Stopped by this location on my way to FL, as I was having car trouble. I was greeted by Brent who quickly became a friendly face as he helped with my radiator issues. They went above and beyond to get a part for me at another location, and since they didn't have the other part I needed in stock, they also directed me other competitors close by. So, stuck in traffic on the way to autozone, I realized I wouldn't make it back in time before they closed at 6p, but when I called them, they agreed to stay open a while longer so I could get the part I needed! They were so helpful and I was thrilled with the level of service I received here. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Hands down the best in the area! Great prices and top notch service.Cold weather did a number on my battery this morning and after getting a jump I did a quick review of the standard auto part shops in the area (Auto Zone, O'Reilly, etc). This location had the highest scores in the area so I took her in to get looked at.I was immediately welcomed by the staff when I walked in the front door. A tech asked how they could help and she immediately brought out a test kit to diagnose my battery, alternator and charging system. After determining everything was copacetic with the car itself, the robot noted that the battery was still low and needed to be charged.The staff hooked my battery up to a charge unit in their shop and ran it through a series of tests while also charging it to full capacity. This was a lengthy process but the staff made it a friendly experience while I waited.Looking around the store I noticed a few items that I had recently been price shopping at Walmart and Target were actually cheaper here. Wiper blades and windshield fluid. I made a purchase while waiting.Eventually they charged and tested my battery and for free. Turned out that my battery was at the end of it's useful life so they recommend I replace it but here's something unique: they also understood that I wasn't ready financially to foot that unexpected bill today so they helped me reinstall my battery with none of the high pressure or nagging that other shops seem to always do when they have you in a bind.These guys were so helpful and although I know I need to replace my battery, they could have taken advantage of me but didn't. They basically helped me out of a tough situation and let me decide how to handle things.Across the board they treated me like a friendly neighbor and I hope that this review helps steer some good people in their direction. There are a lot of options in this area but I have to definitely echo the past reviews in saying that this shop is where you need to go.Thank you!

Very bad customer service and the employees park on top of the speed bump & blocks entrance to even come on very annoying

Gary, Darin & Jennifer went above & beyond. My alternator decided to die at the intersection right around 5:00 traffic. Over & above that, my mobile was dead & my roadside assistance couldn't verify I was a customer- the perfect storm. They assisted a SLED agent in moving my car out of the road, while I tried to get assistance from some towing company. Later went back to meet the tow truck, who had not shown after the 90-120 minute promised time-frame. Darin came over to make sure someone wasn't messing with my car that shouldn't be. After hours, btw. He offered to see if we could jump it off to at least get it to the nearby shop. It worked & he graciously followed us over there to be sure we made it there safely. The kindness they showed was very appreciated after a long business trip & I was still an hour and a half from being home. I hope corporate shows them some love for being as lovely as they were.

We have been using this location for over 2 years. The staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They deliver parts fast and always have parts that need to be ordered in the time frame they estimate. We won't shop anywhere else for auto parts we need for our shop.

Too bad I can't go lower than 1 star because the way the phone call was handled by the associate yesterday was absolutely horrible and disgusting. I called thinking they were still open because it was only after 6pm and I wanted info on picking up an online order. The chick who answered started off by saying they're close, but not as nice as I'm typing it. She said it with neck turns and gum popping. She probably was filing her nails too! She sounded like SHE was paying for the part. Absolutely disguting! I won't be back to this location. You don't have to act like the area you're in.

The people here are very nice and knowledgeable!! They know there stuff and helped me in every way.and always asked if there was anything else they could do or help me!! Will definally continue to shop here!

Went in for a engine light check.. The guy behind the counter claimed he didn't have one.. p.s. All AAP have a checker.. he was just fat and lazy

They weren't able to help me because they didn't have the oil I need because he said they were a smaller store but they were very nice and provided better service than the bigger store I went to.
