Terrible customer service! The slander male employee with the gray beanie and thick glasses makes rude and snarky comments such as can you not just check on your own vehicle yourself , you can just do this online instead of here , why can t you do this yourself . Mind the vehicle is not with me and this is not my vehicle and all I m asking for is the oil type so I can do a simple oil change for someone else.Then had to ask for help from other employees. They were super friendly and helpful. Never had a negative experience at autozone before I work on people cars so I m a consistently there.

Id be paying the dealership an exorbitant amount of money right now if it weren't for Jay's (or Jae not sure of sp) help today. They were busy but this is my local auto store, thanks to Jae for taking the wheel to ensure I had the correct merchandise with the vehicle I own.A special thanks for taking extra time to replace license plate bulbs .He wanted to make sure I left safely and I really appreciated that!Jae you're a great addition to this location! Skinny tall guy with glasses is extremely rude to what I see is only the Hispanics in the store. I say this because he was rude to myself and another time with one of my Hispanic friends an another time with a female Hispanic cowork when we went in. And clearly friend to other customers of non-Hispanic descent.

The manager at this place is a nightmare. I don't know her name and I don't want to ever retain her name. She refuses to give customers any kind of help, according to her there are no in-store services at this location - according to her those services listed on AutoZone website were eliminated because bad customers. She is preventing the other employees to help customers as well. She needs to GO... ASAP.

I returned parts that I bought from them that weren t even made for my vehicle they sent the wrong parts over on 3/14/24 it is 3/22/24 and I still don t have my refund but he says it s been transferred I will no longer be attending this autozone they don t like to give your money back

Poor service. Ordered parts and was told they will be ready for pickup the next morning at 8.30 am. Went by at 10am and the order was not complete. Went by the next morning and the order was still not complete. I'm still waiting on parts. Next time I will go to O'Reilly's.

Worst possible customer service, belligerent employees, constant work drama while trying to buy parts, but hey, at least they're cheap right? I guess when you can manage to get a part you ordered. The guy named Marcus has absolutely no business working with the public. The manager Ella is truly the only hope this place has.

This was the worse autozone I ve ever been to. The staff there were lazy and I had little to no help. I needed a new battery for my car. Hell I needed a jump before I even got there. I had no assistance in changing out my battery, I asked them to check my alternator twice and they never came out to check. As a matter of fact the only time they came out was to smoke a cigarette while watching me struggle. I would advise just to go to the O Reily next door!

Today I received the best service from Archy. I went into the store filled with so many questions , he explained in great detail. I understood exactly what I needed to do. I didn t feel rushed as some tend to make you feel. He s such a great guy. I will recommend this location Thanks a lot.

This AutoZone was a life-saver! Literally. Nicest people ever working there! Especially Ela S, the store manager. She gave me a safe place to wait for AAA when my car overheated. She also gave me a great referral for a local mechanic. Could not be more grateful! 12/10 recommend.

I spent a great deal of time troubleshooting my car and trying to fix it while I was at the store, and the whole time Archie was ready and willing to help me through figuring out the issue! Extremely friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable about how to test for what the issue with my car was today. Highly recommended, thank you Archie!

Visited to find out what part was needed on our Taurus. The manager was kind & looked under the hood. He did not know the name of the part but researched it only to find out it wasn't a part they carried.. He went the extra mile to call us later after he found it on eBay and provided us the information. We're very appreciative of his hard work and extra time he spent with us.

Big thanks to Stephen who did an outstanding job helping me with my car. Not only was he knowledgeable and happy to help, but he made sure all other customers were taken care of. I came to the store at a busy time but somehow Stephen and his team stayed professional, timely and courteous the whole time. If all other AutoZone stores run like this one, I ll never go to a different auto store again. Thanks again Stephen!

I came in a week ago. I went to advanced auto parts first which was closer but had awful. Upon coming to AutoZone I was helped by a man named Clint who was very friendly and efficient in diagnosing the problem in my truck. Great work for 7pm. Thanks guys !

I enter into AutoZone. I was not Greeted, I later learned that the person that was working at one of the counter was a Commercial Manager. He did not recognize that I was at the register ready to check out. I ask if he can check me out, "he stated I am only 1 person." Poor customer service. I will NEVER GO BACK RACISM IS REAL

Friendly people, but when trying to exchange incorrect parts for the correct ones (with the receipt and parts still in the packaging) they were unable to complete the transaction.... we were told that they would have to refund us and then we purchase the correct parts (rather than exchange them straight out and have us pay the difference), but they were unable to complete the refund for the incorrect parts...... they said "it's a corporate problem and they can't do anything about it" and recommend us come back and try again (as if we don't have jobs, children and responsibilities and have all the time in the world to continue coming to the store to see if the issue is fixed bc they will not know unless we are in the store-We've been twice so far).. as of right now I have a vehicle that is taken apart, over $130 of incorrect parts, no idea when they can correct the issue, a job to report to, and 3 children that start school next week...... not happy about this!!!

I called ahead to see if they hax an item that I needed to buy. They picked up and then hung up. I went into the store without a single greeting from anyone working. I had to wait 5 minutes or so to be able to ask if they had that item I needed. The guy was u sure and told me to look around. I ended up finding it on my own. I only give 3 stars due to the fact that they had the item I needed and that I bought it as cheap as I did.

Manager Johnny was very nice, but other staff rude and not helpful. I did not have phone number for battery warranty replacement on 2 year old battery (my fault) but then would not let me use jump box because I didn't buy another one from them. Another customer thankfully helped me out. I drove to Advance and will not ever use this store again.
