Got here at 4:40pm seen that it was gonna be a wait but I didn t mind. Perfection takes time. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I appreciate the hard work it took on my car. Plus it was a new guy getting trained. But they bussed their butts to get everyone in and out. I was looking everywhere to get my tint done and got recommended by two different people to come here and I don t regret it.. thank y all soooo much! If your wanting dark but cheap go here but if you want quality don t I had an appointment for 6 arrived at 5:30 and they did not start on my truck until 8 the lady that was cleaning my windows missed a lot on the 1 window and half of the windshield the rest was my fault bc she asked if I could do it after it was cleaned I was told I would be next then watched as 4 other vehicles went before me finally at 9 they started tinting my truck they did my 2 front windows and my windshield but it is not good quality the amount of glue and bubbles in it is crazy it looks like a guy who bought advance tint tried to do it they are good people do not get me wrong but there services are not good I was able to get pictures of my tint the day after in light with all the bubbles my side windows are the same way in the sun light there are circles all over the inside of my truck bc the tint is so bubbledService: Vehicle window tinting

I have been down there since Friday they ran out of tint so I told to come back Monday. Three days it just pissed me off

Unacceptable long wait. Stop the day before was told to be there at 10, arrived at 9:45. They were not open at the 9:30 start of business. Waited other cars pulled in BEHIND me was told they were going ahead because they had 9:30 appointments. They did not crack the garage door to start until 12:15. Totally unacceptable finally had tint done at 5:14 PM was quoted a price the day before at $65.00 but then tried to jack it up to $100.00. As I peeked over the shoulder of the receptionist I read down the orders done that day, it seems the first to vehicles done where two SUVS which they collected $180 for then every other vehicle done sedans went for $100. It would seem they do big money first and screw previous commitments. This is the most hood run business I have ever dealt with. For Christ sakes they ran out of receipts and warranties.

I loved my experience. They took good care of my car, my tint looks amazing, the staff was very friendly & nice. I recommend anyone ..adding on to my review from a few years ago. This is my second time coming, a good experience per usual. I was helped as soon as I pulled up, treated very well. Yes the wait was long .but what do you expect when it s mostly the owner doing all the work himself making sure every car leaves with good quality. If you don t want to wait drop the car off simple. I have no complaints and will come again!

Owner is VERY disrespectful. Time waits are ridiculous. I was told 2 hours but it was more like 5. Whoever has the most money comes first doesn t matter what order you came in. After waiting all the time and seeing the disrespect shows to his employees I still had bubbles in my tint and I guess he forgot to cut the remaining tint out of my back window. Females get priority over men (doesn t matter who was there first) which to me is not good customer service. I think EVERYONE should get the same respectful customer service doesn t matter the amount of money they are or are not spending. I was offended when he tried to buy me something to eat even though I had a ring on my wedding finger. I didn t hear him offer the other customers anything, not even a bottle of water. You have to sit outside in the hot sun for hours after being told it wouldn t be hours and the stench of marijuana was very strong in the air. Maybe popularity has gone to his head or he was just born arrogant but if I were anyone I would definitely go elsewhere where my money and time is appreciated and I still receive quality work.

This is THE best place to go for tint. I have a 16 Mustang and Rod and his crew do phenomenal work. There is sometimes a wait, but like they say, some of the best things in life are worth waiting for, this is one of those cases, I never mind waiting when it comes to this business because they're that good, seriously, do not get your windows tinted from another company. I've used companies like Mr. Tint before, and you're paying a premium for not that great of work.On top of the great work these guys do, they have outstanding service, Brandy was the one that worked with me in terms of letting me know my wait time and where to park, when I would be next, etc, and she's a real gem. I don't give reviews but the amount of unprofessionalism they have shown, Jesus i have to warn people. Before i made an appointment i went thru the reviews first and a lot of people had "time" issues with them. I thought that's alright. If they take an extra hour on my car so be it. Atlas i want a good result. Well i called first to make an appointment and the girl told me its first come first serve type of place. You bring your car in and we will hook you up. Next day i got there in the afternoon and i was surprised by seeing people running around like its a flea market. Second there are no signs where the office was. After five minutes of finding the person i talked to before, she took me to a separate shed which i guess is there office ??!!! Well i told her we talked and here is my car. Then i was told i have to make an appointment. go figure y i didn't make an appointment!! Then she told me they have 9:30 AM slot open for tomorrow and i booked it. I am a very punctual guy and i don't like getting late to my appointments. I got there at 9:28 AM and they were closed . As i was 2 min early i parked my car in front of there working place and i waited. I have pictures with time stamps where Y'all can see i waited till 10:45 and they were still closed. 1h and 45 min after i lost my patience and i left. There were also 6 other people in the line who had 9:30, 10:00, 10:30am appointments who were also lied too. And we all tried to call their number but it was switched off. Who turns off their business phone ?? (Unprofessional businesses)I also noticed the buisness manager on the review section responded to the reviews by making excuses like employees are new, in training, those aren't scratches just soap marks, just bring your car in we will fix it etc. I wonder what his excuse gonna be for this one ! Their prices are cheap i give them that but its not worth your time.Also, SC legal tint limit is 27% , anything below it becomes a misdemeanor with a $200 ticket. And guess what they only do 20% and below. Trust me its not worth a felony , $200, unprofessionalism, and lies.Just go to a professional who will put a right % tint and will give you a life time warranty with no extra cost and no extra hassle !!!

