I use this location as a commercial account for my business, I have nothing but positive things to say about Michael ( the commercial manager ), as well as Kali, and Richard, as well as the many others that I work with. This store has been a pinnacle to my success at my own store, and I'd just like to take a second to recognize the people that have helped me along the way. I must admit I have obtained a bias for AutoZone, but it's simply because of how I am treated as a customer, that much is the most important part.

They were amazing. I had lost all my headlights. That night and had to drive there with no headlights from five guys. The guy came out and was out there for 30 minutes. Almost trying to get my headlights working. There was another employee in the store. Then they let me park it there until the morning without fear of towing. In clemson you know that's a big deal. Have gone here twice for a car battery. Everyone is extremely helpful and upbeat. Very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends

The manager was incredibly helpful and she even helped me bring my purchase out to my car. I will only be coming back to this place as long as I am in Clemson. Not to mention the 10% discount for Clemson students.

The service that my daughter received was great. All of the employees were very nice and helped her figure out that her battery was dead. They ran a test and then put a new battery in her car! Great place!

This AutoZone was extremely helpful! After checking output of my battery and alternator, the Manager, Mark, helped me buy an alternator and connected me with a local mechanic who came to my car same day. The employees were friendly and helpful, and I would absolutely return to this store.

This AutoZone location is a national treasure. The manager Mark set me up with an awesome local mechanic that picked up the appropriate alternator, brought it to where I was stuck, and got me back on the road that same SUNDAY afternoon! Best auto parts store anywhere. Thank you. I'm so glad god brought you into my SUV.

Definitely didn t expect to fry my alternator on my 6.0 and explode both of my battery s late at night, but William and Thomas at the AutoZone stepped in and saved my tail. Awesome customer service and didn t leave until they knew I had everything I needed. Highly recommend if you want to break down somewhere make it there

Donald is great! He was a younger guy in his 20 s. I hope I got his name right. He was very helpful and informative. In the middle of a business trip my alternator went out and he saved me over $250 between getting a new alternator installed and a tow. He talked me through the parts I would need and was there for any questions while i changed it. I was successful changing my own alternator for the first time.

the large girl at the front couldn t be bothered to help find something when nobody was in the store and was rude for nothing. Older gentleman helped me out in the end.

I would give more stars just for the helpful gentlemen working the later shift. Though being treated like a peasant for returning a faulty battery doesn't sit too well. When a store sells you something bad. It's usually common practice to replace or give a refund for the faulty equipment. When I did this I was treated with a condescending demeanor and as though I were some miscreant who didn't know how to think for themselves. I won't be shopping for auto supplies there again.

Came in to get some parts for my truck, mr William graham helped me out, even informed me of some other parts I needed but didn t know that I was going to need. Super knowledgeable and very glad he was there. He definitely is extremely knowledgeable. Will be back again soon.

Sent my wife up there to get the battery and alternator tested on her Tahoe. She told me a man named William graham helped her and the battery needed replacing. He spotted that her windshield wipers were getting pretty bad and I had totally forgot to replace those and he took care of it for her. I definitely appreciate that he was helping out and she said he was very professional and very kind to her. Thanks William!

Mark helped me choose windshield wipers for my car, and then installed them for me in the 95 degree heat. He went above and beyond and represented himself and AutoZone with the best customer service anyone could hope for. I am now a loyal AutoZone customer! Thank you Mark!

I went to get the battery and starter tested in my car because it was having trouble cranking up, when I was there I had to start my car for them to test it properly. The results came back really good for both battery and starter, but my car broke down 2 days later and I took it to the shop to get the diagnostics and of course it was the starter. So needless to say either they didn t know what they were doing with the tester or I was just a part of that 10% it wasn t accurate for.

Great service and great staff.. I again needed more parts for my car. OF COURSE Called Autozone Clemson. " AGAIN " The service and knowledgeable staff they offer and give is by far the best I've had in years. From Mgr to staff. The best of the best. And !! GREAT PRICES.. !!! To boot. !!

Came into get some parts for my Mitsubishi Eclipse. Honestly I don t know much about cars and I thought I might have messed up my motor. Will graham helped me out and luckily I didn t mess the motor up and helped me get the parts I needed to get it running right. So glad they got a guy like Will who knows imports! I ll be back as long as Will helps me!

Bought some led sylvania bulbs tonight and got home to install them and to my surprise they didn't fit so I called back and the guy said I needed an adapter like thanks I just drove home 35 minutes to find out something you should have told me. Went back on my lunch break to the Laurens auto zone and found out I was sold tail lights instead of headlights.

Really need better workers. Rude and don't give right parts. 2 trips to the store and still have the wrong part
