Great service, also quick!I had an issue where my breaks were squealing 2 days after. Came back up here and they were quick to find and fix the problem. Definitely recommend and will be back again.

Would like to give them 6 six stars.They are friendly, honest, and professional, with good price.Toyota service department technicians told me my braking hose was rusted and need to be replaced, while maybe no chance to get a replacement. They literally sentenced my car to go die. While gentlemen in this shop saved my car with only 50 dollar.

Excellent service! Very friendly and did a great job explaining which package is best for my car. I truly appreciate professionals who are honest about the service that is best for my car. Do not buy the $199 package! It s trash and you will get what you pay for! It will squeak.

My 19y/o car is running as good as new after today's service! The team here went over everything by me on what we were dealing with, and made me feel confident that I made the right choice to handle the extent of a job that my car needed to get back up n going. I highly recommend this location. Cedric (the shop manager) and his team are very friendly and thorough with the work. They don t try and over sell you and make sure to tell you exactly what you need done to your vehicle. I needed extensive replacement done to my brakes and even though it wasn t cheap I couldn t complain because I was long due for repair. I wouldn t have taken it to anyone else but these guys. My first time visit was quick and affordable. Cedric was professional and goes above and beyond for customer service. There was a mishap performed in my break service in which I returned a month later and Cedric personally corrected the issue immediately. Overall, I received a professional service and saved about $300 versus pricing from other big name shops in the area. Save money & ask for Cedric!Service: Brakes

What can I say??? Yesterday was an adventure. I had an 8:00 am appointment to get my brakes looked at. I already knew what I needed. I had a back brake metal on metal. I just knew that I had destroyed it. Cedric inspected the brakes and told me that he would be able to resurface it and it would be fine. He could of easily sold me a new one! All said I got all 4 brake done with their premium service. It only took 1.5 hours. I was really pleased and it was very affordable. Thanks guys.Service: Brake service & repair

Cedric and his team were amazing. I suffered a catastrophic total loss of brakes on the interstate while heading back home to Florida. They did good work. I had to get all of my rotors replaced so it was a little pricing. My brake are working great! The guy that helped me out was very nice and the whole job took about 2 hours. I think there were a few people ahead of me because it was busy when I got there. There is space to wait, but I would recommend dropping off your car if you can.

Cedric, the Service Manager (Store #304 in Cola., SC) was exceptional. He provided me with various options based upon my budget. As a woman there are many times we feel like we re being taken advantaged of, but I can honestly say, I felt taken care of. I appreciate Cedric s patience, understanding, and above all else, respect. I have to agree with the other reviews. Cedric was awesome. Got two rotors and brake pads on all tires for well under $500. No appointment. Took my car in and it was finished in an hour. Cedric was great. I pulled up 15 minutes late and he still honored my scheduled appointment time. He was knowledgeable of the type of braking system issue I was having. Cedric was extremely helpful and got my brakes working like brand new. He was concerned about my safety more than anything. I can't thank him enough for his generosity and getting my car fixed! This particular store has always to me been the best! Cedric is knowledgeable and all of his teammates are friendly. They don't try to sell you but ensure you understand what is going on with your vehicle. They have corrected a few mishaps from the Irmo store with grace! I'm giving them 5 stars because Cedric was so nice to me. They didn't do unnecessary work on my back brakes because they were still good. My front right was trashed and I knew it. It says $179 but that isn't if you are grinding metal. Also the made my rotors very shiny and quiet.

Cedric was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was dealing with squeaky brakes for months and couldn t get a resolution from previous mechanics. However, in 45 minutes Cedric diagnosed and resolved my problem. Great experience here. First of all I missed my appointment by an hour (that s on me wrote down my appointment time wrong) but they still squeezed me in and only took 30 min to get a brake inspection done. Then, they found nothing wrong with my brakes and didn t try to sell me unnecessary services. After another shop had recommended $450 of repairs, I appreciate their honesty and that they just didn t try to sell me something that I didn t need. For that reason I will absolutely be back when I do need my brakes replaced.

He seems to up sell services... he told me I needed a complete overhaul! He quoted cost over $1600. He wanted to replace master cylinder, brake calipers, rotors, and hoses to calipers. I declined the work from B4L and had another shop look at it. Didn't need master cylinder, hoses, or calipers brakes work great and it was half the price. Be aware of them up selling you things you don't need!!

I wouldn't recommend this place. I had a 11:30 appt but they didn't work on my car until 5:00. No communication. They areghetto and need better management. The break service is not less so don't let the advertisement fool you.I would like to give them zero starsService: BrakesService: Brakes

Fast courteous service. In and out in about an hour. Called the previous day to make an early morning appointment. Changed brakes and turned rotors. Knowledgeable team great service.

I am glad to say I went to the right place to get. My brakes done i am a very satisfied customer I got to say the technician that worked on my vehicle were awsome and to say that Cedric did and awsome job on making sure everything were good with my vehicle and he made sure that I was satisfied with the service before I walked out the door got a say brakes for less is the best when it comes to brakes, the prices are awsome I recommend my family and friends to bring there cars and trucks to brakes for less

Have to give these guys 5 stars. Easy to make an appointment and took me right in. The manager, Devin, kept in touch via phone and they finished quicker than expected. Price was reasonable and car brakes are nice and quiet.