Horrible service was there for 6 hours after being told it would take 1 hour to tint my Range Rover. . That i JUST purchased !!!! Didnt leave till 8pm that night. Next morning i went to look at tints since it was night by the time i got home.. and noticed my truck was COMPLETELY scratched up from guy cutting tint paper when measuring the size with razor blades . I will attach photos. My back window glass is also scratched while he was measuring the middle that only needed tinting. i went back that same day to show them what happen and they always gave me the run around when the owner will be there. They would tell me go 2pm next day which i would and he just happen to set out same time .. until i finally got ahold of him popping up on my own time.. showed him damages, we exchanged numbers and he agreed on repairs. Got run around for month and a half from him as well. Had to file a law suit which im still waiting a date on. Horrible never again !!! Dont make the same mistake i did, go somewhere Professional!!!Service: Vehicle window tinting

So reading this post I see people complain about the wait times and I mean it is a bit of a wait... However he is only one guy trying to get all his costumers. I got my van I use for work tinted not knowing much about the place I decided to stop. The lady there was friendly as she told me the price which was reasonable and I waited the guy who does the tint was knocking the cars out he was doing like 4 cars at a time and was doing a good job so I'm pleased I will be back and do business with him again.

Worst service ever !!! You will be waiting hours/ Days . I went in for a simple tint and not only did I wait but when he came out at like 1am it was trash then he say it s free and come back next day and I did for him to say he didn t have any more tint , then he says 30 mins and we will be back !! Another lie right after another then come back another day for him to eat and say not today !! I recommend this place for NOONE now I m stuck with a bad tint ..Service: Vehicle window tinting

Very Professional, Amazing at multitasking! Having Patience goes a long way! He's the only one working and yet he does 3 to 4 cars at a time! Great tint at a great price! I ve had two cars done here now. Takes a little long so definitely drop your car off and come back when it s ready. They realized they charged me the wrong price accidentally and gave me cash back without me saying anything as I was getting ready to leave. Honest company and will return.

I've had 6 cars done here, never had a problem! Good quality work at a great price! Sometimes the wait is a little long, but he doesn't rush a job just to get more cars done.

Was told my appointment would be at 4 via phone by Management, of which was a very courteous and nice individual. Was given a price for the services and once I got there, price changed. Different person was taking info upon arrival, in which she seemed very nice. The tint guy was hella good and by himself and busting it . My issue came when I saw local friends of which it appears the person knew, of whom pulled up way after I got there, get there services in front of me. I asked of what time frame I was currently in, I was told of other individuals that came After me, was getting only a few things done, asked if she remembered what I was there for but totally forgot. No problem however I saw others arriving later than I and getting service. Just wasn t cool

Can definitely do better with the time management and scheduling. I was put on the list and told to come back in two hours and they still wasn't ready for me... Ended up waiting for an hour and then left. Rule of thumb don't bite off more than you can chew and you will have happy customers. Also the lady running the broad river store is mad rude... Running business out of her car. Terrible experience.

Horrible experience we drove all the way from Charlotte we went on a Saturday they told us they would get to the car in 1 hour we waited for 5 hours and they didn t touch they were bringing cars in that came after us then called us over and said it was time consuming so we would have to come back on another day he said he would do it for free we came back on a Wednesday we got there at 11:44am we didn t leave until 6pm when they finally got done with the car it doesn t take that long to clean windows and tint if you want to spend a whole day there then go but you still might not get your car touched and the customer service was horrible the guy that was doing our tint was on the phone the whole time and kept playing with his beard! Anddddd on top of that there are air bubbles in the tint!!! I will never refer anybody to this place But sunshine was very nice and trying to be as helpful as possible!Service: Vehicle window tinting

The end product is magnificent but the length of time it took to get to it is beyond comprehension. I dropped my car off at about 1030am and they did not finish with it until 730pm. There were cars that showed up after me that he decided to finish first. I work in customer service so I try to be very understanding but the amount of time it took was entirely too long. In their defense, there was only one gentleman tinting and I would think they would scale back on the amount of customers he takes since he is going at it alone. Also, maybe a first in first out method. Nine hours is too long. From what the young lady told me they are not as busy during the week so if you decide to go, don't go on the weekend.Service: Vehicle window tinting

You will wait all day. No exaggeration, like at least 5-6 hours. Bring a chair and some snacks and all the patience you can muster. They have no building for you to sit in and lack customer service skills. You just show up and hope that you get serviced. Then if they don t do a great job and you have bubbles, they make you go through the whole awful experience again including the wait time. They don t care about their customers.We arrived at 12pm and at 8:30pm they still had not touched our vehicle. Again, this is after they had made an error with their installation!! Terrible company! Awful customer service! Avoid at all cost!!!

First off let me say I called before I came say that I was driving from charlotte spoke to rod he told me he'd be tinting until 8:30. When I got there it was many cars before me so I knew I'd have to wait. Expect to wait. He is that good! He went over and beyond for me. I had just bought my Honda Accord a couple weeks ago. They snatched my tint off left tint glue and didn't even mention to me they did. He made sure all the old tent was off and still offered me a warranty. What would have took him a 35 minutes or so probably took 1 and a 1/2 but he treated me like an amazing customer explained the situation and took care of it. Excellent place to get tint. Would refer anybody. Hands down! Very satisfied.

Mr. Rod the owner of this fine establishment and his divine services are well worth the wait. My tint on my vehicle looks immaculate. Trust me. I spoke with his father, his sister wait a blessed group of people. I would get all of my cars tinted right here and picked them up when they are finished so that they don't have to rush.

Great prices and great service.This is a super busy tint shop..It take on average to tint a car so,If you visit a tint shop and see 20 cars you should expect a wait period.The guy are actually fast to tint 20 to 25 carsEvery day. And that's why people drive from out of town to get their windows tinted there including car dealerships.Best prices and awesome customer service.

Got there at 9:40am and was the 3rd car here and at 12pm still waiting and no car has been finished since I've been here waiting. Please make sure you have plenty of free time when you come! They keep letting customers pull up and wait!
