I was referred to them from a former coworker and I was hesitant because I was new to the city and didn t know any trustworthy places. The first time I went I needed brakes and rotors..they fit me in and had my car finished with an hour. This second time I had my car towed because I thought I needed a new starter, turns out I only needed a battery and instead of pocketing the money like some places would ve, they didn t. They are nice, honest, trustworthy and quick. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this garage.

I m from Michigan and was heading back home when a wheel bearing quickly became noisy to the point where it was a safely concern. I pulled off the expressway and Googled auto repair near me . There were several choices but Big Dog was close so I called. The nice lady who answered said it would take a few hours to get a new bearing assembly delivered to their business as it was not in stock at their supplier but she would have me on the road by 5 pm. It was 1 pm now.I spoke to several of their mechanics while waiting and learned just what good honest people they were. They pulled some strings to get the part early and had me back on the road within 2 hours of my phone call. Considering they knew they would most likely never see me again, they truly went above and beyond to keep me on schedule so I could get back home.I am a retired automotive engineer and know cars well and they quality of work was top notch and quick and the cost for the repair was very fair! I can t say thank you enough!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Everything I needed to be done was done. I had my own part so I just paid labor. Decently priced. Quick service. Friendly and professional. Will most definitely be returning.

Came in and got my headlight replaced for my BMW x5 2006 decent price and fast service. Definitely will be going back. Was recommended by a co worker

Every person working at this place is absolutely amazing. My car broke down on a Friday afternoon right before 5:00 near the VA and they were there in no time and even gave me a ride. Thank you Charles and Ms. Lynn and everyone else.

My baby got hit in an accident & took it to him.. not only did get it done in a timely manner, but gave me my baby back looking immaculate!! He showed me everything replaced & was easy to stay in contact with through the whole process!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
