Came in with a dent and a hanging undercarriage due to some road debris, they were super kind and took care of both very quickly. The whole process went by about as well as it could ve, and was very inexpensive considering what other places would have charged

I have been going to this Xpress Lube for years and love the guys working there. Always very professional and nice. If it's time to change your filters or other fluids they let you know but leave it up to you if you want to get them. If you want honest people go here.

Great place to get your car or truck serviced. Always professional and friendly. I won't go anywhere else. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Brakes oil change, coolant, transmission fluid, injector cleaning and much more

I went for an oil change and they finished very quickly so I did not have to wait long. They were also very friendly with a good price. One of the best prices for an oil change in Clemson.

These guys are AMAZING! They got us in & out within maybe 10 minutes. The time we went, ended up being around the evening rush hour. So I was really surprised by how quick they worked. They were also very polite and educated on the oil I needed to use in order to keep my warranty valid.

I had a tire sensor light come on and stopped by to have them take a look. They fixed the issue and didn t charge me a penny. The team was friendly and provided first class service. I ll service all of my vehicles here in the future.

Usually have no problem with going here. Near my workplace and usually very quick and convenient. Left today without getting oil changed because after waiting a good while I went to check and they had let one of their friends go before me even though they he came two cars after me. I just didnt find that very cool at all.

I loved this place till I decided to change my own oil! I then realized on my brand new car they broke the oil pain cover and zip tied it on without ever saying a word to me! I understand things happen but they are the only ones who have touched my car and they couldnt be honest about it.

Normally I take my car here to get my oil changed. They're usually quick and provide a good service. However, I do not know if it was they just weren't awake this morning or what but they took much longer than expected to just change my oil/filter. The issue started when they lost my oil cap (probably dropped into my engine bay). They then had to go to the auto parts store and get a new cap, not a huge deal. I only started to grow impatient when they finished with three-four other vehicles and I was the first person there. Finally when they did finish with my oil they pulled my car out of the garage but left my driver side window down and it was pouring rain so my car got soaked. Not really impressed with the service anymore so I probably won't be going back, but don't let one bad review deter you from going there, I am just forewarning you of what could happen.

Great guys! I was looking for a place to get an oil change, since I moved down to Clemson, and I called around a lot before I decided on these guys. They did a great job, and told me the names of some of the other good mechanics in town. I feel like I can trust these guys.

I asked for synthetic, got conventional. The paper work I received described my vehicle as a fiat, I drive a Ford f-250. They did offer to correct the oil, but I was in a rush. When I got home I realized two of my valve steam caps were gone. If they can't get these little things right, I don't trust them to work on my very expensive truck. I will stick to the dealership from now on.

I needed the oil changed in my F-250 a few weeks back. Jason, the guy who changed my oil, was very prompt and straight forward. He showed me where the last place that changed my oil used the wrong type of oil and fuel filters and replaced them with the correct filters. A few weeks later, I was headed on a trip and had a nail in my tire. I needed to get it plugged in a hurry and drive up to Xpress to see if they would do it. They were very busy at the time, which was at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, and Jason remembered me from changing my oil weeks before. He finished up what he was doing and went straight to my truck to plug it, rather than me waiting over an hour while he did oil changes on the vehicles in front of me. Very very pleased with their competent work.

I left this place on friday after oil change then went to get spark plugs changed. There was not a drop of oil on my dipstick. I had to go straight and buy 4 quarts of oil to go in my engine. I dont know how my engine did not lockdown... When i confronted them they were rude said they remembered my car and he remembered putting oil in my car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE!!!! I PAYED DOUBLE FOR OIL!!! FRIENDLY NOTE CHECK YOUR OIL AFTER AN OIL CHANGE!

With full service maintenance purchase, they fail to provide tire pressure report. Update On the day of this review, the service rendered was faulty. Proven 5 weeks later driving to Greenville my wife and I were truly blessed. While approaching the Woodruff Rd exit there's a boom noise from under the vehicle and I see puffs of smoke in the rear view mirror, I tried using the rear wipers hit the spray and oil comes out on the rear window. Thank God we were able to exit and get a flatbed tow 50 something miles back to Clemson. Took the car to Kia service dept. And determined the last place who serviced the oil didn't put the drain plug on securely. So with tow service from Greeneville to Clemson and then to Anderson I think it's to part ways with Xpress lube before they have a huge lawsuit on their hands.

I only came here for an oil change. I wish the waiting room could be bigger, but I had at least six people in front of me yet my wait was still under 30 minutes. I didn't ask for the student discount, but the other location in the area does them so try it if you can.

Never, and I do mean NEVER get your brakes worked on here. They are great to get your oil changed from, they are very nice and I have no complaints about how they do oil changes. I used to bring my car there quite a bit for routine oil changes, really liked them there and noticed they also did brake jobs. So when it came time to have my brakes changed I figured I would take it to them. That is when all the craziness that could happen, did. When they first took the wheels off to check the brakes they broke something, making the car's brakes system completely compromised and undriveable. A job I thought would take an hour or two turned into me having to leave my car with them for days. They ordered the parts for the car, but ordered the wrong parts TWICE. I ended up having to leave my car with them for almost a full week. When they were finally able to "fix" my car, I drove it for a few minutes and noticed it was making really odd noises whenever I turned a corner. I called them back and told them, but they said that the brakes were probably "just settling in." I am most definitely NOT a mechanic, but I knew this was not possible. I took my car to another repair place to find out they had used the wrong size brake pads on my vehicle, and every time the rotor turned the brake pads would wobble back and forth sloppily in the caliper. That was the first set of repair bills to fix the job they had done. I called them back to let them know everything, and while they were clearly tired/annoyed with me they were as polite as possible and refunded me the money I spent on the additional fix. I had this brake job done because I was moving across the country, and it was really important to have functioning brakes. Long story short, I moved, my car started making more noises from the brakes, and low and behold it was because the initial brake job wasn't done correctly and I needed to get new rotors and brakepads, again... If you need an oil change please go here, because they are nice people who work hard and do oil changes very well. If you need a brake job, please think twice before entrusting them with your vehicle.

I just dropped in to get a nail pulled from my van tire. Not only did they repair it free of charge but they let my 5 year old watch and learn. Great experience there!

I needed a last minute oil change and this is the closest place to where I live in Clemson. I arrived at 11:30am on a Thursday and left by 11:50am. Fast service! Will definitely come back!

My new favorite place to go for oil changes in town. They were really nice, really friendly and most importantly really quick! I will absolutely be coming back here.
