Big thanks to the team at this store. They really helped me out. Great customer service above and beyond.They let me borrow a couple of basic tools to fix what I needed to get home safely. The help they gave me allowed me to rig up a temporary fix for my issue. They printed me out a sheet with the part I need on it so when I can afford to buy it I know exactly what I need.I have a store closer to me but I'm gonna drive the extra little bit to this one when I need something from now on.A+++

Purchased battery with 3 year warranty in 2023 for 09 SL63 AMG. Past issues with heat transfer receipts the rep assured us that our purchase would be in their computer under our new phone number. 1st month 2024 need a warranty replacement but store had no record of our transaction paid via bank card only months prior with military discount. Female manager looking at me dumbfounded so she entere our numbers old and new then stated that she only could use as a core charge. Battery date clearly marked on side of the battery and unique vehicle I arrived in to purchase should have been memorable. I use to work for Autozone years before becoming a medical provider and our motto was WITTDJR (whatever it takes to do the job right). Bank records search will prove purchase but meanwhile one important vehicle is down until then.

Customer service has been dead and they definitely aren t reviving it. Spent 30 min searching for a part. When I asked for help I was told that my eyes were better than thiers. Used self checkout with no assistance. No goodbye from employees upon exit.

Had to warranty my battery tonight and had some issues getting it done at a different store so my mechanic called up Nathan and had me go to this store. Nathan was calm, cool, and collected while being talked to by about 4 different people about different things at the same time, but he kept his focus on me and reiterated to the others I ll be with you soon, I m with a customer right now. It definitely made me feel like my situation mattered to him, which was nice. Nathan got me all taken care of with a replacement battery and he cleaned my terminals for me. The added advice he gave me on keeping my terminals clean or getting them replaced was very much appreciated too!

They honored my warranty on my Trac bar on my truck and also I got to fix in the parking lot, with loner tools and I had to put a deposit on all of it though to be able to fix there I'm very happy about it and the one in Vinton Virginia on gus nicks Blvd did the same I'm so glad it help me fix my truck that wS in need of repairs to keep me on the road

Took a return part to auto zone they couldn't find the return part in there system where I purchased it but had the core return listed and they didn't know how to handle it this fire leaving me with a $120 defected part that I have no use for....Auto zone get it together

Was treated like I was a thief when I was looking at paint.Woukd not shop there if everything was a dollar after an employee there had an attitude that was inappropriate.

Jose P had the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was so sweet and knew exactly what I needed for my car. Very knowledgeable of his auto parts/cars. He is genuinely just a kind human being. Someone give this man a raise, he is deserving of it! I will only come to this Auto Zone from here on out. Thank you so much Jose!

Great selection and good customer service. I get a lot of paint and primer from here, and they have a good selection. It is a bit more pricey than other places tho.

On my way home to Irmo from work out on Garners Ferry Rd through downtown to 26, my alternator decided to quit on my 05 Lesabre Custom. I made it, barely, to the Sportsmans parking lot on Piney Grove and called a friend to come get me. We decided to see if we could go ahead a get an alternator but it was right at 9pm and everything was closed except for the Auto Zone on Bush River Rd, which is open until 10pm. I called to see if they had one and we headed to go get it. I didn't get the guy''s name and it's not on my receipt, but he was very personal and gave excellent customer service. I appreciate the full attention he gave while I had other questions being that it was time for them to close. Unlike so many other places at closing, he didn't rush me and was just very genuine. Again, I didn't catch his name but I hope he somehow knows how much I appreciated him.

Very friendly staff. Joshua and the super duper lady with the glasses, she is the best. I definitely will go back to this store. Also I'm from Connecticut so it was good I got my parts with no problem...

The employees at this store went above and beyond for my family on 7/4/2023, specifically Mr Michael Livingston. We were traveling through the area with very limited resources and he was kind enough to help us with tools, his time and resources. He assisted us for 3 hours in the sweltering heat until our vehicle was up and running.Not only did he represent AutoZone as a company and make me a life long customer, he is also an exemplary human being that deserves recognition.Thank you AutoZone and thank you again Mr Livingston. Went on line to Autozone app to see pricing. The price was $109.98. For rear springs. Other online places were $79, to $90. Shipping was extra. I thought $109+ was okay. NO. GET TO HUB $139.99 + TAX.

I came into auto zone feeling an idiot because I know nothing about cars. Already with attitude I approached the register and that's when my life change in an instance. The young person behind the counter greet me with such a big smile, I melted on the inside. Unbeknownst to the gentleman I had a rough day and was just looking/waiting for someone to agitate me enough to go off.DANIEL AT AUTOZONE BUSH RIVER LOCATION IS SIMPLY AWESOME!!!!!!!!He is very helpful and knowledgeable and loves to engage the customer in the conversation. I can only say now I know how to not only pick out my bulbs for headlights/taillight......I also know how to put them in my car!!!!!!!!THANK YOU DANIEL SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY DAY!!!!!!!!!

I went to get a replacement brake light after calling to check if it was possible to have someone help install it. I was told sometimes but it depends on the car. I assumed my 2002 Buick LeSabre would be okay but when I was paying for it, I asked the man if it was possible to have someone help install it outside on my car. He said that s not something we re required to do and said he wasn t going to help. He didn t even ask what car I drive so I guessed that they just never help people. When I m walking out to my car, I see two other people working there helping two other customers in the parking lot so I guess some customers aren t as valued as other ones. I will not be returning here.

Came into the store because of a big mix up with the Auto zone in Orangeburg to get a return. Thw manager Ashleigh Alston was the person helping me when I cane in. She was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and help me resolve the issue I was having with upmost respect and understanding. I will ONLY be using this AUTO ZONE moving forward. Thank you so much Asheleigh for your help and AWESOME customer service.

I walked in the store and NOBODY SPOKE. It was at least 6 workers in the store. I saw 4 customers including myself and 2 were getting help. I stood in the store for about 5 mins and still no one spoke or asked if I needed anything. I left and went to the one on St. Andrews road and had a very great experience. I will NEVER go back to the bush river rd location.

Store Manager Ashleigh was amazing. I came in just to buy a new high beam light bulb and she not only helped me find the right one, but offered to replace it for me. This was a huge help, because it has been tough in the past to change them since my hands are big. Plus, I was on the way to work and had a full suit on. To change it meant a lot of knuckle busting and probably sweating since it was a warm 75 degrees out. She was so kind and helpful and I wanted to take time to thank her. I rarely ever walk away this impressed with customer service and its even more rare for me to leave any type of review, either good or bad. Great job, Ashleigh!

This store handles both consumers and commercial customers. The difference at this store versus some others is the staff. They hussle and great you with a smile. Well stocked for the casual auto enthusiasts and professional mechanics.

Today at 9:45 we tried to get my engine light checked. The worker said he would not come out in the rain to do it. It was BARELY drizzling and the car was parked right next to the building. We asked to do it ourselves and he said no. Terrible customer service.

Employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Stores well organized and all employees are wearing masks and saw them actively cleaning. Also since it's the hub they have pretty much everything you're looking for

purchased ad starter took back 2 times first time told to take try again which i did and not easy job on type vechical. topk second time manager on duty would not check told me to bring back next day. would not even enter in computer so could have it documented. went advanced got a good starter put on and worked 1st time wish i would have done that the first time because they where so helpful and showed custermers respect at advanced auto.
