Nick was absolutely amazing he went above and beyond to help me fix my car !! He treated my daughter and I with the utmost kindness. Corey even came out to help expedite our service. They are awesome team and treat their customers like family.

I just left Advance in Chesterfield and Nick was very helpful, He checked EVERYTHING that I needed checked , took care of my battery problem ! And he was true gentleman ! Your company is blessed to have him !

I was in town recently and I stopped by and an associate, Brandon welcomed me. I explained to him i was in need of spark plugs and he was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me to get what I needed quickly. He was very friendly and welcoming. Best customer service I've had in a long time and I feel like he deserved some recognition. Thank you so much! Would definitely come back here in the future!

Brandon in Chesterfield is very helpful and very knowledgeable. He doesn't mine helping customers even if he is very busy. Hes very sweet when you talk to him. Brandon always makes sure the customer gets the right parts that they need. He has the Best customer service in advance that I ever seen in any advance. Anytime I call to advance I will always ask for Brandon.

After calling and talking to an associate on the phone who said that we would be helped if we arrived at the store a few minutes before closing, we arrived at the store to the associates closing the store early and were told we could not make a purchase after all. They have most definitely lost our business and I hope others will follow suit.

I like the tool Parts Pros but there have been a couple of times when a part was ordered and didn't come in on time. Other that that, they're great!

Brandon is always knowledgeable about vehicle specific parts, and even suggest ways of changing different parts to make the job easier. Always easy to deal and friendly.
