John was quick at returning messages and providing all details on the car I was interested in. I was in a tight position with needing a safe car for me and my daughter due to a recent accident in my current vehicle. Although the car was popular, I knew this was the car for us. He worked with me on scheduling a time to meet, and it was the quickest and smoothest car buying process I ve ever experienced. Very communicative, prepared, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

CMS has a good selection of affordable used cars. John was super friendly and great to work with and made the process so easy. He was fair with his pricing. It s so hard to find car lots with someone you feel you can trust. In the future when we need another used vehicle, I wouldn t hesitate to return to his lot.

I had a bank loan pending so we went to test drive the cars I was interested in and they were all clean and detailed and very reasonably priced. The next day I paid for the car I loved everything was very simple as far as process and he'll send you your tags so you don't have to pick them up. This place is awesome and the staff is amazing, friendly, helpful, and very efficient. If you need a car come here!

I left my wonderful walking cane in one of the cars we were looking at on CMS lot, and called to ask to retrieve it the next day. Mind you, it has been less than 24 hours. I was told it was thrown away . What kind of person would do something like that? Adding one star for returning my call and admitting to the action. Unbelievable. Also, they state nothing about requiring appointments on their OfferUp ads, but will lie about it and say it s stated.

John provides the best service, allowing customers to see the work that he s doing to your car, and also inspecting it to make sure that everything is in proper working condition. Also, John notice that the Lexus dealership left a bolt loose on my car at the driver s side rear axle without a nut securing it, which could have cost me my life. CMS AUTOGROUP is a very trustworthy company.

Waited 2 hours to look at the Scion FRS. Called 3 times and even texted. No reply. Showed up at 10 with no sales people available when the business says it s open. No communication. Waited 2 hours just to have other people show up with an appointment for the same car we wanted.

John was very helpful he even lowered the price for me. The navigation didn't work on the car he said it did he said it had a backup camera it didn't. Moral of the story check everything before you leave I blame myself for not checking it. Overall a good car just didn't have what he advertised.

just nowNEWBought a car from them this week the battery had to be jumped off he told us if it did not charge he would replace it. Well upon trying to crank it today it would not due to battery being dead again. Called them and he told us rudely when you drove off the lot it s yours and he would not be replacing the battery! He is not a man of his word at all! He said it had a warranty for 3 months I m assuming that was bull as well! Do not buy from this crook! He lies and cheats people! After we told him he was not a man of his word and we would let people know what type of salesman he was he threatened to tell people that he had a bad experience with our company that we own. He is not a customer of ours nor has he ever been. So just a warning go else where if you want to deal with someone honest.

When my car was totaled, CMS offered the best deals around and got me back into a new ride within the week. Just an all around great dude with some nice cars, and he was honest and helpful with all my questions even when I followed up weeks later. One of the most painless car buying experiences I ve ever had. 10/10 recommend!
