The guys were awesome today changing the oil on my truck today. Everyone working there was very friendly and stopped to chat with me as they passed by my window. I would definitely recommend this place. They checked the recommended tire pressure then asked if I had a preference or if I preferred to go with the recommended pressure. My truck is diesel so they broke down the cost and explained why it was priced where it was which I was already expecting but appreciated them taking the time to explain and not just thinking nice truck let s take him to the cleaners. I will definitely be going back for my next oil change.

Absolutely WONDERFUL service again!! Even took the second car for an oil change this time. (Coupon on-line for $10.00 off). Full service, cleaned the windows, vacuumed the car out, reset oil counter, NO waiting either. We HIGHLY recommend Jiffy Lube in Lake Wylie for your oil change needs!!!

Real no wait . The service is wonderful. The manager, Mitch, helped us right away. He is very attentive and professional at his job. He took care of our car and had it done in less than 10 mins. At the end he even got a coupon for us.We didn t even had to leave the car. Thank you very much!!!!

David, your the greatest! You have no idea how grateful I am for your excellent customer service! It's so hard to find these days. You guys are my go to oil change spot as long as I'm in the area! Loving how quick I was in and out! Not to mention the guy who did my oilchange was so nice and kinda cute too! Lol Definitly eye candy ladies!!! Go ger your oil change and see for yourself.. 11

Went here one time for an oil change. I get the blend, not the most expensive, certainly not the cheapest. Basically I was told included in my service was a free tire rotation. I didn t have time that day, but the manager told me that I could bring it back anytime. I went there 2X,s. First time it was 15 minutes to close. They told me to come back in the morning. I came back they told me the manager wasn t in and could t honor the initial agreement and told me to come back. So much for coming back anytime. I work a lot don t have time to chase my services down. I think I ll take it on down to Pep Boys. I recommend you do the same.

Me and my girlfriend took our baby through today and I ve never been so pleased. Mitch took care of us and impressed both of us with his ability to handle so much going on at once BY HIMSELF. I surely hope he is praised more often and is treated like an asset because there aren t many people in the world anymore who do their job that well while providing exceptional customer service. Most certainly will be back after today, hope to see Mitch again and how this location would function with more employees on shift beside Mitch but from the looks of it Mitch is more than capable of handling whatever is thrown at him.

Today I stopped at the gas station and my car battery died. Thank goodness for Mitch and James! They really went above and beyond to help me! I m new to the area, and was very stressed, but Mitch and James made sure I was taken care of! Thank you so much again!

Mitchelle and Cole are freaking rockstars! The best customer service ever! They were smiling and friendly the entire time. Even though we brought them a service request outside of their everyday tasks, they fixed our issue with care. Thanks for making both me and my dad s day!

This location just tried to scam me for 5$ to put air in my tires when i even called beforehand to check and the customer service rep told me it was free. BEWARE they tried pocketing the money but i got it back!

Called before I went and was told as long as I arrive before they close someone will help me. Once I arrive, I am told I can come back tomorrow because the employee doesn t have any help and he has to finish inventory.
