12 am. Customer service was great and the manager was patient and answered all my questions. I do recommend and will return on Decker Blv.

Devin was amazing he took me in last minute and fixed my front brakes within a hour. The prices are very reasonable. I recommend brakes 4 less on Decker Blvd.

First I m gonna start off by saying that I understand brake jobs in todays economy are not cheap and if the job that was performed on my car continues to perform as good as today when the work was done, then paying 330$ for an inspection and brake replacement is still a good price even if it wasn t the 199$. I am willing to even give them my business next time around if everything checks out and I m assuming today was just an off day.After dropping my car off , and the inspection was done I was informed that my front brakes are fine but I need a replacement on my back pads and also need the calipers replaced on the back wheels as well which would be an 885$ job. Being that my explorer has less than 70,000 miles, I replied no Im not gonna pay for that and I doubt they need to be replaced. The response I recieved told me everything I needed to know. I was answered with well we will work with you , what can you pay and we can replace the calipers today . Last time I checked I m not in another country at a market bargaining on fruit. I didn t even bother to play the game and just told em to replace the one set of pads for near double the advertised priced. I was told it would be about another hour and that s fine. After an hour and a half and no phone call. I returned and assumed they forgot to call me, this was not the case. The guy working on the car literally responded with it s going to take a bit longer because the parts got delayed, aka I forgot to order them he literally shared that information with me. Aside from the fact you should have left out the last half of that information, I honestly would have appreciated the honesty more, as long as it came with an apology and an acknowledgment that it was a mistake and you re gonna do your best to get it done as soon as possible. But no. Overall, the job they did even though it is day 1 has performed well. Advertising a 199 brake job and charging well over 300 for just 1 pair of breaks is ridiculous and then to be completely disrespectful as if the customer is stupid is the icing on the cake.

Brake 4 Less customer service is awesome . Devin the mgr does a great job explaining what needs to be done . The prices are very reasonable. Did such a great job on my Ram brought my wife Acura in. All the mechanics see them take pride in their work.

Came to get a brake job done . Great place to have your brakes checked and repaired. They have well trained professional staff. You will save a lot of money because they do a great job at a reasonable price. They only do breaks, so they are well specialized in this field.

EXCELLENT & FAST SERVICE!!!Most economical price I found for brakes. Was given good information on other selection of brakes other than their brakes. Given an honest assessment on my brake pad wear. Was told my front pad was @ 20% wear and rear was @ 40% wear and didn't have to be replaced at the time. I opted to have them replaced anyway.

Specialty shops like this are quickly becoming my go-to for my preventive maintenance needs. Why go to a shop like Firestone or whatnot, drop your car off for brake work at say 8 or 9 and not get it back for several hours, if you're lucky. I brought my 2010 Honda for some brake work at 9 ( make an appointment online and save yourself some trouble ) and drove off a little after 11. Brakes are all they do, and they do them well. Friendly and knowledgeable people there. Didn't break the bank paying for their services either, which is always a good thing. The manager gave me his card telling me to call if anything went wrong, bid me a good day, and sent me on my way. That's how it's done. Got yourself a repeat customer. I'm definitely coming back.Addendum (27 December 2023):Welp,I did say that I'd be back. This time is for my 2020 Toyota Camry. Had a mishap with my brakes, which coincidentally is around the time Toyota recommends having my brakes checked. Two birds, one stone. Brakes for Less did such a great job with my previous vehicle that I brought it in. Two hours later, I'm driving with brand new pads, shoes, and whatnot. She brakes like I just drove it off the showroom floor. I'm changing my rating to 5 stars. If you want an oil change, go to Take 5 or Jiffy Lube. All they do is oil changes. If you need your brakes done, do yourself a solid and go to Brakes for Less. It's all they do, and they do it well.

I don't ever use 5-stars unless it's extra credit and these guys are great. I've been a few times, each time after I had already gotten an estimate for work someplace else. Not only cheaper, but only did needed work. Trust is a big deal, and I trust them. Without asking, they explain everything, why you need it, how it works, what you should be looking for, why they diagnosed the way they did ... everything. Even for stuff their shop can't do. And they'll freely admit to what's out of the scope of their knowledge. They don't want to obvs, but they will let you walk out with just a free inspection if nothing's found (ie: it's not the brakes). They honor online appts, and are staffed for it. This last trip, after a misdiagnosis by Midas, and a plausible diagnosis by KIA, they helped me feel better that I'm going the right direction in getting my repairs done, and I'll be back when I have the cash in my pocket to get my brakes done after the major repairs without question.

Very good service!!! My car was started at my appointment time. Devin showed me what needed to be repaired on my suv and made recommendations. There was no pressure to go with something that was not needed. Work was done quickly. The service was above average. They really used team work to get the job done and my car back to me. I would recommend this location.
