Well that was a 10/10 experience! Red and Ty and the below deck fellow took excellent care of me. Professional, friendly southern hospitality at its finest. I rolled in just before closing I feel like I should mention that because you don t typically get that kind of service moments before closing. As a customer service representative myself, I applaud and appreciate top tier service. Give them boys a raise because they will keep your customers coming back. Well done!

Just stopped in to get air in my tires and can t say enough about the professionalism of this crew. They were so nice and all seemed to truly enjoy being at work on a Saturday morning (even the guy standing at the road holding a sign). Haven t had this type of customer service in quite some time! Kuddos to this shop!

Fully expecting and dreading to be upsold services I don't need (because I am a woman), and WOW! SO WRONG!!My experience was awesome. Really respect the guys who took care of me; never felt taken advantage of or ignorant. Total peace of mind when I left, with both services and price.Thanks so much! Will return

If you're looking for sparks to be flying from under your vehicle this is the place.Friendly people. Improperly installed skid plate and kept many of the screws, etc. resulting in only having one screw left.Skid Plate flew off shortly after cause it to scrape along the ground. Initially had to pay a mechanic to remove the skid plate and then later had to go by a dealership to replace the stolen parts.Overall friendly staff though, somewhat disorganized but friendly.

Every time I go here the service is off the charts. Kind, courteous and super efficient. The team there also does a great job working together which results in less wait time for the customer. I will continue to go back to service both of my vehichles.

Red was thorough and knew what he was doing. He pointed out an issue with a car part and even went out of his way to make a reccomendation that helped me get it fixed in a very cost efficient way. He helped me more than he knows, and he respects the elderly. He was so nice to an older man that was chatting with us during our visit. I will come back because of him.Service: Oil change

Everyone that works there is super nice. You get to wait in your car while they do the oil change which is really cool. Just remember if it's really hot out roll all your windows down. It can get hot but awesome thing doesn't take long at all. We'll definitely be going back.

They were amazing as far as customer service! Got new wiper blades and 2 months later one broke, they replaced it with absolutely no problem, as long as I had my invoice. Those guys are very courteous and super respectful they do an amazing job!!!!! Thank you!!!!

This was the best experience I've had at a quick lube place. The assistant manager was friendly and helped me learn do much about when to get different types of service done. This is definitely my go to spot for oil changes and such from now on.

On a Sunday my car had a dead battery. They had Interstate batteries which I like and had the battery I needed in stock. I jumped off the car and drove it over and they replaced it in 30 minutes. Topped off fluids as needed and checked tire pressure. Very good service with a highly motivated staff.

These guys are fantastic..very professional..very knowledgeable on all vehicles . They explain everything they are doing to your vehicle..the prices are very reasonable... they have a lifetime costumer..I will never take my car to anyone else.

This is my first time stopping at this particular store. I've always had. Good luck with Valvoline and this was no exception. As a new store. They've got a lot of folks training which is great and everyone was pretty active making sure the customers were taken care of. Raven was particularly awesome not only from a technical perspective, but also from a customer service perspective. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job making sure that I understood the services that they were offering and what was needed for my vehicle. I will be bringing my cars there from now on.

Phenomenal! Jesus did a fantastic job explaining all the services provided and how the process works of extracting the oil. Was I initially greeted by the manager who was pleasant in his approach, really created a healthy atmosphere for the rest of employees. Hardly a wait during rush hour, especially in comparison to the competitor down the street who only had 1 bay open with 5cars lined up and no movement. This place had all 3 bays open, I was in-n-out in no time!

I came in to have my tires rotated. It only took around 15 minutes. At 25 dollars it seemed a good price.
