I have trouble for weeks with my car and it has sat at Hyundai for repairs a total of 13 days with a large bill. Friday, 03/25/2024 I was at a shopping center and could not start my car. I called Hyundai and they could not help or know what was wrong.AAA thought it was battery problems and sent me to Advance on Devine Street. The assistant manager Luke Adams checked the battery and installed it in a short time. The car is running is smoothly now and I feel much more secure. He was very helpful and polite. Hyundai has not called to see if I was taken care of. I am very pleased with the service from your store and Luke.Thank you.

This store needs a total transformation the employees were sitting down doing nothing. Were disappointed no service I needed my battery check no one came to assist me at all. Everyone in that store needs to be fired, store needs to be cleaned up and cleaned out. Very disappointed.

I bought a starter here bc I was told my vehicle needed a new one, took the starter to Jimmy Clark at Clarks Auto Clinic where I was told I didn't need a starter so I returned it to Advance Auto Parts and they gave me a full refund without any hassel. Gladly recommend doing business here.

Great experience today getting my battery problems diagnosed and a new battery installed. Side terminal batteries are a real pain, but they got it figured out with a smile on their face. Great customer service!

Only 3 stars bc the critical socket i needed was the only one not in stock. But...the gentleman that helped me did everything he could to look for it, even looking thru the rental kits. And then kindly told me where the sister store was and even a competitor, O'Reillys. Who in fact had it, but then upon my return I realized I actually had the E20 socket. F it ill give em 5 stars

Excellent job at diagnosing my car power system issue, and did not try to sell me a battery I did not need. Tested my battery, advised me it was the alternator, told me what I needed to do to preserve power, and to get the car to a shop for repair. Great reliable truthful help here every time.

Employees are incredibly slow and they are already running a skeleton crew. Selection suffers as well. Oreillys is much better and faster

Manager isn't interested in helping you unless you are a regular customer that spends a lot of money. Literally will not even greet you if you are just stopping in for some basic items. Even worse is the employee Lynn. Just as disinterested and bordering on rude. Only give it two stars because of the convenient location and I generally like Advanced Auto as a company.

Almost always has just what I need for my vehicle. A Go-To for sure. I have the app, so if they don't haven't in store I can always order it and have it delivered.

The store manager was very nice and helpful. I ordered a another part under my mechanic account and it wasn't in stock, so the manager made a special purchase to help expedite it. Thank you so much for showing what great customer service is and helping people in your community.

Use to be a great store for parts. Now for some reason they simply tell you straight out. Go to our competitors our prices really suck here. WHAT HAPPENED?

Battery died. Employee Kirk came in and installed a new one with warranty and gave me an engine check. He was kind enough to install it within 14 minutes, just enough time for me to get back to work. Nice people willing to help if you let them here. Great selection of batteries! Thanks Kirk!

The young lady at counter Clarissa was a great help and was very patient. In the customer service field at great employee makes the difference!!! I honestly thought she was the store manager based off her knowledge!!

Jarvis was super helpful with helping me get a replacement battery. Sold me the Die Hard Gold, and installed it for me in all of about 10 minutes. Great experience!

This is a good store. The employees don't fall over each other to help you (which would be five stars), but they generally have a good attitude and take care of me. I can't say the same for some of the other auto parts stores in the area.

Kirk was fantastic. He fixed my car and got me back on the road in record time. Not once did he complain about swapping out my battery in the 90 degree heat. You the man kirk!

Went in to get oil for my chevy equinox and I asked if they could see what was going on with the engine light and using so much oil. The employee said we don t do that then sold me the oil and never asked if he could help me put it in. I was the only customer in the store at 7:30 am.

Super kind staff. Always let me borrow tools to fix things in the parking lot. They are also very good at letting you do your thing and helping when needed, which as a women is very welcome.

Waited in line forever to buy a part. There were plenty of people working but just one guy was a cashier I guess. The next day I brought my core back for a refund and waited in line all over again. I won't be back if I can help it

This is my auto parts store. They're prices are competitive, the staff is knowable and they keep a good stock of parts. Being a chain store they can get parts from other nearby stores same day.I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they will try to up sell you.

After spending 45 minutes in the store while the Three Stooges found my parts. I ended up needing to take my car to the local dealership to correct the issue. Although the receipt from the dealership clearly states CUSTOMER GIVEN INCORRECT PARTS, Advanced Auto denied my claim for reimbursement of the labor, despite the evidence. They insist the parts were right, and that the very reputable dealership was lying and trying to scam out of my money. The reality is, Advanced Auto Parts labor claims effect managements bonus checks, so they are looking for anyone to blame but themselves. It couldn't possibly that a simple error was made, no ma'am. Not only will I never again visit an Advanced Auto, but I am enlisting the dealership to assist in getting a refund. I am quite certain they don't like being called liars and fools.

This store never has inventory in stock as stated online. Why bother shopping here if you can't get what you order? I think I'll avoid this location.
