I regret to inform you that my experience with Auto Glass has left me dissatisfied. The appointment was scheduled for January 23rd, however, the technician did not arrive until January 24th. Although they arrived at 12:10 pm, they left just 14 minutes later without replacing the glass. The reason given was that the weather conditions were unfavorable, despite the fact that I had already spent almost two and a half hours waiting for them to arrive. I strongly suspect that they lacked the correct materials for the job, which is why they used the inclement weather as an excuse.They rescheduled my appointment for a week later, and while they eventually replaced the glass, the same day I received a call from them informing me that they had accidentally broken the glass on my driver's panel. Furthermore, the panel is now uneven, and there is also damage to the plastic panel on the exterior of the car, which was not mentioned to me. It is now February 4th, almost a week later, and the damages caused by Auto Glass have yet to be resolved.In summary, Auto Glass has not only failed to keep their scheduled appointments, but they have also caused more damage to my vehicle than the initial crack in the glass. Such negligence and unprofessionalism are unacceptable, and I hope that this matter will be addressed promptly to avoid further inconvenience.

Overall the glass replacement on our Tesla Model Y went well. No problems with the glass thus far. Unfortunately with this being the guys first Tesla replacement, they didn t reconnect all the wires properly so we re having to call Tesla to send out a technician to figure out what s wrong with our GPS system. Ideally like to see the inside on the windshield cleaned before turning it over but I ll deal with that.Service: Auto side window replacement

I strongly recommend Auto Glass Now . From the front desk personnel which was Ferdinando and the technician specialist. These guys delivered amazing customer service! As well as excellent professionalism! While they're other competitors by far these guys make sure I was good from start to finish! Job well done!

I am so happy to get to this shop. Many people don t know how many steps are involved improperly replacing a windshield and calibrating it to ensure all your safety systems work properly. It s important to find a professional local company that knows how to not only replace a windshield, but to calibrate the cameras and sensors properly Auto glass now is the only people I would trust to do this, the national companies have no idea how to do it. Thank you guys! Great job!!!

Went there with an 8:30 am appt only to find out the call center never saved it . Was able to finally get a windshield chip repaired after a bit. Came out to see subpar repair. Finally got the work done but quality of the repair was barely done satisfactory.Why you may ask? My vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke. Maybe the repair attendant smoked prior to repair and it was carry over. Surprisingly not so. As I hit the road a circle K lighter slid down my windshield. With another pick like too. They left it on top of the roof of the car.I wouldn t recommend AGN.

First I want to say it was my pleasure to have Auto Glass Now fixed my car window. I went in for a quote came out paying zero dollars. The man at the front desk informed me that most full coverage insurance pays for your glass in your car. My appointment was at 9 AM and they were finished at 9:20 my glass looks just like new. Thank you AUTO GLASS NOW you have a customer for life with this kind of fast, friendly, and informative customer service.

I called for a qoute and the gentlemen helping was very nice and courteous. Price was the best I found. Took my car in and had rear window replaced. They did a great job. I would recommend them amd I would use them again.

The technician arrived within the provided timeframe. He called and was very professional. My only disappointment was that my front passenger visor was disconnected and placed on the floor of my Jeep, I would've loved that communication from the technician of the mistake.

Best prices hands down they beat safelight by $350 was in & out within an hour replacing my windshield in my 2016 Mercedes GLA 250.

When no one else could get it done they came same day and got it done!!!! I was so happy because I didn t want to go over night without a window. I had called multiple places and not one could get me in before Tuesday (5 days away). Not only did they come same day but this gentleman Jason was my tech. He did his job diligently with plenty of care and effort. He was very nice and kind with a really positive attitude. He vacuumed all the glass and even vacuumed my 3 year old s car seat because he didn t want anyone getting hurt. My window looked great and I felt cared for and important. Helpful staff that bridged my insurance company on the phone to make it a seamless process. Friendly installer who met me at work and knew what he was doing. Had the job finished in 15 minutes! This was my first time going to Auto Glass. For the most part the service was great, the two men that was there was very kind n nice, they showed me great hospitality, the man behind the countertop was funny n had me laughing, so i enjoy being entertained while waiting on my window to get fix. I gave 4 stars because I brought the regulator which coat $64, I didn't agree with having to pay 150 for less then an half hour job but I needed my window fix, not complaining, just my opinion, n plus most all the windows shop charge 150 except glass doctor they charge 139 which still a little to much. But overall Auto Glass hospitality n great service make it worth spending the money so am happy. Thank you Auto Glass!
