I recently had the pleasure of visiting AutoNation Hyundai of Columbia, SC for a service appointment, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. My husband and I both took our Hyundai s in for recalls and he also had an oil change and tire rotation. Both vehicles were fine when they went in and both came out with problems. My engine coolant housing was cracked and they never put oil back in his car. Both problems could have ruined our cars. Of course they took no fault. I will NEVER take my car here again and I will tell everyone I know to do the same.

Please communicate how long a service will be to better allow planning. I showed up for a morning appointment to get my vehicle serviced due to a recall campaign. There was no communication on how long this service will take until I showed up to check my vehicle in. I was told that it would be at least a 24 hour turn around to get my vehicle serviced and returned. Since there was no shuttle service, I had to reschedule the appointment so that I could plan for transportation.

First, scheduling was very accommodating, from service issues to oil change. Holly and Michelle were so nice and very professional. They answered any questions I had as well as kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle in service. When I needed an adjustment to the work that was done, they were very helpful and made the adjustments for me. Thanks to the service people as well.

Warm greetings from the staff. Clean waiting room. Took care of my requests and included the recall work that I had forgotten to mention. Always love the service, the friendly staff, and the free beverages. I will continue to have Autonation service my vehicle. Thank you for being a customer oriented company.

The reason I am giving you a 3 stars is because.On my previous oils change the Repear service left the oil cap loose and the oil was leaking, so after I am in my long distance home 20 miles, I needed to go back and this is unnanceptable .This time I ask for the tire light warning to be turn off, however when the service was done the representative said to me just drive that the light will go off, I drove 15 miles and the light never went off, so I have to go back.Again I have been your costumer for many years and every season the light will appear and when I come for service they will turn off and make sure is off before I leave. One lady was playing with my settings and I have to tell her no, it have to be put on the computer to turn of.My inside carpet was clean and returned dirty.Please what is going on with the employees that they are doing a lower maintenance job.

Had a great recent visit to get my 2023 Santa Fe checked out due to a warning light. Thankfully, it wasn't a big issue to fix. I was able to get a loaner car which was super helpful. Staff were very nice and answered all my questions (I tend to have a lot).

Had several extensive repairs and maintenance to do on my car. They were able to complete everything, and only missed a minor repair, which could have been a miscommunication on my part, but they also completed that, free of charge. The agent assigned to me and my car was simply amazing and we were able to find a way to complete all my repairs, and stretch out the payments. I will always take my car to Hyundai to get maintenance or repairs.

Overall it was a great service. The center itself was clean and organized. They also have a fancy coffee maker that made the perfect cup of coffee. It took a little over an hour for the service to be complete, but with the free WiFi and coffee, I was all set. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable!

Had a great experience working with Tylor Shealy. Very helpful and kind.I bought a jeep grand cherokee here. Contacted them on Sunday, was able to test drive on Monday and bought the vehicle on tuesday. I never felt pressured while I was there to buy and they worked with me to give me the best value for my trade in. Highly recommend their services.

I need to subtract stars from this place. First off it has an F rating with BBB. They are a disgrace to Hyundai.We are loyal Hyundai owners, we are on our 4th, we have 2 now.Problem started with the start/stop feature in Oct 2023, car was there for a week, very little communication from the service department. Finally they said it was fixed. Picked it up, it was not fixed. Dropped it off again on Oct 30, they had it until Nov 3. again, not fixed (car is under warranty). Dropped it off on Nov 8, this time I asked for and got a loaner. Right before Thanksgiving, I again called again to check on my car as no one ever calls you back. I finally told the guy who answers the phone to get out of his chair and hand the phone to the service mgr since they do not call back. He informed me that he is in a call center in Fla. (This dealership is in SC) I then called the number and pressed 1 for sales, I got right through to the sales dept, I asked the salesman to please get up and hand the phone tomthe service manager. Randal the service manager got on the phone and proceeded to tell me that first I should be GRATEFUL that I even got a loaner. Then he said that if I was unhappy that I should come and get my car and take it elsewhere. He told me NOT TO BOTHER HIM. He then said that it was almost time for him to go home and he was going to be with his family and then hung up on me. This was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, he has no business being in any type of customer service position. I had been sent a couple of texts from a service person telling me that they do not know what is wrong but they are working on it. I opened a case with the national Hyundai customer service dept and have been getting at least a little communication from them. FINALLY on Dec 21 they called to say the car was done. They say that the feature doesn't work when the car is cold......We did sit down with the GM and expained what had happened, he of course was appologetic as he had a couple of unhappy people in front of him. Do NOT bother to call the number that they give you to contact the GM, when they respond to your review as they will not call you back. The response that they give you saying how sorry they are that you had a bad experience means nothing at all, just lip service, they could care less. Our service dept in AZ was an absolute delight, they did everything to make you feel like a valued customer. This place is nothing but a mess.

