I received excellent customer service at Bill's Tire and Lube. Bill and his wife were very nice and helpful. He replaced my 2 front tires at a great price (cheapest I found in Columbia). I was back on the road in under 3 hrs (he had to order and have the tires delivered). I will definitely return when I need more new tires. Thanks Bill!

We were visiting Columbia for the weekend and found a nail embedded in our tire. Went to Bill s to get it fixed based on the reviews he had. Bill was amazing, he s so kind and got our tire plugged quickly and didn t overcharge. Dynamic service from an amazing company! Go see Bill, you won t be disappointed!

If you are looking for good honest people who love their customers and love what they do, you found it. We were passing through the area on vacation and what I thought was a leaking tire was just a tire needing some air. They checked all the tires for us, added some air to a different tire and even replaced a missing valve cap then and sent us on our way. Thanks!

Absolutely loved this place, fixed me up with 4 great tires at excellent prices. The guys that run this shop are so respectful and honest. The only negative was the location isn't exactly a shopping center so the wait was a little boring for the kids, but then again if it were in a shopping strip, it probably wouldn't be so amazingly affordable

If you want great service and positive environment for your tire service this is the place to go. They are welcoming and nice and service get done quick. When I called to get pricing for my service they quoted one price and when I got my work completed it was that price that he quoted me from the beginning.
