I had a packaged delivered here. It was a new phone. I had a busy week so I waited till Monday to pick it up. An employee noticed the box was empty. We opened it and there were knife marks and different tape on the box. UPS did not steal the package as the manager said she scanned it in and felt the phone in the box. But she was being shady about it and didn t come to help the cashier until after we noticed the phone was gone. Like whoever stole my phone must ve needed it more than me. But don t worry about it. Consider it a blessing. Have fun with a deactivated phone.

Went in for a turn signal bulb and when I tried to replace it in the parking lot I realized they sold me the wrong bulb. I asked Jamaine to refund me but instead he argued with me that I was wrong. After waiting 5 more mins for him to double check in the system, he admitted he sold the wrong bulb but would only exchange it. At that point I had wasted enough time and wasn t gonna give him more of my time to make another mistake. Just go to O Rileys, they ll sell you the correct bulb AND install it.

Our battery went bad we stopped there despite bc if we would have turned our car off it would not have started again.... A lady came out to put the reader on our car and when she comes out she automatically has an additude with me while flirting with my man. And the whole time she's acting like shes GODS gift to men bc she can hook a reader to the car but when it comes to reading what it said she had no idea and then said the battery was $300 we quickly left and went to Walmart which charged 200 for the battery and to install. Someine needs to teach this lady I control the financial part so u screwed urself lady avoid this place

It s frustrating when you drive cross town to get a simple part that they have in stock, but they lock their doors at 8:53 PM.What s the point of advertising your closing is 9 PM? Just say you close when you feel like it.

If you need help finding a part, may I suggest you go to another location. I'll give them a little credit, they told me what aisle it was on, but my problem wasn't finding the aisle, it was the part I was trying to locate. I could even understand if the store was full of customers and it's feasible at the moment to assist me. I could've waited patiently for an asosssiate to become available, but there weren't any other customers that needed assistance. I don't think it is to much to ask for help finding a part from someone who works for an auto part store and are more knowledgeable about auto parts than I am, to help me locate the needed part, further than telling me an aisle number............Went to another auto part store and their associate came out to my car and told me exactly what part I needed and ordered it for me cause it wasn't in store. Thanked him and he said happy to help. Now I know to go there whenever I need help with finding any auto parts.

If you buy a car battery here, do the swap and install yourself. The guy they had doing this for me is definitely not the brightest bulb on the xmas tree. Pounded mercilessly on the connections rather than just loosen them a bit more to get them to seat. The bracket to secure the battery was not connected on one end. Luckily I caught that before the battery moved completely off of its platform. Only lost the washers and nut on the one end that he did manage to secure.

Angel was Very Helpful when I purchased my new alternator.However, when I returned to deliver the core he wasn't in.I had a Very Strained Interaction with the Thugs behind the counter.They were Very Street. They put out NYC Attitude and were Argumentative to the point of being Hostile.Zero Business working w/the public in Columbia. Compton Maybe...He & another Thug criticized Angel for how he rang up the bill.I Will Not Return. More Yankee Scum in SC He will Cost this Store Money.Punks like that are why I Carry....

They would not take back a item I purchased that was not opened. When I called customer service, higher up I was told they were suppose to refund me. Please be aware that this store refuses to give people's refunds of their money.

Left me on hold in the parking area for 15 minutes waiting for a pickup order, after which they hung up without a word. Had to send my husband in and he had to wait while the employees and the manager tried to fill our order...which was sitting on a shelf beside them the whole time. Thank goodness another employee clocked in and showed them where it was hiding in plain sight... really should make her the manager.

I wish customer service was as good as at this location, the people in this store are super nice, helpful and get the job done. I am so sorry that I didn't get the two gentlemen that helped me but they did what was necessary to fix my issue. I was in the store at about 4.30 on Tuesday may 4th. I would like both of these guys to be recognized and shown some kind of gratitude from the owner of this store. You are truly lucky to have hired these two employees. I will be sure when I have an issue I will spend my money in this store. Thanks again to these two guys, they went above and beyond

Very nice people. This one is about 15 minutes away from where I live but I will absolutely keep coming to this one.seriously all of the people there are super nice and helpful. They all pitched in to help me find a part today.Highly recommend and will be coming back!

I've always believed that customers who are in the store take precedence over the ones on the phone.This particular store is very ghetto. They don't greet you upon walking in and the service is downright terrible.There is one female who works there with eyeglasses an african american woman.She always has tons of attitude like she doesn't wanna be at work.Whomever is in charge needs to give the people in this store some serious customer service training.I avoid going here at all costs.

The workers are so nice here! I pulled in and got a guy to check my water on my car. It was low on antifreeze so i bought some and fixed myself right up! Great place, good prices, good service. We will be back!

Loved this location. The service here is perfect. The staff were able to assist me in diagnosing my issue and went out of their way to ensure I had what I needed. I always purchase online and pick up in the store. This helps me to get parts at a discounted price with the use of promo codes.I gave them 3 stars because they really need to work on having credit/check card refunds returned faster.

It"s always nice to go there. You get so much help there they will come from around the corner find what you need and even go to your car look where the fluid goes until the end. And when you leave you're good to go. Way to go all the advance.

Outstanding staff. I came here after any less than awesome experience at O Reilly auto parts, and these guys helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and talked to me with dignity and respect. They were honest and didn t give up on my problem when they were stumped. Very pleased with my experience.

Nicole was extremely rude and had a really bad attitude from the time I walked in and was really aggressive. Also after she got my part she slammed it on the counter with an attitude.. When I got on the phone with my mechanic to clarify the parts and what a core charge was ask she did a smart little laugh.. I just was not satisfied with a customer service at all

Was in the middle of a race when our drive shaft coupler blew. Drove an hour to get this part cause the website said they had it. They couldn't find it in inventory but contacted their warehouse and found us one we could pick up immediately. Staff was super helpful and got us back to our race! Would recommend this store.

We are from Georgia and doing some renovation work at our stores and we saw that the breakaway pin wasn't there anymore and our trailer brakes locked up i called 12 places on Sunday and none was open til 9 but Chris at advanced was open at 8:30 and he was so helpful heck if given half the chance he would have probably have fixed for us you need more people like him great job

How do you work in a place and dont know anything more than what the computer tells you is beyond me. Not telling you to skip but if you go, better find a knowledgeable rep or know more than the associate because you'll regret it. In my case , I had to find the part myself. Not a problem. What is a problem is being told they don't have the part they in fact do have....

If you need auto parts quickly advance auto usually has what I need. Prices are marked up 100 percent over online retailers, but usually you can find a discount code for online orders. It would be nice if they allowed for in store use of discount codes too. Ordering online can be inconvenient having to wait up to 30 min just to get the discount.

Stopped in at 9:15 Sunday morning and was the only customer in the store. One associate was in the parking lot chatting with a friend one was on the phone and the other was doing basically nothing but walking around from what I could tell and no one acknowledged me. When the employee that was walking around joined the other in the parking lot for social hour I decided to leave. I was never spoken to until I was on my way out the door by one of the employees who was outside. Really? I was there to buy a clutch I knew they had in stock but after that level of non customer service I decided to call autozone and spend my money at a store where they at least acknowledge your existence.

Friendly greeting when I come it, but all the plexiglass makes it feel like a Pharmacy. One person new what I was looking for and when I mention the item, he new exactly where it was located. I LOVED THAT!

Always end up finding what I need between the stores in my area. If one doesn't have the other are sure to have the item in stock. Even for older cars which I am currently restoring.

Advance is the best place to go, in my opinion. everything I need is usually in stock and they get you in and out the door fast. always friendly staff too.
