Excellent service. No wait. Needed a new battery in family member's car. The employee didn't hesitate when asked if they could install and had it done in 5 minutes. He refused a tip but gave him one anyway. This was after I went to AutoZone down the street and they gave me some lame excuse about why they couldn't do it. Know where I'll be going from now on.

Des provided top notch customer service at the Garners Ferry Road location. We were looking for some hard to find exhaust flex pipe. Des went the extra mile, got what we needed, and made our day. Thank you!!!

This store manager is very unprofessional. My husband trying to return a pack of headlight bulb for our altima because they wouldn't fit was told by the manager he couldn't except them back because the pack was to damage .Please explain to me when a store stop taking there product back because it been open when it don't fit but tape back up.. I am not a racist person but when our color get a little position they let it go to there head and don't know how to act.I just want that manager to know my husband and I didn't have a problem with returning them to the Advance Auto Parts on Devine Street where there customer service is is more professional. I will be taking my business to Devine Street from now on. I wish I can give them a zero.

Last time i was here six years and it was the same experience. Two reps on duty and neither one said hello or can i help you. Yesterday a darker gentleman with dreads and glasses was much more polite and helpful. Come back today, 3/11, hoping he was hear and its a different guy and the same women from yesterday, who didnt speak or ask if i needed help and it was the same tonight. Unless you to talk to them they don't see you. I took my money to O'Reillys

One of your managers came to visit my husband's store...now old store in Elgin on Two Notch Road. The slick comments your manager made in that store once my husband left was absolutely 100% uncalled for and unprofessional. Dont call yourself a member of management when you make comments and slick remarks when that person isn't there to defend themselves. Advance is a clich� company.

Even on the off chance that you come to the store when they are not busy you will still be waiting. There is literally one other customer in the store and I have been waiting 15 minutes... multiple employees have passed by without so much as a how can I help you...then when they do finally get to me they tell me the equipment to test the battery isn't working.

Seems like they are always to busy to actually help the customer. I usually order online and pick up my order. The last I brought wipers they was to busy to even come out and install them. Luckily I grew up with my brothers so a lot of work I can do myself; still it s part of their job.

The people working today were very nice. Got a diagnostic test done. Can't recall the name but the guy was very nice with everyone and replaced my windshield wipers quickly and my battery. Didn't seem like no more than 15 minutes. I am very pleased it got done fast!

Very good service at this location 7613 Garners Ferry Road. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and met our needs. The Advance Auto location at Fort Jackson blvd/garners ferry/devine street did not offer the same good service and my family has used them for years. They also quoted the price higher than the store that helped us.

No help. Not willing to help, and wants to send business else where. 1st. I came in asking for a diagnostics test. I was told " we don't offer that." Okay cool. 2. When asked if he could look at something I was told he had "too many customers. "There was a group of 4 in a car that came as one. Then we walked in, and after I had asked for help a single guy came in after us. How do you have too many customers. 3. I was told to go elsewhere. I will be calling in the morning to ask for the store number, and the number for the complaint number. I was in this Store at 7:30 pm on 3/22/2017. I am ashamed that I was a part of this company at any point, and time. Also I will never refer people to any Advance in Columbia SC. O'Reilly's was the best in this area.

It feels good to know i can go somewhere and receive excellent service. It was a cold and nasty rainy day and the guy had just come in, but he didn't have a problem with replacing my head light. Thanks love!!

I called ahead to make sure they had the part I needed I was told it would be 5.29 plus tax. I had decided to go here because I assumed the customer service would be better here then other places in the area, I was wrong. Went in wasn't greeted no big deal right, whatever. They rang the part up and it was 7.01 with tax. The guy said oh yeah I remember talking to you but would not change the price to what he told me over the phone. I didn't argue with him because over all he was the most helpful even though he wouldn't change it. I walked out, went to my car to put the bulb in and couldn't get it to fit. So I opened the door and there were two associates having their own little personal conversation. I asked for help and explained it would take less than two minutes. He stopped turned around and looked at me like I was a f....ing Idiot. Just stood there and stared at me for about ten seconds then said I will be out in a few minutes, turned back around and continued his conversation. I then told him nevermind by then I'll have the bulb in!!!!Someone needs to have a meeting with these associates and explain to them what good customer service is I would think at that age they would have figured it out by now. I will not be back to this store and I will be telling EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND I MEAN EVERY SINGLE PERSON THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES TO GO !Good day!

Some women should not work in a part store. They do not want to provide the necessary assistance to help customers. She's at the job, but says her job cares. No not really if you are having to working and not in the safety of your home. Go to auto zone or O'Reilly down the street both will assist with no complaining.

I was at the entrance when it promptly opened on time. My online purchase was quickly collected and placed in my possession with the highest degree of courtesy. Great store and great staff! My preferred brick-and-mortar auto-parts retailer.

I love using the online ordering! It quick and convenient. If there's ever anything I am unsure of (which is not often, bc the website is very clear and easy to use) the employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

I am restoring an old Honda Civic. I needed brakes to put on my car. They gave me the wrong brakes. I then needed a battery. They gave me the wrong battery. Once the mechanic saw it was the wrong battery, I had to wait three hours for them to bring the correct battery when they said it would only take 30 minutes. I then needed and O2 sensor. They ordered the wrong part twice. Once they determined they were not able to get the right part from their warehouse, they wanted me to pay full price because it had to come directly from Honda. I will never deal with them EVER again. This store is sorry !!!

I have no clue when it comes to car things, I'm so glad the staff here is nice and able to explain things to me in a way I can understand. They will check your engine light and battery for free!!! Which is so convenient and they are speedy!