Hyundai refused the fix thr oxidation on the top of my car even it is still under warranty. Will never go back there again. As a matter of fact they told me to seek service at a another dealership. Very poor customer service. Instead of resolving the issue they would rather get rid of me and I ha e an extensive servo record with Autonation.

Im trying to make an appointment for a Saturday for oil change and back up cam not working. Was told I am unable to drop car off and wait for it on a Saturday . Manager was suppose to call me back last week have not received a call yet. I live about 40miles in another city in SC.i am truly not understanding why i cant wait for my car on a Saturday and cant understand why its a problem to get a call back in regards to this issue. This is in regards to Autonation Hyundai in Columbia. I do not have the resources to drop my car off and come back later to pick it up

The service was good. The three year basic maintenance was misleading. It is capped at 4 oil changes and not 3 years/36k miles, which is deceptive. Please be honest with these promotions in the future.

Had to have a tire replaced due to road damage and appointment was made same day as damage and upon arrival was greeted courteously and the work was done in less than an hour and I was back on the road. Awesome service!

I've been to dealerships in Alabama and Kentucky, and now yours. They always asked if I wanted additional items and gave me the option to accept or decline. Your facility added a fuel system additive without asking for my input. My last service had a full fuel system performed. Up sales I get, without customer input, I don't.

Warning! Don t waste your time. They over price. I have a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Took it in to repair driver side window. They end up charging for a diagnostic fee worth $300 and didn t fix the problem nor put the window up. On top of that noted that I needed to replace water pump right away.I went to 2 other service place until I found one that service my car and said that my water-pump was not the issue. Overall i got window, AC recharge and coolant fixed for 1,000 compare to the $4k they was pricing me.

Was a little upset with the lack of communication I Had with (THe service manager) Jack I got my car towed to Hyundai for a recall service I asked Him if tHey needed my info He was sHort with me and kinda cut me off and said they had it . Well they didn't have it my car was done for a week and I had no clue bc they didnt have the correct information for me that was a bummer bc I was waiting for my car .. Eli in parts WAS AMAZING HE HANDLED EVERYTHING PROFESSIONALLY TOOK CARE OF ME AND MADE SURE I HAD ALL THE INFO I NEEDED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANKS HYUNDAI FOR FIXING MY CAR YOU GUYS WERE EXTREMELY FAST! ALL IN ALL MY SERVICE WAS GOOD!

Call center directed me to bring my vehicle in after a certain time to have a technician address my issue. When I arrived, I was told that there was no one working that day that could address my issue, and any non-basic service issue would take 5 to 7 business days.Everyone I spoke with was very polite, but these miscommunications waste time and are preventable.

I was treated very good. I got waited on as a I got there and they told me what they was going to do and the waiting room I was in was nice and cleaned. Most of all I didn't have to wait to long and I was going back home. It was very good service.

Went here for an oil change, they only put in half the amount of oil, did not double check the oil level, and let me drive off this way.If they cannot handle a simple oil change, I would not trust them with anything else more complicated.

I just moved here from Texas, and I was happy to see that the transition from Killeen hyundai to Auto nation hyundai was smooth. From making the appointment until arrival. I was taken care of well. The waiting area was comfortable and had a good variety of snacks and drinks. I'll choose this place for future service needs.
