I just experienced the kindest people at (now) Mavis Tire and Battery. I have been coming to get free air in my tire for about a month. Today, the owner Ty came out and asked if I was there the other day. He offered to plug my tire. He was the kindest person. Invited me and my 2-year-old son into the waiting room while his guy Casey came to get my van. They had it done in record time and when I say it just set the good mood for the day, I mean it. This will be the only guys I go to from here on out for tires! Out of all the places in Lake Wylie, everyone should definitely go here!

I discovered a nail in my tire early this afternoon and they were able to get me in right away! Absolutely excellent service from Ty and his team. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained my options to repair or replace my tire and was able to get it done in a timely manner. Also, this place is clean (including the bathroom) and orderly. 100% recommend coming here.

Came by for a tire repair. Specifically requested that they be super careful with my black aluminum wheels and anodized lug nuts. After one employee s dog barked at me the whole time from his vehicle in the parking lot, I watched three failed attempts to apply a tire patch. Finally when the wheel was remounted on my vehicle, I saw that the edge of my rim was scratched and that my lug nuts were rolled around on the concrete.Also while waiting I picked up 1/2 dozen bolts and screws in front of the vehicle bays.Manager denied responsibility for damage, parking lot maintenance, etc.Only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because they did not charge for the tire repair. I can apply that money to cost to fix my wheel damage. Stay away from this place.

After barely making it home the night before, it was Christmas Eve and I tried to patch my driver side tire with little success. I contacted Jamie at NTB in Lake Wylie and, after barely making it to her shop, her crew started working on my truck right away. Without missing a beat, they replaced it with a brand new Continental tire and had me ready for the road within minutes so I wouldn t miss Christmas dinner. On top of it all, she didn t charge me for labor. I highly recommend this business and I ll be returning to purchase four new tires when the time is right.

Had one of those good luck days of picking up a screw in driver side tire. I stopped in and Enoch got me in right away and in less than 30 mins out was back out on the road. I have a new go to tire store and that is Mavis Clover. Thanks

Fantastic experience with the guys here. It s shifting over to be Mavis and I called first thing in morning with a tire issue and they got me right in. They explained thoroughly the issue and came up with the resolve and had me in and out in less than an hour! Would come back here in a heartbeat for any concerns with my vehicle. Not only were they quick and kind, they did an awesome job!

I had a 9am appointment for a tire rotation I had their 5 year plan which allowed me to get my tires rotated for free, and I arrived 30 minutes early, didn t get to leave until 12:30PM. I don t think a tire rotation takes 3 hours and 30 minutes. Then the worker said one of them checked the car and the shocks and struts needed to be replaced on my car because they were leaking. I then went to my local mechanic that I trust and they did a thorough inspection of it and there was nothing leaking at all. Will never be going back here again.

Absolutely exceptional service, this was my 3rd time there. Honest, fast, professional and patched my tire in no time. They have never turned me away, not even for small repairs that won't make them much money (unlike other places in Lake Wylie). I really hope this place stays the same; highly recommended.

I visited this location on Nov 7 and got four new tires on my wife s Honda Pilot. Mavis did well for my other vehicle so I wanted to remain under their umbrella. The price and service were great. I did have an issue within the month where the rear tire was losing air. I called and Jamie told me to come in and they would take care of it. I came in the next day and they were busy (of course), so I said I would come back. As I was about to leave, a young man ran out and said he would push off his lunch because it was a quick fix. After a month out, most companies would have you pay for a new tire or at least the repair. They also wouldn t go out of their way to chase you down and help you. Great team and place.

I had got a flat tire while I was visiting the area but went ahead and got two new tires cause I needed them anyway. Enoch had the utmost customer service from matching the price I was quoted and making sure I left happy. Thank you again Enoch.

I unfortunately ran over something while running errands and ended up with a tire leak. NTB was able to see me within 15 minutes and get me patched up. Enoch was especially friendly and helpful . If you need tire maintenance, I definitely recommend going to NTB and have Enoch help you out!

The manager Ty and his crew at NTB were amazing! Got the issue situated within 30 minutes. Customer service was excellent and welcoming. The location is clean and sanitary as well. I would Definitely recommend NTB in Clover/Lake Wylie, SC. 10/10 WILL RECOMMEND!

I walked in to NTB, I was greeted by the manager TY.My car needed an alignment. Ty was very helpful and very friendly. He had my car taken care of very quickly.He is such a nice young man to deal with.More business need managers like Ty.Thank you so very much.

Went to NTB last week to get an oil change. Service was quick and the staff and management were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have been to a few places around here that try to scare you so they can upsell you, but that wasn t the case here. I definitely recommend NTB and will be back!

I can t say enough about all of my experiences at this NTB. The amount of care and concern they put into cars AND helping their clients is unmatched. It s easy to find someone who can do an oil change, it s hard to find places that genuinely care about their people. It goes beyond cars. Thank you to Davon, Ronnie, and the whole NTB team! You guys are awesome!

Came in for nail in tire. No wait before they pulled car back. Took less than 10 minutes for the work to be completed. Ty, the manager, was very pleasant and professional! Will definitely be back!

I cannot express how wonderful Ty and Jamie and all the guys at NTB in Lake Wylie were today. I came rolling in at 20 minutes to closing and needed a spare tire for my horse trailer. I offered to leave it and pick it up tomorrow if they didn't have the time to do it, but Ty said they could get it done so I didn't have to stop back. He also had his guys check the air pressure in my tires on the trailer since I will be taking it on a fairly long haul soon. The whole group was pleasant, so helpful and they even had my trailer tire in stock!! I so appreciate how quickly they helped me and got me on the road. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! And THANK YOU Ty, Jamie and the guys in the garage. Y'all just made my day!

Ty at this location was by far the best service I've had in a while. It's been a hectic week with moving, only to discover a 3# nail in a nearly new tore. Firestone was close to my house, but waisted 45 mins there for them to tell me they couldn't fix it. Called NTB- no sweat, tool care of it nonproblem! Ty took care of it personally, who can ask for better than that! A+ here.....

Car battery went dead, I went up on Saturday. New crew managed to get me in and new battery in. Awesome attitude. Been using them for years but this crew is so positive and gets it done. Thank you so much.

Extremely unprofessional. Disorganized. Inconsiderate. Called to tell me my tire was ready, went directly to the store, and waited 2 HOURS for them to finally service my truck. No food, no updates or communication. Just pure laziness! Not to mention prices were over promised and drastically undelivered. Will never go back there again.

I had a nail in my tire that caused it to go nearly totally flat. The assistant manager was very helpful and patched the tire and had me back on the road quickly. Thankful that they were open on a Sunday to get this taken care of for me!

Enoch was excellent. Enoch welcomed me into the store with a positive attitude & willing to assist. I recommend anyone to go to NTB and have a customer encounter with this young man! Great job!

Just wanted to Say that the store manager TY and His guys in the Shop went beyond to fix my car professionally and make sure it was a % Fixed Right Before it left there Shop.
