I was there yesterday and bought a used 2009 Electra Glide. We loved the staff! They were all super friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring of us the entire time we were there. The folks are super awesome to deal with. Found them through Facebook looking for CRF 300L Rally and they had one no wait list bs like what I was told by all of the dealers I talked to in NC. I will definitely come back to Clinton, SC. Tanner you rock!!

I live within 15 mins of two other Polaris dealers but after dealing with rude salesmen I decided to make the hour drive to Destination Powersports. I m so glad I did! They set me up with exactly what I needed and the process was super easy. I ll gladly purchase from than again in the future.

The person inside was very kind and helpful. I was getting my JetSki serviced somewhere else in a different city. His service prices were higher, BUT When I told him that I am getting it done cheaper somewhere else. He did not hesitate to match price. I am going to tell all of my friends and family to come here. I am giving him my business for rest of the life because he does price match.

When you need parts or just info this would be the dealership. Have not purchased a vehicle here, but they seem to stay busy with sales, and they have an inventory of different bikes etc .

I bought a 2021 Honda CRF150R brand new off of the showroom floor on April 13, 2021. Been having issues with it starting and staying on since I got the bike. I contacted the service department about my issues and the guy proceeds to tell me that model of the Honda bikes are awful and he stated that he told them to stop buying them and selling them due to all of the issues they have. My bike was there for 3 weeks before they even looked at it and all they did was fix my hot start that was sticking and told me nothing else was wrong with it and that it s a race bike therefore it wasn t meant to putt around on. Worst experience ever and I will not be recommend this company to anyone. No way a brand new bike shouldn t stay running after being started, regardless of how it s rode. I bought the PowerRev warranty from them and clearly it doesn t matter because they won t even figure out what s really wrong with the bike!! They ll make the sale but won t make it right afterwards, save your money/time and invest in your recreational power sport vehicles elsewhere.

My Harley broke down in town during a cross country trip I had recently. The people here could have takenAdvantage of the fact that I had them tow my bike to their shop. They didn t. In fact, after finding the issue with my bike and fixing it, they were going to let me walk out the door with a $75 bill just because the fix ended up being a wire that had come loose. Any other shop would have charged me out the ears.Honest. Fair. Good people.I gave them more than they asked because I was so taken back by their kindness. They sold me on their character with one visit. Thanks again, guys.

The only reason they have a one star is because I can t go lower. These people sold my father in law an atv that was 8k and my father in law was mislead to believe it was an automatic. It was not an automatic and to make things worse. He wasn t even shown anything about it other than it s easy to operate. 2 days after the purchase. We contacted the owner and ask if we could possibly trade it back for an automatic. We were told these exact words( I wish I could help but it s not new anymore so he couldn t sell it for a new price. He offered 5800.00 plus tax plus all the freight and charges again. It was a total of about 3k more to trade. The sales person Tanner didn t show him how to operate it or even do a walk through on it. Do not let an experience like this happen to you. We are very disappointed. My father in law is in his 70 s and this was just wrong!

After putting a $500 deposit on a side by side, I was told I could expect to receive it around May 28. I never received so much as a phone call until August 9, but when I told them I was no longer interested, they refused to refund my deposit. Don't do business with these people unless you just want to be robbed.

I just picked up a new Pioneer 520 from Tanner and Team at DP. I drove from out of state and the experience was flawless. OTD price was discussed and agreed upon over the phone and there was no extra BS when I arrived. Excellent group.

Went to pick up a bike for sale...we were told bike had been serviced but it wasn't...so we went to lunch. Clerk seemed like he didn't know much about the bike...didn't even know where the key was..my husband found it in one of the saddle bags. This was an out of state purchase...so for some reason we aren't getting the title for 2 to 3 weeks...not sure why it takes so long. Still will have to register it in our state.Well we got a mile down the road and the battery light and check engine light came on sooo back we went.So the owner said he would fix and deliver it to my husband.

Good bunch of folks. The inventory is a little light right now but, it's the same everywhere. I would definitely recommend going here for your atv needs if you are in Clinton/ Laurens.

I won't be back. We were treated rudely, Upon asking a Middle aged salesman that works there for additional information on 2 bikes, we told him we were indecisive between them as which one we should buy, he quickly became irritated and rudely told us very condescendingly to "let me know when you're SERIOUS and are ready to buy," he was DONE with us at that point, since we wasn't buying immediately.. So... from that, I assume that if a customer isnt buying immediately from that salesman, the customer must not deserve courtesy here?But I have to give props to the other younger salesman, he was very nice, cooperative, and seemingly appreciative that we were there (young guy, you should teach the other older middle aged guy how to speak to customers..makes the dealership look very bad).P.S. We bought from a dealer in Charlotte , thanks Destination Powersports of Laurens for making our decision to purchase all the easier.

Great guys that care about customer service. Ask for steven, he has gone out of his way to be helpful and courteous to me during and after the sell. Picked up a pioneer 1000 and couldn't be happier. By far the best Powersports dealership I've ever been too.

They tried to completely screw me and charge me more for parts and labor than I know the repairs actually take. I verified this through another Polaris dealer. They were going to charge me almost twice what two other dealers quoted....Stay away....I will never go back...They also left both back tire lugnuts loose ....Someone could have been hurt...Shameful...

Chad is awesome ! My husband called with questions about our Ranger 800 EV. Chad was willing to troubleshoot over the phone with us. We ended up having to take it to him the NEXT day ( imagine that) - it gets better...... he looked at it right then and he didn t even charge us. So the problem was our batteries. We never imagined one bad battery could affect even the 4WD on our Ranger. We own our own business and agree that we would LOVE for all of our employees to treat our customers like Chad does his. We will never take our Ranger to anyone else but Destinati9n Power Sports!!!

This place damaged my father's truck while loading a motorcycle he had purchased. Denied it even after video proof,called us liars. The people there are the rudest of any I've dealt with anywhere.

I bought a brand new sxs from this place in November 16 since then the salesman that i dealt with has been let go . Well now that i have a issue with my sxs, no one from here will return my calls or give me a straight up answer! I ve been given false information about hondacare and when i could or could not add it to my sxs, dealer saying i had to add it when bought new but other dealers and HONDA saying i can add it anytime during the first year of factory warranty! So long story short it s at a different dealership who has great customer service and the most helpful staff! Destination powersports is a true stealership
