Highly Recommend: Glenn(owner) spent many hours on an electrical problem on my wife's 2011 Lexus. He called in a friend of his who worked with Toyato who when inside to 'program' the modules. Glenn did NOT Charge me, due to the fact he did NOT know if it would work or not. I offered multiple times to give him something for his time, he denied. Most if not mechanics would charge you for their time, minimum.What I am giving him is MY Business going forward. Honest, dependable, & has a very good knowledge of foreign cars.Chris

Been going off and on for about 2 years now. Glenn has been fair on pricing and diagnostics and the work quality has been top notch. Good shop with good people. Highly recommend.

Best shop I have ever dealt with has always taken care of mine and my company's vehicle even when given short notice. Will not let anybody else work on anything I own

My mother-in-law broke down in Columbia and had to have her vehicle towed. Tow truck driver recommended this shop. They were able to diagnose several issues. They made the repair that she could afford. They REALLY worked with us while I made arrangements to have it towed back to SE Georgia. Highly recommend this shop. Everyone was very helpful and nice. My front passenger tire started unraveling on the Interstate on my way to work this morning. I know auto repair shops stay busy so I wasn't optimistic about having my tire changed at such short notice and I especially wasn't optimistic about the price tag. Not only was Mr. Glenn able to get me in first thing this morning, but he had my car ready to go with a full new set of tires before the end of the day. I was nervous about the price but Mr. Glenn was incredibly reasonable and I genuinely don't think I could've found a better deal in the Midlands. I saw another review mention that Mr. Glenn walks you through how to treat your vehicle as a sort of preventative maintenance, and he did just that for me! All while being so kind and understanding. I didn't have a regular car repair shop before but Mr. Glenn's made a repeat customer out of me. THANK YOU, AFH Automotive!Service: Tires

After hitting a large object in the roadway, I wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive. When a friend from church recommended this auto shop, I was able to get in and share my concern. The shop owner himself, who also attends our church, was able to check my car and found just one minor issue. He easily fixed it and got me back on the road. I'm so appreciative of the honest service I received!! I'll definitely be back for all of my auto repair needs and will be sending others here too.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Glen was referred to me by another Mobile Mechanic , Glen from the "The Auto Doc" who also seemed to know what my problem was but was honest and told me i really needed to take my truck to a shop because the repair was going to be extensive. I had a serious brake issue and i was under pressure to get it fixed as i was only in town for a few days and i did not have enough medication , clothes etc. to go any longer and i use my truck as a hauler. When i called S & S and talked to Glens wife and told her my story, she said , bring it in as soon as you can. When i dropped off my truck and talked to Glen from S & S he said the same thing was wrong that "The Auto Doc" said and said and he could repair it for me asap due to my circumstances. And because i was stranded in the area with no family or aquaintances yet as i had just moved to the area, they even provided transportation back and forth from their shop to my new home.Glen fixed my truck and it was exactly the problem he diagnosed after hearing my story! I cannot say enough good things about all these Great People in this review. BOTH GLEN AND HIS WIFE WERE SYMPATHETIC TO MY NEED'S AND GLEN IS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE !!!I would recommend this shop to everyone! And a shout out to Attorney Smokey Brown who did a magnificent job on my closing and recommended these fine people to me!It's Good to know there are still PEOPLE in this world and not just businesses.THANK YOU ALL !!!Service: Brakes

I will not take my cars any place else. I have 5 cars in my family, and all the work done to them for the past 10 years have been done here. These people are truly honest and extremely professional. They do the work that is necessary, don't push for unnecessary work, and give you options.

Car dealership quoted us a $1700 repair on a 15 year old car our teenager was using. Paul said he could try a $14 fix that, if it worked, it would be permanent. The $14 repair worked and the car has worked beautifully now for 2 years.

Caveat Emptor! I was charged $90 more than the price that I was quoted on site after assessment and confirmation of my diagnosis. So I ended up paying $383.91 for an oil change, pads and turning (not replacement) of rotors on rear axle only!

Thanks to this place for trying to help me .Covid has took a lot of my savings and I was sent to Glen at S&S ..He was professional from start to finish.He told me my issue and just like he said I needed a engine repair.Because my car had warranty and recall on engine I didn t have to have them repair my engine.I would trust that would have been trustworthy and did the job at a costly amount.I thank them for helping me figure out the problem..Service: Auto engine diagnostic
