Went to Andrews because of the check engine light and vibrating issue. Matt is absolutely knowledgeable. And he explains very clearly. Would recommend this place!

This place is the only place I use in Columbia. Matt Riley is extremely professional and they are prompt in their service and actually care about their customers. I m an out of state parent with a kid in college that unfortunately does not have a very trustworthy vehicle. My husband Oscar Cleveland took his car there for sputtering on Monday. By Wednesday the car had been diagnosed and fixed! Honest people with reasonable prices. Very professional and knowledgeable. We have been using Andrew's Auto for the past few years and they always deliver and has never let us down. They come highly recommended. 3 weeks later took my granddaughters car to Andrew's Auto due to her car running rough, shutting off and shaking. Once again they exceeded our expectations. The real problem was diagnosed and repaired within 24 hours! Again, honest people with reasonable prices and extended knowledge. No more dealerships for us.

My USC student's car broke would not start the day we were scheduled to drive back to PA. Reading the Google reviews we picked Andrew's. They lived up to the reviews. Matt was awesome. I was in PA and he communicated with my through the whole process. Very fair pricing and let me leave the car on the lot until I could find transportation. I would actually give a HIGH "10" !!! To ANDREWS AUTO... This was the most HONEST and DEDICATED Auto repair that I have EVER worked with.... was given incorrect info abt the repairs needed at "dealership" in Charleston after is took ONE WEEK to replace my lost key !!...Andrew's did same work requested minus 2 break pads THAT WERE NOT NEEDED AT THIS TIME....that the dealership in Charleston said would be 5x higher ll will be reviewing THEM asap.... buyer beware on the MAJOR AND ONLY dealership for my car in Charleston.

I can't go on about these guyenough. I truly trust them. Never have to worry about getting hustled.I came a year ago for a blown engine. They did hours of diagnosis but knowing I had to go to dealership right after did not charge me. Wow! Mechanic's with a heart!Year later I sent a friend in and they replaced water pump at very fair price. A week after my coolant leak was diagnosed and fixed in 24 hours. They are punctual and do what they say they will when they say it.Truly Love this shop. I don't go anywhere else!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brian and his team at Andrews Auto Service are wonderful! My alternator died on a Monday afternoon and Andrews had it fixed and ready for me to pick up the following day at noon. I was amazed with the quality and efficiency of the auto services provided by Andrews. I also believe that I was charged a fair and honest price. I would highly recommend Andrews Auto Service!

I have been taking my cars to Andrew's Auto for almost 15 years. Each time the manufacturer's warranty runs out on my car, I call Andrew's Auto. I have never been disappointed with their service. They have always treated me with respect and they have an integrity that I have not found anywhere else. They are honest about what they find wrong with my cars and have always done their best to get the job done efficiently and their prices are reasonable. I refer anyone who is looking for reputable car mechanics to Andrew's Auto.

Andrews is awesome. I ve gone there dozens of times. Great work, very fair prices, and trustworthy. If a repair doesn t need to be made, they ll just tell you that. Unlike most places that lie and cheat and charge you for repairs they didn t even make, Andrews is an old fashioned honest repair shop. Highly recommend.

This place is GREAT. I was worried my coolant was leaking because the reservoir kept running very low after filling it. Initially brought my car to Midas where they stated they did a pressure test, found a leak and my water pump/thermostat needed to be replaced for a grand total of $650 (which had just been done 30K miles ago...). Got a second opinion at Andrews, and not only did the mechanic explain all the diagnostic testing he performed, but he showed me on my car how to check coolant in the reservoir and at the radiator. No work needed to be done, my car is fine, and they didn't charge me for the second opinion. It's always hard to find a mechanic you can trust and who is honest and willing to take the time to explain/show things to you, but you will certainly find that here! Wish I could give them more than five stars!

Stopped in today because my check engine light was on. I was greeted and helped by a very knowledgeable and friendly man. He was able to quickly diagnose and address the problem with my car. Friendly, honest service. They have experienced technicians that can tackle any problem. I have been taking my vehicles to them for the last couple years, and have been impressed each time. They seem to have a pretty quick turn around time on the issues I have encountered. I recommend them to anyone looking for service.

The best automotive repair you'll find in the Columbia area. My Subaru needed a 36,000 mile service. The local dealer quoted $750. I made a list of the service tasks/inspections from the owner's manual and asked Andrews to do the work. I saved more than $500 and didn't have to deal with the rude and unresponsive people at the local dealer.Andrews has maintained my other vehicles for more than 20 years and I've never had any type of issue. Many thanks to Matt, Brian and their troops!

I've always held services that I have no knowledge of with a certain distrust. Not so with Andrew's Auto. I have finally found my repair shop. Trustworthy. Honest. Reasonable. And explains repairs in layman's terms. I'll be recommending them to all my friends. Andrew's- you've just made a fan out of me.

Great service and with integrity! The mechanic helped me a lot with my check engine light and didn t even charge for the diagnostic test because it would be a warranty repair. He was great. Will be coming back!

I ve taken four cars to them and they re always able to take care of them. The turn around time is better than anywhere else I ve used. Always friendly and respectful. I hope I don t have anymore problems but if I do I ll be going back to them

I took my vehicle there got a quotes was fine withthen I got a phone call when my vehicle was ready with another quote that was cheaper than the first quote. The service was done in a timely matterwhen I was told it would have to stay overnight it was done the same day love the service recommend it 100 x 100% thanks Brian

Matt Riley and his staff are the consummate professionals and extremely customer service oriented. They provide excellent service, do great work at an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend them; you won't be disappointed.

ID'd, and fixed (including a replacement part!) a problem VW dealership couldn't solve in two tries, and several days (and assuredly for a lot less $$). Extremely fast, no nonsense work! They will get all my future car work, no doubt.

Car wouldn't start. Had it towed there. As soon as they could get to it, it was diagnosed and fixed for a fair price. No BS. Would go again.

rude guy. I just want to make sure if I need to pay for dignosis fee again if i already checked in the other shop. they just don't want to talk me anymore and said don't call them anymore.... How rude are these guys!!!
