The best customer service! Needed a new battery this morning, and was running late. Stopped at a competitor, but they were too rude and too busy so I left. So glad I did! These gentlemen were pleasant, knowledgeable and quick. There were a number of people in the store, but I noted every one was quickly seen about. My new battery was in and I was on my way in about 15 minutes (and part of that was my own fault). I found my new favorite auto parts store today! Thanks, guys!

Alisha helped me during my time at Autozone. She was a delight to deal with and assisted in charging my battery and provided input in next steps to take for my car s problems. She made my visit easy and enjoyable and I would return for this reason.

The most sorriest customer service I ever experienced I order my part Wednesday the 23 I paid extra for my part can be delivered earlier never came didn t refund my money and pushed it back till Wednesday the 30. The worst company I ever did business with 1000 thumbs DOWN

I've always went to AutoZone in Florida. but visiting the one on main Street 3601 young lady was eating I told her what kind of car she told me my car had to have more than just a Kia Forte and then tell me im yelling and call for someone else to wait on me 5 minutes later I left. Called headquarters and didn't hear back from them. Went to Advance Auto was in and out same part in 3 minutes.

I visited the Main Street location today and received assistance from Briana. She was the only female there and went above and beyond to help me. It's such a gift to see a woman that's knowledgeable and courteous. She was helping each customer (although there were men available), not one offered to help me. Thank You! Give her a much needed raise!

I would like to commend the staff on their courteous and professional services. My sales rep helped me find what I need and walked to my car to make sure I had the right items to purchase. While out looking at my car, he noticed something else I need to replace immediately I wasn't aware of. He helped me get those parts and recommended a repair shop. Great job and superior service.

This AutoZone was staffed with extremely nice people. First, I came in for a light bulb for my rear tail light. The sweet lady working the register asked me if I made sure I got the right one. Spoilers, I didn't. I assured her I did and left. I came back an hour later begging if I could exchange it for the right one. They got me taken care of and I drove away with a brand new bulb in my tail light. Excellent customer service and well stocked store.

Had very pleasant experience. The young African American men who assisted me were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed because it is rare for me to get the type of face to face service in such an expeditious manner.

I went to this AutoZone last summer and the manager name Dwayne was very nice. Today the worker was unpleasant in the sense that I had to announce a few times that I was ready to check out. He yells for his manager whom was outside I eventually told him. He was enthused about assisting me. I plan to Never stop there ever again.

VERY HELPFUL staff! Extremely reassuring and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need at the time. Even though they're not the closest location, I'd rather travel to this spot than the one closest to my home. They treated me like family and it was much appreciated!

If I could give this store a zero I would. Management is horrible. I called in on a Thursday for an interview for the following Monday for 1pm. Dang near almost got cussed out by the manager telling me to be on time and what not. That manager was also being very rude when he asked me a question and I was trying to answer but kept on interrupting me. Monday comes and I get there early. The people said they never had an interview set up even though the manager set one up with me that last Thursday. Talking about we have to pull your application. That was already done and y'all forgot about my interview.
