So the story goes, I was driving and hit a deer! Definitely not something I ever want to experience again, which leads me to Bowens Collision. First I went to another collision center in Columbia starts with a G, and I had my vehicle towed over to Bowens because the other place was months out of even touching my vehicle. So that wasn t going to work for me, as soon as my car arrived at Bowen it was like stepping into a 5 star hotel. My experience was best in class, immediately they had my car marked up and I was able to come down and sign off and they went right to work on the repairs. I received communication through the entire process, and the employees and management are very professional. They worked with my insurance to get all the parts and repairs completed.Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!The car looks amazing, honestly it s better than when I purchased it!I highly recommend this collision repair shop, best in Columbia.

I was involved in accident where someone who has State Farm Insurance rear-ended my car. State Farm processed the claim and gave me a list of their approved shops. I choose this location because all the reviews say that they finish the job perfectly on time. I am really glad that I took my car to this shop. Steven has done a great job by keeping me up to date with the repair process and he was always there when I have any question. All the staffs were very polite and always return calls about any question or concern. The shop has also done some painting touches to cover small dents in different parts of the car free of charge as a courtesy. I am really happy with the level of service. My car got repaired in a reasonable time without any shortcomings. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a car repair shop. All Staffs are honest and efficient and they get the job done well without any delays.

We had the most incredible experience with Bowen s! I was in an accident close to the Holidays which was incredibly stressful, but Susan and Steven went above and beyond to make the experience as quick and effortless as possible. They notified of us of every detail throughout the entire repair process, and helped ease our stress and minds while helping us deal with the insurance company and getting our rental car etc.The customer service was just above and beyond incredible (even during the stressful holiday season!) and the repair work was perfect!Even after our service was complete, Susan helped us weeks later with a question we had, and made several calls to get it all straight for us!If you are looking for great body repair work and excellent customer service, this is the place!! A+!!Thank you!!

I brought my car to Bowen's last week for an estimate on some body work, after I ran into my own garage. The helpful folks at Bowen's not only gave me a reasonable estimate (even considering that my car is an older Mercedes), they gave me a few options that they did not have to do.Yes, Bowen's went over and above their usual services and yes, I have decided to entrust my car to their expertise. I can't wait to see the results!

I had an unfortunate accident on a rainy Sunday. My insurance recommended them. Took my car in Monday and they were able to take me in right away. They assisted in getting a rental. The staff is very professional and friendly. Most impeccable. Susan & Steven are the best! My car looked better than the day I purchased it. Beautiful! I ended up using Bowen's after calling another auto shop prior and the next appointment was 3 months out! I was initially skeptical due to the small amount of reviews and overwhelmingly positive ones but it's all accurate. They got me in the day after I called and worked with my schedule for drop off.Customer service was great, they pretty much always answered the phone, and on the rare occasion they didn't, always returned the call. Used them for an insurance claim where I needed a rental car, and everything went as smoothly as possible. Quick turnaround as well. Would use again in the future.

I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars. The team at Bowen's Collision on Broad River Rd. was the best I've ever dealt with. Every other place that I called in the Columbia area was booked for months, but Bowen's was able to get me in for a quote the same day I called and they had my car in for repairs within days. They kept me informed the entire way and did a very thorough job on the repairs. Steven and Susan were so nice and professional and answered any questions I had and put my concerns at ease. Sometimes when dealing with car repairs and service, you worry that you're being overcharged or scammed. But Steven was so honest and practical, and took his time explaining everything, that I knew I was in great hands. Steven even took time out of his day to look at a few things wrong with our other car to help determine future repairs needed. Thank you so much to everyone! I hope I never need collision repair again, but if we do, I'll be sure to return.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Recommended to us by State Farm. They steered us right!! Every other collision place seemed to be backlogged and have a long wait before repair. Not Bowen s Collision. Estimate in half a day. Repair will be next working day. Very nice staff we felt well served.

Bowen s Collision got my car running again and looking like new in much less time than I was being quoted from other places around town. Dear bowens collision you replaced my radiator in a brand new car in fact but you did not put coolant in it and then on top that you stole my jewelry and my earbuds in my vehicle while it was under your care you have one week to read this or I will file a complaint to the manager and I will notify Jake from State Farm and you will loose your contract, and I m going to turn you in to the better business bureau do you understand bc if not something will happen?Sincerely ,Alayna Carlisle ((( Kayla bell )))
